Great service! Easy telephone conversation, then I WhatsApped photos over as requested, Richard was at my home within half an hour and sorted the issue with my door in less than 20 minutes (needed a new eurocyclinder). Very friendly and didn’t charge me for a full lock change as he noticed straight away it wasn’t the full mechanism that was causing a problem. Highly recommend!

Had problem with front door difficult to open / lock. Richard was punctual, polite and professional in sorting out the issue. Ensured the door lock was working correctly and that the area he had been working in was clean before leaving. Recommend his work without reservation - would not hesitate to use his services again.

Neil just rebuilt a heritage lock for our Grade 1 listed church and made new keys. His helpful attitude and advice was most welcome and he undertook the work much more quickly than we expected. Skilled craftsmen such as Neil are invaluable.

A professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced locksmith company to contact, especially in an emergency. Neil has a refreshing “can do” attitude especially when facing very difficult challenges. He arrived on time and has excellent communication skills, especially when explaining the problem to a lay person. He repaired my obsolete door locking mechanism by remaking, by hand, the broken parts and reassembling the unit; in doing so he saved me the expense of a whole new door. Anyone else would have given up but Neil performed a near miracle and my door is now working perfectly once again. Highly recommend.

Called Keith Carrier and son out on Monday 28 October 2019 when my front door lock would not lock/unlock, he came to ours straight away as I was due at work a bit later, within the hour my lock had been changed and was working perfect, he also noticed that one of my door handles was broke, he did a repair on the handle which again now works like a new one and he also lubricated my door locks all this was done at a VERY REASONABLE price. I would definately use again and would strongly recommend his services, 5* from me.

Absolutely great service. They were friendly, turned up when they said they would, removed my old broken lock, fitted a new one and did a really neat job. We were unable to lock our front door and within 20 minutes of a call Stephen was at our house trying to resolve the issue. The part he needed unfortuantly wasn't on his van at the time as it wasn't a standard item (it was late in the evening to get the part) he was with us for atleast an hour making the door secure with parts he had and succeeded. He came back in the morning and sorted the door in 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service and would reccommend to anyone. Definitely will use Lockfit again.

Communication with Rick was excellent. After leaving a message on his answerphone, he got back to us very quickly and came the following day. He expertly adjusted our mortice lock which had jammed.
