Had this company out to sort the locks on my new vivaro. I spoke to their office out of hours and was assured they could do the job. They were professional and gave me confidence. Came out, done the job. Happy customer and I would definitely use again.

Called and spoke to Charlie. I arrived the next day to receive my new spare key, great customer service and friendly staff, Charlie was polite and approachable, programmed the new spare key and was done in just about half an hour. Will definitely be doing business there, highly recommended

Booked an appointment with Car key assist, very polite on the phone and called back to go through some technical queries. I had a 9am appointment and was offered a drink and they began work exactly on time. A second engineer was called to assist who was equally polite. Mark the second engineer persisted for about two hours and they eventually managed to decide the lock. I would highly recommend this company as unlike many in this modern era most would have given up. I chose this business based upon the excellent reviews and I really was not disappointed, all of the staff here dealt with all of the customers both politely and professionally. It is also worth noting I travelled about 15 miles to get to their premises and would be happy to do it again based upon this level of service.

What a fantastic company, really professional, from the minute I telephoned them. Charles was so helpful and knowledgeable , really got me out of the mire. He arranged for Mark to come out, who was amazingly friendly and greeted you like a long lost friend, within twenty minutes I had a new key fob sorted and was able to use the car. I can't recommend this company enough, for the efficient response. On the plus side they were also cheaper than the other two quotes I received . So Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic job chris has done on my front door lock. My door had deadlocked itself and was worried I was going to have to get a new door. Luckily it was just my lock that decided after years of use broke. Chris was on time, really polite and talked through everything what was happening and was a really good price too. CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) Managed to get a booking short notice to get a lock changed. Will came out and was really professional and helpful. He quickly changed my lock which now works great! I would definitely recommend!

Will arrived and sorted my lock out, had to drill my old lock but completed the work with new lock installed within 20 minutes. Very professional and pleasant, it was a pleasure to deal with him! I was also able to pay with Amex, which is a rare and great perk!

Once again, Will managed to squeeze me in on short notice, knew his stuff and got the job done super quick and to a high standard. Would recommend.
