Steve was friendly and professional and replaced the mechanism in my Parent’s door that wouldn’t open. The whole process took four hours from my phone call to the repair and this included an hour getting a part. Excellent service.

After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

We contacted Chris with short notice due to an unexpected change of moving date, Chris was very proactive and punctual. He had great communication and offered to help us out short notice. The locks were changed to a high standard and he was informative with what he was doing. He changed two UPVC locks and a patio lock for us, for what we think, a reasonable price. Booked an appointment with Car key assist, very polite on the phone and called back to go through some technical queries. I had a 9am appointment and was offered a drink and they began work exactly on time. A second engineer was called to assist who was equally polite. Mark the second engineer persisted for about two hours and they eventually managed to decide the lock. I would highly recommend this company as unlike many in this modern era most would have given up. I chose this business based upon the excellent reviews and I really was not disappointed, all of the staff here dealt with all of the customers both politely and professionally. It is also worth noting I travelled about 15 miles to get to their premises and would be happy to do it again based upon this level of service.

What a fantastic company, really professional, from the minute I telephoned them. Charles was so helpful and knowledgeable , really got me out of the mire. He arranged for Mark to come out, who was amazingly friendly and greeted you like a long lost friend, within twenty minutes I had a new key fob sorted and was able to use the car. I can't recommend this company enough, for the efficient response. On the plus side they were also cheaper than the other two quotes I received . So Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

Messaged Geoff as I needed my garage lock replacing, he replied very quickly with a very competitive price. He came within a couple of days and replaced the lock within 15 minutes. Fantastic service. My only regret isn’t contacting him sooner.

CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Fantastic same day service. Came to repair a UPVC door mechanism and I asked for upgrades on several locks he wasn’t expecting. Val had to make a couple of trips to get supplies but completed the job he came to do and more. All the work was completed efficiently, thoroughly and in a tidy way.
