Been looking for a trustworthy local garage and this will be the one. I came here based on the reviews but had had two previous interactions where the guys gave me advice and tightened my mirrors. Their MOT was timely and effective. They made an effort to not fail me for minor things e.g. broken glass mirror (which I have replaced now) and a side light. They also took extra time to wait for a warning light to switch off. Booking was no hassle. Overall, they are great honest guys and my interactions with them are enjoyable. You can't go wrong doing business here.

I took my car in with a knocking and rubbing noise from the near side rear wheel. They were incredibly busy, which is always a good sign at a local garage. Alan took time to drive the car and said he thought he knew the issue but would have to take the wheel off the next day after 2 pm. Once the wheel was off, they realised the wheel bearing had disintergrated. He showed me the issue and explained it. He had ordered the part and fixed it the next morning. The price was very reasonable. He asked me to bring it back the next week to check there was no damage to the axle. These guys know their stuff. I'd taken it to ATS, who failed to diagnose the issue. I highly recommend this garage. Book early for your MOT because they are very busy.

I was satisfied with this garage. I went there with a list what I want to have done and the owner gave me a price quote at £1500. After 4 weeks I had finally some free time so I went there again and add front coil springs as well for additional £100. I agreed with price and send £800 deposit because all 4 adaptive shocks absorbers, 4 coil springs and 2x wishbone bushes were expensive themselves. After the transfer he booked my car straight in only 2 days after. I did not expect that but I was gladly surprised. On the day of service I brought my car, gave them my key (before he took my car key, he said that spare parts were more expensive and service will be £200 more expensive – I agreed because it was still a good price) and fill up one simple form. I told the owner if a mechanic finds anything else wrong or damaged on my car just lemme know the price. During the day we exchanged several messages about wishbone bushes (need to be exchanged a whole lower arm including the bushes) and all drop links as well. I agreed because I do not want to have any problems when I do next MOT. At about 4pm the same day my car was ready to pick up but I did not make it that day. Another day in the morning I paid the rest of money for the service and got my car key. All together cost me less then £2000. Yes, my Volkswagen Passat estate 2015 is an old car but price of the service including labour was definitely worth it. When I opened my car both front seats were covered by protective foil against dirt and they gave me a car hanging air freshener with their logo and contacts which was also a nice way how to treat a customer. On the invoice was not any note about 4-wheel alignment but I noticed that when I was gone so I rather had the alignment done by a local garage the same day. In general, I was happy with the service, communication, speed and price.

Excellent service at very competitive rates. The centre is accessible easily with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly. They have an active website. I booked my service online. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays as well for general service items only. They could not offer a repair over the weekend. That is usually done on the weekdays.

Such a fantastic service recommended by family who have always used the garage. I attended today for an MOT with my 2 year old and was in and out in less than hour after taking her the park and booking last minute. The lady who dealt with me ‘sorry for not catching your name’ is very friendly and professional. Very approachable garage to use as a woman on her own. Highly recommended. I was recommended this place by someone who told me the owners of Red Line are very honest and trustworthy and always give excellent service. It’s very hard finding good mechanics so yesterday the first time I visited I immediately found they were very polite and very respectful, paid attention to me even with being busy, that I forgot all about my car. I can’t remember the brothers name but he kept me updated all throughout. Someone you know you can trust and I will definitely keep going back, have a customer for life.

REDLINE UK LTD is a fantastic place to do MOT. They work on appointment and strict with booking. They spend time to check your car well, and if any faults, they give you time to go and repair it abd come back. I have been using them for years and wouldn't swap them for any. Their staffs are professional and welcoming. The reception is great. Very good place to also repair your car.

I have been coming here for many years now. I have had no problems, I really have nothing to moan about. They put customers first, you are their number 1 priority and not only do they care about their customers but they also have respect for women. Their prices are reasonable and there is no hidden charges, you get a phone call if they find a new fault with the car and ensure you have okayed them to go ahead and work on those faults. The manager/owner is always available and on site. They have a big waiting room with comfy sofas. They have CCTV all over so as a customer I know my car is safe. If I was to moan and be a little nippy then it would be maybe they need more staff in the reception area but that’s isn’t necessary. That’s all folks.

Owner is a top bloke, my car broke down near his garage on a Sunday. He was very quick to help, spent more than 1 hour trying to get my car back working, free of charge. Restored my faith in humanity 👍🏻

I was recommended Westway by a friend and recently took my Golf for some work. Darren was very honest and transparent with his advice which is what I appreciated the most. He advised me on which parts needed changing and which weren't. The work was excellent and the price was fair. Darren took good care of everything. Will definitely be going back.

Needed the car serving, as I had been here previously it was a no issue to book in here and get the service and rear brakes looked at, Darren is a top bloke and did a great service and changed the rear brakes, had to be put on machine as the rears are electric, didn't take too long to be honest, I was dreading the invoice but to be fair the prices were much lower than expected, car runs like a dream now, thanks Darren, I will be back!!
