I've been using Brooklyn Garage for the past 3 years, and they've been brilliant. Over this time I've had many MOTs, services and repairs. And been given solid advice on countless occasions. Very reasonably priced, and have always provided a great service.

Very good. We've been using this garage for problems, Mots and services for ten years now. Not ever been a problem for left feeling hard done by or confused. Good service and prices are good. We've phoned this week with a bit of an emergency and they fitted our car in brilliantly. I would highly recommend.

Paul who runs the show is incredibly helpful and takes a pride in what he does. The job he did on my car was amazing. Good as new! Great for car body work and also mechanic work and services etc. undertaken as well. I would highly recommend Aldridge motor bodies.

Had a couple of small scratches and chips on my car which was due to be sold and one was quite prominent as was the previous bodged repair of it, and it was this I wanted fixed. Not only did Paul do a cracking job on that, he also touched up some other small chips/marks as he had the paint mixed and some time to spare. Fantastic service, well priced and I would highly recommended.

I am writing this on behalf of my mum as she doesn't have internet. She had her bumper sprayed and some extra jobs too. Communication was great, and even when there were issues with replacing a part, Paul phoned my mum to discuss prior to starting work. My mum lives locally and Paul dropped her off and collected her too ( she's 86 so preferred not to have a hire car). Absolutley brilliant customer service and so local for her too. My mum is over the moon that her 12 year old car looks like new with your great paint job, and valet too, all for a reasonable price. Thanks so much Aldridge motor bodies, glad we found you !

I saw the good rating on this place and with it being close to work I was happy to wait a few weeks for a repair after I found someone had damaged my car. I was not disappointed! It's so rare to experience good customer service these days but Paul and his colleague were great from start to finish! From a friendly initial consultation and quote, they provide a courtesy car and the repair is genuinely flawless - a smooth journey! Fully recommended!

By far the best garage I have ever used. Marc and his team advised me that my service was overdue, I advised him I worked in the week so it made sure to book me in on a Saturday, he them gave me the opportunity to drop the car off on Friday evening so I didn't have to get up early on the Saturday. On the day of service, Marc went in at 6am to service my car, within a few hours it was done! No massive work needed and a very reasonably priced full service Some garages would do their best to rip you off so naturally I dred my service but not this one! I have never been so impressed with a garage especially for bmw makes I will go back to him as long as I have my bmw I'm the happiest and most relieved customer ever! Marc Diagnosed a drive assembly fault that's been troubling me on my BMW 5 series, Booked me in quickly, replacing the faulty part and in a timely manner. The entire process was hassle free, the fault and its implications were explained perfectly. We discussed another issue that is non urgent on my front suspension, it was completely unknown to me, I'll be getting that looked at next. Great service, knowledgeable guys, fantastic prices, I shan't be troubling a main dealer anymore for my service and repairs.

My local BMW/Mini dealership wanted to charge an extortionate amount of money to fix a faulty on my Mini Cooper Automatic transmission. I had this fixed by Ian who put me in touch with Marc, his business partner. As I was travelling from over 3 hours away and needed a full service & MOT it seamed a perfect situation to get it done at same time. Initially I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't know the area and it was long way for me to travel. Marc and Ian made it very clear in their communications of the work they would carry out and the costings. For me they did a great job and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. My first experience with this garage what can I say what a incredible service I was provided by them. After having a miss fire on my Ford Fiesta after the service work was completed at a MAIN DEALER!! earlier in the week and I was unable to get back there I popped in hoping they could help me the mechanic I spoke to was Ben and he was incredibly polite , attentive and very knowledgeable he managed to fix my car within seconds of opening the bonnet noticing a wire was left loose! Will most definitely be returning for all my future work and Mots

Never had anything but first class service from this garage. I've moved around over the years and used a few different garages, but stuck with these for 5/6 years now. Always polite, friendly, helpful and most importantly, I've never felt ripped off. Work is always done quickly and seems fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone.

A very good garage.ive been using these guys for my MOT,s over the last 3 yrs now an their good and thorough .my vans 16 yrs old and I tend to maintain it my self during the year .I like to know when driving that the van is solid and fit for purpose.

I logged an online query with Hollie and it was very efficiently dealt with. Received a quote, slightly cheaper than BMW dealers. They provided a courtesy car. Ellie kept me updated through the morning. There was extras on the work on the day, which did bump up the budget but it's done for a year. Lovely staff and would definitely use again.

Top Notch... should have been using them before! Seamless, customer centric service - Ellie walked me through from the booking (which was all locked and loaded in 24 hours!), through the MOT results and Service - including providing a courtesy car. Prices were much more competitive and I was even sent home with a take-out tea. Also, with BMW I barely received any loyalty recognition - with Fitch, I'm all kitted out with a loyalty card and rewards that are accumulating already. Have been going to them for about 2 years. Whenever I had a problem they always advised first, checked and explained everything in detail, gave me options on what needed to be done. Never pushy. Jobs done were always of best quality and never needed to go back for the same issue twice. Price very decent as well, compared to any other place. Very trustworthy and honest.
