I took my Seat Leon with multiple electrical faults to the team, who diagnosed and repaired it within a few days, as I just turned up on spec, which was a bit cheeky, but the team were fine about it. Never the less, when I collected the car, all the faults we're repaired and this was demonstrated to me, one by one. The cost was fair and clearly explained, verbally and on the emailed paperwork. The workshop was clean and tidy / looked well organised. Can't thank the team enough and recommend them thoroughly. Also considering moving my annual maintenance too. Enjoying my car again 👍

Had a great experience at this garage getting an MOT and service done. Was dealt with by Arfana who was lovely and pleasant to deal with. I’m happy at how quickly my car was ready merely a couple of hours after I had dropped it off. Discovered this garage by chance but would certainly recommend to all going forward. Thank you ☺️

Went in for Air Con Gas refill. Found them to be very professional and friendly. I arrived as per appointment, they took the car in and advised on their process to check for leaks first before refilling. I was in and out within 30 minutes . Very impressed.

I was satisfied with this garage. I went there with a list what I want to have done and the owner gave me a price quote at £1500. After 4 weeks I had finally some free time so I went there again and add front coil springs as well for additional £100. I agreed with price and send £800 deposit because all 4 adaptive shocks absorbers, 4 coil springs and 2x wishbone bushes were expensive themselves. After the transfer he booked my car straight in only 2 days after. I did not expect that but I was gladly surprised. On the day of service I brought my car, gave them my key (before he took my car key, he said that spare parts were more expensive and service will be £200 more expensive – I agreed because it was still a good price) and fill up one simple form. I told the owner if a mechanic finds anything else wrong or damaged on my car just lemme know the price. During the day we exchanged several messages about wishbone bushes (need to be exchanged a whole lower arm including the bushes) and all drop links as well. I agreed because I do not want to have any problems when I do next MOT. At about 4pm the same day my car was ready to pick up but I did not make it that day. Another day in the morning I paid the rest of money for the service and got my car key. All together cost me less then £2000. Yes, my Volkswagen Passat estate 2015 is an old car but price of the service including labour was definitely worth it. When I opened my car both front seats were covered by protective foil against dirt and they gave me a car hanging air freshener with their logo and contacts which was also a nice way how to treat a customer. On the invoice was not any note about 4-wheel alignment but I noticed that when I was gone so I rather had the alignment done by a local garage the same day. In general, I was happy with the service, communication, speed and price.

The day after the leaflet was posted through my door, my son and daughter in laws car went faulty. They were one week away from having their baby, not the best of timings! I contacted Best Mechanic and got an immediate response. He arrived next day to assess the car and gave me a full report. I arranged for the work to be done, plus another issue that they had not got resolved by another garage. He kept me informed whilst we were waiting for the parts and fixed it as soon as he could. Genuinely good people! My car wouldn’t start so I called Anderson and Jerome, they arrived within 3 hours of calling to look at the car. They gave lots of good advice and whilst unfortunately my car was beyond repair, they even advised where I could take it which I have done today. Would use going forward should I ever need a mechanic again.
