Impressed from the beautiful lady at the reception who booked my car in for repair as the coolant was leaking, previously took elsewhere and they couldn’t figure where they leakage was from. Got this sorted with J.T. motors same day and reasonable price. Big thanks to reception lady who still went extra mile to make sure I got my car same day. I still need some other stuff sorted with my car so I will be ringing back.

Flight from Scotland they picked me up Bristol airport took me to there garage to collect my Mercedes SL I bought off them such nice people experience was fantastic I will do business with them again I felt real happy with everything..if you can give 10 stars well 100 would not be out of place brilliant.

I cannot recommend Ade highly enough! My car stopped starting, and the battery light came on despite a recent battery replacement. I called him Thursday afternoon, and he arrived within hours to diagnose the issue- confirming the alternator needed replacing. He ordered the part and fixed my car the next day in two hours! Had a great experience at this garage getting an MOT and service done. Was dealt with by Arfana who was lovely and pleasant to deal with. I was satisfied with this garage. I went there with a list what I want to have done and the owner gave me a price quote at £1500. After 4 weeks I had finally some free time so I went there again and add front coil springs as well for additional £100. I agreed with price and send £800 deposit because all 4 adaptive shocks absorbers, 4 coil springs and 2x wishbone bushes were expensive themselves. After the transfer he booked my car straight in only 2 days after. I did not expect that but I was gladly surprised. On the day of service I brought my car, gave them my key (before he took my car key, he said that spare parts were more expensive and service will be £200 more expensive – I agreed because it was still a good price) and fill up one simple form. I told the owner if a mechanic finds anything else wrong or damaged on my car just lemme know the price. During the day we exchanged several messages about wishbone bushes (need to be exchanged a whole lower arm including the bushes) and all drop links as well. I agreed because I do not want to have any problems when I do next MOT. At about 4pm the same day my car was ready to pick up but I did not make it that day. Another day in the morning I paid the rest of money for the service and got my car key. All together cost me less then £2000. Yes, my Volkswagen Passat estate 2015 is an old car but price of the service including labour was definitely worth it. When I opened my car both front seats were covered by protective foil against dirt and they gave me a car hanging air freshener with their logo and contacts which was also a nice way how to treat a customer. On the invoice was not any note about 4-wheel alignment but I noticed that when I was gone so I rather had the alignment done by a local garage the same day. In general, I was happy with the service, communication, speed and price.

I’ve been neglecting my car for a while, so it got to a point where there was many problem with it. Me not knowing exactly what’s wrong, I took it down to TopTechs. They did a heath check, diagnosed everything. Now the car feels absolutely brand new again. This is very honest review, as I’ve had garages in the past try to scam me!

I took my Seat Leon with multiple electrical faults to the team, who diagnosed and repaired it within a few days, as I just turned up on spec, which was a bit cheeky, but the team were fine about it. Never the less, when I collected the car, all the faults we're repaired and this was demonstrated to me, one by one. The cost was fair and clearly explained, verbally and on the emailed paperwork. The workshop was clean and tidy / looked well organised. Can't thank the team enough and recommend them thoroughly. Also considering moving my annual maintenance too. Enjoying my car again 👍

Previously had wheel alignment at another garage which I have used for many years following replacement tyres but ended up with the steering offset. Took it back to be told it was an issue with the steering wheel, back to the dealership who said it was definitely the tracking, took it in to MS Autocentre today who were nothing less than excellent. Brilliant service from the team, explained the issue in detail and resolved it very quickly. Steering is now straight and car drives in a straight line which the wife has now got to get used to after driving with it out of alignment for a while! Thanks for a great job!

Another great experience at this garage. Previously had an MOT failure at another garage who were too short staffed to fix the coil spring. Took it to M S auto who gave me a next day appointment and MOT passed. I was advised that if I wanted any services in future such as tyres I could book online. This week I went online and ordered brake discs and a tyre replacement. I found the website very easy to use with good directions about what to order for my car and plenty of convenient appointment slots. All ordered and fitted at a very competitive price. Very pleased!
