I have been using RPM for a couple of years as it is close to my work & can get job’s done while I’m there. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the guy’s even spending time fault finding at no cost. I was recommended this garage by a friend who sells carports, I had a issue with the engine management light on. Steve was very helpful and fast in his diagnosis which turned out to be a oxygen sensor, The part was ordered and replaced efficiently. I decided to have a oil and filter change also, whilst waiting in the kitchen area refreshments are avaliable free of charge. All in all, a very knowledgeable mechanic and very helpful would recommend and use again

Took my BMW here for an oil change yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Steve is fantastic—not only did he change the oil, but he also gave the car a full inspection and even inflated the tires. That level of customer service is rare here in Birmingham! I’m really glad someone recommended him to me. Steve is knowledgeable, efficient, and honest—qualities that are hard to find these days. Going to bring all the cars in my household here from now on.

I have been coming here for many years now. I have had no problems, I really have nothing to moan about. They put customers first, you are their number 1 priority and not only do they care about their customers but they also have respect for women. Their prices are reasonable and there is no hidden charges, you get a phone call if they find a new fault with the car and ensure you have okayed them to go ahead and work on those faults. The manager/owner is always available and on site. They have a big waiting room with comfy sofas. They have CCTV all over so as a customer I know my car is safe. If I was to moan and be a little nippy then it would be maybe they need more staff in the reception area but that’s isn’t necessary. That’s all folks.

I was recommended this place by someone who told me the owners of Red Line are very honest and trustworthy and always give excellent service. It’s very hard finding good mechanics so yesterday the first time I visited I immediately found they were very polite and very respectful, paid attention to me even with being busy, that I forgot all about my car. I can’t remember the brothers name but he kept me updated all throughout. Someone you know you can trust and I will definitely keep going back, have a customer for life.

REDLINE UK LTD is a fantastic place to do MOT. They work on appointment and strict with booking. They spend time to check your car well, and if any faults, they give you time to go and repair it abd come back. I have been using them for years and wouldn't swap them for any. Their staffs are professional and welcoming. The reception is great. Very good place to also repair your car.

We had only had our car 9 weeks when the oil and engine management light came on. We took it to Lodge Hill Auto's for Diagnostics, and was quickly updated with the paperwork to issue to our warranty company. Phil was very helpful, as we have had 3 months of this car being back where we purchased it from-and he advised us on some steps to take-and was very patient in explaining things as im quite clueless with cars. Brilliant garage, staff are so friendly and helpful. I took my 2003 VW golf with a coolant leak and they took it in straight away, ordered the parts and replaced the water pump and timing belt, had the car back within 24 hours. Absolutely brilliant service, and were very kind explaining what was wrong, letting me see the old parts and a very reasonable price too. I will definitely keep this garage in mind if I ever need anything else fixing in the future and have recommended it to all my friends! Thank you!

The best experience I’ve had so far from a garage, the service level was better than dealerships. The guys know what they are talking about, the way they explain the diagnosis and prognosis in layman terms is unbelievable. Having been a mechanic myself everything that I was told made sense and best of all the price wasn’t extortionate like many others out there. It’s my second time using top techs, the first was a distressed visit with a broken exhaust.
