The best experience I’ve had so far from a garage, the service level was better than dealerships. The guys know what they are talking about, the way they explain the diagnosis and prognosis in layman terms is unbelievable. Having been a mechanic myself everything that I was told made sense and best of all the price wasn’t extortionate like many others out there. It’s my second time using top techs, the first was a distressed visit with a broken exhaust. I went back for my service and MoT because of my first experience, and I wasn’t disappointed, they have fantastic knowledge. Are genuine and helpful and they do a great job for a fair price. I'm very pleased with Conrad's. They did a free diagnostic test. They identified the problem with my car's engine and ordered the new part it needed. They fitted it and my car drives so much better now. Very thorough and good value. Highly recommended.

Came to broadford last year I think after getting recommendations from family and haven’t been anywhere else since. Really lovely genuine guys that work here, they go above and beyond. This is a great garage. My Wife and I have been using them since the 90’s. Neil and the team are polite, professional, and only do what’s necessary unlike many off places that will rip you off whenever they can. They’ve always kept our Fiestas and KAs in good nick.They just serviced and MOTd my 16 year old KA today. Absolutely spot on! Highly recommended! Thanks to Neil and the team!

I will only use this garage now. They work quickly and their prices are brilliant. A few times, I have brought my car here with a fault and it is usually fixed before the end of that day. They are also really careful with my car when they have it in their garage. Excellent customer service here.

Originaly gave this garage 4 stars (pretty good) but having visited many times since original rating, the front of house / mechanics -quality guys - now deserves a 5 star rating.

Finally, an honest garage. Dean at the front desk has a happy and professional demeanour, talks to customers nicely. They never undertake or quote for unnecessary work. Reasonable charges. Great advice on how to maintain my not so new car. They do extra little services like replace a bulb or inflate tires at no extra costs. The owner is obviously invested in maintaining a sustainable business with repeat customers instead of ripping people off. This was my 3rd visit and I will be returning again. Thank you 👍🏾

Found this garage after using others in the area for 3 years. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Used them by chance when I thought my clutch had gone so was expecting a massive bill, got a phone call to say it's just the clutch slave cylinder, and charged a completely reasonable price for the job. Same day fix. Since then I've taken both cars back for numerous problems, for which they could easily have overcharged me but didn't. Super polite and helpful, super knowledgeable. Just a dead honest garage. Well worth using. Thanks guys!!!
