I had a wonderful visit to Bloom today with my mum, auntie, and younger brother. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the lovely staff and promptly seated, which set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The atmosphere at Bloom is perfect – comfortable, laid-back seating that makes it an ideal spot for a family outing. Plus, we found parking conveniently right outside, which made the whole experience even easier. The menu offers a wide variety of tempting breakfast and lunch options, as well as an impressive selection of drinks. We ordered the Full English Breakfast, Classic French Toast, and English Breakfast Tea. The food arrived quickly, piping hot, and just as delicious as we’d hoped. Every dish was perfectly cooked. Overall, we were all thoroughly impressed with the food and service. Bloom truly stands out as one of the best breakfast spots in Birmingham, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch breakfast or brunch experience. It’s definitely one of my top 3 spots in the city!

Review: A Delightful Brunch Date Spot Yesterday, we decided to try out Bloom for a halal brunch date. It’s a cozy spot that’s gained quite a reputation, so we were eager to see if it lived up to the hype. As soon as we arrived, we noticed how busy it was—always a promising sign. Despite the crowd, the line moved surprisingly fast, and the staff was impressively organized. While we waited, the lively buzz of conversations and the sight of colorful dishes being served heightened our anticipation. We ordered hot chocolate, vanilla latte, waffle chicken and croque Madame. We also couple of their pastries.The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was another highlight. Even with the packed house, the staff remained attentive and quick to address requests. Our food arrived in under 20 minutes, which is no small feat given how busy it was. If I had to nitpick, it would be the noise level. It’s not the place for a quiet, intimate conversation, but honestly, the energy felt infectious rather than overwhelming. Overall, Bloom delivered on all fronts: delicious food, great service, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a visit, whether it’s for a casual date or a meet-up with friends. Just be prepared for a bit of a crowd—it’s popular for a reason!

Contacted Andrew for some work required on our house and our daughters. We have used Deakin Electrical on numerous occasions in the past. Andrew’s response was as usual, excellent. No fuss, understood exactly what we needed and organised it quickly and efficiently for us. Lee who carried out the work was brilliant, very friendly, careful and accommodating, extremely polite and left both houses spotless where he had been working. I highly recommend them.

We called Andrew about a problem with our bathroom lighting and were very pleasantly surprised when he was able to visit on the same day. We found him to be very professional, very clean and extremely helpful. He also replaced the light pulley switch he had all the spare parts required on his van and was able to complete all the work in one visit. I would thoroughly recommend Greenway Electrical - a very professional service for custom designed garden lighting that we are delighted with. Alan was extremely friendly, and came round to look at the space and discuss what we wanted. The outdoor lights were then custom designed to fit our garden exactly. Shortly after Alan returned to install the lights - he was quick and did a very high quality job that I am sure will stand the test of time. We particularly appreciated Alan's excellent design focus (highlighting all the interesting aspects of our garden) and his quick & friendly messages.

We had a fantastic service from Richard. He installed new lights in our dinning area to perfection. Nothing was too much to ask of Richard, including my husband's high standard of everything being straight and in the exact position he wanted it. What an amazing coffee shop. Located in the heart of AG. Long overdue. Definitely coming back to this coffee joint. Great customer service as well as being a fast one. Ross and his team came round earlier this year to do some work on rewiring our en suite bathroom and upgrading our alarm system. The standard of the work was excellent, Ross and his employees were diligent and professional, and everything was left neat and tidy. After-sales treatment was similarly brilliant and Ross assured us that if there were any problems, then he would come round immediately to correct them. No concerns there though, since the work was done to such a high standard. Overall, can't recommend RSS Electrical enough and well worth the money.

Ross and the team were helpful, prompt, polite and on time. We had some outdoor lighting replaced/added to. From the quote visit to completion everything was done professionally and with a reasonable price. We are really pleased with the security lighting, and the two electricians who did the work were really polite and hard working. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a quality piece of work done by professional electricians. There may be “cheaper” quotes out there, but with electrics, I wouldn’t take chances personally. Anthony is very professional. He installed security cameras and ceiling light for my house and garage, and set up the app for connecting the cameras. He even bought his own bag for the rubbish, keeping the house clean and tidy. He is a clear communicator. Highly recommended :)

Honestly the best bakery in England. So many try and do fancy pastries and bread but fail. This is a little slice of France in the UK. The chocolate bread is vegan and out of this world whilst all the other items (almond croissants/raspberry cronuts/croissants) are outstanding. They melt in your mouth. Get there early. When it's gone it's gone. And it's worth every single penny.

I needed a new, up to date consumer unit and earthing of water pipes to enable an electric vehicle charging unit to be installed under a government grant (look up Chargemaster). PJS Services gave a good quote, came out on time and did a thorough job with very little mess. I was so pleased that I had them do additional work on all my outside electrics for lighting, electric sockets for the brick shed and wiring an ouside double socket down the garden. Thorough work, all backed up by a proper certificate, which they produced quickly for me, putting my mind at rest and enabling the other contractors to complete their job today.

Great Electrical Contractor - would definitely recommend We have always had good service from Paul and his quotes have always been reasonable whether it was for PAT testing or completely refitting electrics. Work has always been done efficiently and effectively and he is an overall nice guy too !
