You're in safe hands with L&B! Lee and Keiton did an excellent job sorting out a gas leak in my property. Spoke to Lee and he came out to fix the leak ASAP, even finding another in the process! Really professional and left the house in a tidy state. Can't thank the guys enough for doing such a thorough job in a scary moment. Will definitely use L&B in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

When I spoke to Lee and explained what the problem was (blocked bathroom toilet) he was very helpful. Ben and Preston came shortly after and quickly resolved the problem. Same day service. A job well done. I found both Ben and Preston knowledgeable, efficient and easy to get along with. After fixing the problem they tidied up after and left my bathroom clean. I would definitely recommend L&B Plumbing to anyone wanting competent plumber. Great team.

Whole experience was very pleasant. communicated via whatsapp and received email quote. Joe came on time and was very easy to talk to. He got on with the job and had our shower replaced very quickly. He took away all the rubbish and went through how to use the new one and get the best out of it . Highly recommended

I wish there was a 10 for service. This place has the best customer service ever. They are always smiling they always give you a little extra either a hot chocolate or a smoothie. Wonderful. The place is clean and inviting. It is Halal/ Vegetarian. You really must go and support them.

I'm hard to please but i felt over satisfied here. They're amazing,we ordered Persian breakfast which was absolutely phenomenal,the looks and the taste was extraordinary 🤩 cesar salad was the best I've had in the uk so far . We were complemented by both hot drinks and water on the house which makes your experience wonderful while waiting for your order. The Place was busy but the service wasn't affected by the busy-ness !!!! Which is very hard to handle all your customers to the fullest of your possible potential. In my experience It's very common that the service gets worse and worse while having too many customers,this wasn't the case here at westwood . I'm thrilled to say that i can't complaint about anything, everything was at it's best . Totally enjoyed ourselves. Staff were brilliant and careing, they must have a great leader .price was cheap aswell considering what we received definitely recommend them ,5 stars all the way .

Wow! A lovely modern little cafe. Great food selection and combinations. They also do all day breakfasts. We had cakes to go which were of excellent quality. They have a good selection of teas, which you can purchase by the cup or a pot. There is parking outside on the street or in the layby.

I went here for a coffee after getting my hair done at MJ’s Hair Salon as part of my little pampering treat to myself and all I can say is… Wow. I am only really going off the incredible Persian Chai Latte & wedge of baklava, with occasional other drinks and cakes. It is the only place I know that has incredible baklava AND doesn’t give teeny tiny bites for big prices. Instead, your massive cake-sliced wedge will cost about £4.50. It’s all beautifully presented with little dried mini rose buds. Only issue is omg they can keep you waiting for ages if it’s busy - one new person forgot about me 😹 It’s also very popular as it is so nice so at times it’s a bit full. However, that is always a good sign. Lastly, the other good sign is that the cafe is often full of Persian clientele. They are happy to eat the British/Persian fusion food and I’m sure that if the food wasn’t up to scratch, they wouldn’t go - there are other popular venues at the other end of Hagley Road offering Persian food or cafe fusion options. Loving it. Added a couple of photos of the Persian Chai Latte and the Baklava wedge.

Excellent service, a very reasonable price and friendly. I had electricity taken to my garden room via an armoured cable. They completed the work to a high standard and installed plug points, an LED strip light and an outdoor security light. They also installed a new plug socket in the house as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and I would highly recommend.

This was my first visit to a dentist in years (I am ashamed to say). I am so glad that I chose this practice to go to. Right from the get go, I was made very welcome by the reception staff who were very friendly, professional and efficient. I was then called in by the dentist and was able to use the stairlift (ably helped by a member of reception) to propel me upstairs to my appointment. Once upstairs,I was assisted out of the stairlift and ínto the treatment room. A thoughrough examination was made of my teeth and X-rays were subsequently taken. A treatment plan was worked out after I was shown the X-rays. I was more than happy to agree to have the work carried out and booked two further appointments at reception. The dentist,Narinder,was very friendly, professional and efficient,as was the lady who was assisting her. I found the whole visit to be a very positive experience from start to finish. If you have to visit a dentist, then I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

An absolutely brilliant dental practice from Reception all the way through to dentists and nurses. I was fortunate enough to be seen by Daniel and Mel, both of them wonderfully helpful, giving clear information about what will happen in their care. They were super kind, caring and with the biggest compassion and human touch you could wish for. Friendly seems to be second nature to them - they were superb. They couldn't do enough to reassure you and the most important thing, it was (almost, if you can class a visit to a dentist) an enjoyable experience but it was painless - which is the biggest credit to them both. Thank you to all the team but especially Daniel and Mel.

I recently used LH Electrical for a fuseboard change and to add additional sockets and was thoroughly impressed. Lee and the team were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Will use Mark going forward and highly recommend.

I’m very grateful to Gee and his team for the plumbing and heating work done in our home. We needed various upgrades and repairs to the central heating, hot water and underfloor heating. Outstanding. Gee and the team did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen flooring, removing our kitchen island and reassembling to do a “propper job”. We just trusted them to get on with the job and came back to an immaculate kitchen. Needed a boiler replacement urgently. We also had very slow water from our taps and sinks along with the issue of the water getting cold within minutes. Spoke to a gentleman Genti. He was very professional and booking him was very simple. Sent over some photos and he was down the very same day to inspect the job. Boiler was installed with a hot water tank within 3 days with full gas safe certificate and all warranties registered. Never had an issue with water or heating since. I would highly recommend GD Plumbing for any plumbing work!

Really pleased with our new central heating system. New boiler, radiator’s and pipe work fitted to spec and to a high standard.
