We called Touchwood Plumbing on the Sunday between Christmas and new year after a fault with our boiler meant we had no hot water or heating. The engineer came out the same day and did his best to fix it. However it needed a new part. The engineer informed me that the boiler was still under warranty so the part could be replaced by the manufacturer. Not only did he check we were covered but he arranged for an engineer from the boiler company to come out with the right part and replace it at no extra cost to us. Fantastic and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Nice guy is Ralph. Came to look at my mum's ancient boiler that had stopped working. Got it going again. Bled all the radiators too. Very good communication throughout. Will definitely call again when needed.

Ralph came round at short notice and got some radiators working that we hadn’t managed to get on since we moved in a year ago. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and stayed to ensure everything was working properly. Tidy and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Eagle electrical did a fantastic job of installing several sockets and switches, rewiring, new main switch board, new spot lights in many rooms as well as exhaust fan and external security lights to a high professional safety and aesthetic standards. Eric has beem very accommodating and coordinated well with plumbers to finish the job in time and also provided electrical safety certificates. Highly recommended.

We had some issues with our lights, and needed some fixing as well as others installed. I was recommended by a friend to use Hands property and I'm really glad we did. Ben turned up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up after he was finished. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good ideas for other things we were looking to get done. I would use them again for any other electrical work and would recommend them to anyone. 5 star!

We had an emergency issue with a tradesman who drilled into our wall into electric cables that shut off all of our electricity. Ben messaged us straight away and booked us in and was with us within an hour. He found the problem and fixed the issue quickly. Ben was knowledgeable and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Did what was said on the tin, Swift Emergency Plumber. This is the second time I have used Sean’s services. The first for a faulty and noisy bathroom sink tap where the fault was quickly found and fixed. The second was to disconnect an old gas oven and for a gas safety check on the house. Everything was done professionally, quickly, and to a high quality for a very reasonable price. Sean was also very friendly and trustworthy. He has become my go to plumber - Highly recommend!

Andrew and his team came in and saved us as we had had no hot water for weeks and had been let down by what I can only describe as a conman. He fitted a boiler and thermostat he had never heard of, which we had been left with, and made safe our electrics and plumbing. He then talked us through the instructions.
