Phoned Optimal with quite an urgent situation. Adam & Ryan came the same day & fixed our problem. They went above and beyond for us, even rang the day after to see if all was OK. A rarity in the trade these days!! They actually cared. Highly recommend

We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

I can honestly say from my first consultation with Ed to my last treatment, my whole experience was absolutely first rate. I had to undergo an additional 2 visits to repair a tooth and 2 fillings. Ed explained every process throughout and even an extraction was handled with care.He has a wonderful way in making you feel at ease and never rushes you if you have questions that you need answered.

I'm just over half way through my Invisalign journey with Dr Young and his team. So far the results are very good and teeth are straight after 19 weeks. Next stage is the refinement which is about 12 more weeks. I looked at 3 different places who offered Invisalign and Dr Young stood out to me. He is passionate about ensuring the best outcome for you and explains everything in great detail. The package was not the cheapest compared to others but it was the complete end to end deal with final bonding, whitening and the dental monitoring app as well. The clinic he operates from is very clean and super efficient with bookings etc. Overall very happy with my choice and looking forward to the final results.

Amblecote Dental Care has been my only dental practice I have visited. The staff have always welcomed me warmly on arrival and are friendly yet remaining professional at all times. Dr Ed Young has treated me for over 15 years in which time he has built a good rapport with myself and he understands my needs. During my Invisalign treatment, Dr Young and the team have been very supportive and encouraging. There were a few hurdles that I encountered with my treatment, however these were seen as alternative opportunities by Dr Young. By walking me through each stage or process and then discussing which option would be best for me, I felt comfortable and confident under the care of the team.

I’ve had a positive if not fantastic experience (if that’s possible at the dentist) my Invisalign journey has flown and the results are amazing. I would highly recommend Ed Young and his team. I’m so happy that I decided to go ahead with this. All of the staff have been really attentive and friendly and it’s been a pleasure to have them looking after me and the results are amazingly good. I’ve always loved straight teeth on others and wished for them myself. I’ve always looked after my teeth and visited the dentist regularly but I wasn’t given braces when I was a teenager and the moment passed until I met Ed and had a consultation which led to my dream coming true. My teeth were wearing each other out as so miss aligned but they’re now straight and will possibly last a lot longer. I feel so confident to smile a nice straight toothed and white smile now. From the initial consultation until the end of my treatment, every person at the clinic was extremely informative, helpful and attentive. Following a childhood bike accident I’d sustained damage to my front teeth. 22 years ago I had veneers fitted to cover the damage and they needed replacing. I visited to discuss a treatment plan , Raghav was very welcoming, reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. He talked me through the whole process. We booked in my first appointment and clarified the visits required to get the end effect I wanted. His guidance was vital on choosing shade and he redesigned my smile. I’ve hidden away from photos for years because I didn’t like my teeth shown, the new veneers have totally changed that! I’m delighted with the end result and would highly recommend Raghav and the support team. Being able to communicate with them via WhatsApp was also very useful.

Just come out of this surgery having been referred from my own dentist. My veneer came off and the tooth was sensitive underneath. They usually close at 1pm on Friday but stayed open specially for me and fixed the veneer🙌🏽 Many thanks to all the staff. Professional, caring and quality service. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to this practice for years. I have never been rushed. He will do a scale and polish often as part of the checkup. He has fitted me in at very short notice on a couple of occasions when the need has arisen. The staff are always friendly and courteous, and as I’ve had to go since lockdown due to a broken tooth, I felt perfectly safe and at ease.

Same day call-out. Lee initially advised over the phone but we needed expert help to locate the fault - old house, different circuit boards. Ivan was prompt and super helpful - found and fixed! Thank you particularly from the teenagers missing their WiFi 🙏 would definitely contact in future. Cost? Same day call out and expert advice - not cheap but very definitely worth it!

We have had Reuse do several domestic jobs for us now, ranging from a complete new fuse board, security lighting, new sauna control unit and internal lighting electrics. The service has been efficient, professional and polite from start to finish on every job. Despite some jobs being challenging nothing was too much trouble and they always triumphed! The old saying ‘you get what you pay for’ has never been more apt than with the dentures supplied by Lee to my wife. After suffering discomfort and embarrassment for many years with ill-fitting and unsightly dentures we decided to bite the bullet (ouch) and pay for dentures privately in the hope that they would enable her to enjoy her food again and be happy to smile and laugh again in public. Lee has exceeded our wildest dreams and supplied a set of dentures that fit perfectly and look natural. Can not praise this clinic enough. Contacted them on the Sunday as my mum had broken her denture. She suffered a stroke three years ago and gets herself a little flummoxed when asked information and she had a hospital appointment coming up, so having no top teeth, she was worrying about speaking at the hospital. Lee contacted me right back and offered to repair them the next day, which was bank holiday Monday. I didn’t want to interrupt someone’s holiday. Lee asked me to post them through the letterbox of the clinic and he would give them his full attention the next morning for my brother to collect the same day. Lee messaged me that morning and had them ready for Collection. We had a problem getting them, so Lee delivered them straight to my mother. My mother was so chuffed to have them back so quickly, especially with her hospital appointment. I didn’t even explain that she had a hospital appointment. This customer care is outstanding, I cannot thank them enough. First class service.

Boys loved their burger meals, can't beat a hash brown on the cheese burgers. Very tasty veggie burger (not like the cardboard I'm often served) for me thank you very much, fresh salad, hot food and lovely to sit out in the sunshine today. Our go to Electrician! Dale has installed a house alarm and security lighting for us as well as coming to fix issues created by other workmen. Great work every time. Always turns up on time, cleans up after he's done and is always polite and happy. He knows his job and he provides good, and honest advice. Absolute legend. Dale sorted out all my problems and was relentless in his efforts of fault finding. I had a builder in who was a bit trigger happy on the old drill. He ended up going through a neutral wire. Dale was all over it. He worked a good long day when here and was meticulously tidy when he left. I'm never disappointed when I call Sal, I contacted sal with a leaking radiator and he came around within the hour. I've used sal in the past to fit a boiler about 3 years ago and never had any problems with it. Sal is professional, reliable, friendly and best of all his work is perfection. This was my first visit to a dentist in years (I am ashamed to say). I am so glad that I chose this practice to go to. Right from the get go, I was made very welcome by the reception staff who were very friendly, professional and efficient. I was then called in by the dentist and was able to use the stairlift (ably helped by a member of reception) to propel me upstairs to my appointment. Once upstairs,I was assisted out of the stairlift and ínto the treatment room. A thoughrough examination was made of my teeth and X-rays were subsequently taken. A treatment plan was worked out after I was shown the X-rays. I was more than happy to agree to have the work carried out and booked two further appointments at reception. The dentist,Narinder,was very friendly, professional and efficient,as was the lady who was assisting her. I found the whole visit to be a very positive experience from start to finish. If you have to visit a dentist, then I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

An absolutely brilliant dental practice from Reception all the way through to dentists and nurses. I was fortunate enough to be seen by Daniel and Mel, both of them wonderfully helpful, giving clear information about what will happen in their care. They were super kind, caring and with the biggest compassion and human touch you could wish for. Friendly seems to be second nature to them - they were superb. They couldn't do enough to reassure you and the most important thing, it was (almost, if you can class a visit to a dentist) an enjoyable experience but it was painless - which is the biggest credit to them both. I've visited Oakleigh dental every 6 months since before I can remember (back when it was Paul's) and I've just booked my son's first appointment. Excited for him to be the third generation of our family to visit this practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
