great company, great staff. always a pleasurable experience with dealing with company. a lot of people will confuse them with a dentist, they don't see patients, just make the actual teeth and dispatch to dental practices. although they do denture repairs at the door, you just need to call before going due to the covid-19 issues at the moment.

I was desperate for a new dentist. You came to my aid. Thank you. Kind, gentle and reassuring. Dealt with all my registration, assessment and treatment within two days due to cancellations. I am so grateful, thank you 🙏 The compulsive need to suck my tooth since last April has gone! Completely! Immediately! Simple treatment has given me my sanity back. I'm very happy. I'm starting to form new habits to help my teeth and gums, thanks again. 😁

I've visited Oakleigh dental every 6 months since before I can remember (back when it was Paul's) and I've just booked my son's first appointment. Excited for him to be the third generation of our family to visit this practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first visit to a dentist in years (I am ashamed to say). I am so glad that I chose this practice to go to. Right from the get go, I was made very welcome by the reception staff who were very friendly, professional and efficient. I was then called in by the dentist and was able to use the stairlift (ably helped by a member of reception) to propel me upstairs to my appointment. Once upstairs,I was assisted out of the stairlift and ínto the treatment room. A thoughrough examination was made of my teeth and X-rays were subsequently taken. A treatment plan was worked out after I was shown the X-rays. I was more than happy to agree to have the work carried out and booked two further appointments at reception. The dentist,Narinder,was very friendly, professional and efficient,as was the lady who was assisting her. I found the whole visit to be a very positive experience from start to finish. If you have to visit a dentist, then I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. Thank you F&P!

We recently had a great team from F&P Plumbing and heating come and replace an old boiler with another newer system. From start to finish we received great service. Cam was an excellent worker, he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all our questions and was very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any plumbing and heating work doing.

Highly recommended. Managed to fit us in for an urgent repair due to leak in our pipework which stopped our boiler working in a week of extreme cold weather. Thanks to the admin team for finding a way to fit us in and David for fixing our problem, it is very much appreciated. We have used them previously for boiler services and always found them to be helpful, polite and reliable.

Having been let down by a previous so called gas engineer and left with gas hob. I contacted F& P Plumbing & Heating. Right from the first contact was impressed with the efficiency of the company. Following a childhood bike accident I’d sustained damage to my front teeth. 22 years ago I had veneers fitted to cover the damage and they needed replacing. I visited to discuss a treatment plan , Raghav was very welcoming, reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. He talked me through the whole process. We booked in my first appointment and clarified the visits required to get the end effect I wanted. His guidance was vital on choosing shade and he redesigned my smile. I’ve hidden away from photos for years because I didn’t like my teeth shown, the new veneers have totally changed that! I’m delighted with the end result and would highly recommend Raghav and the support team. Being able to communicate with them via WhatsApp was also very useful.

So happy with the results of my Invisalign and composite bonding from Dr Kumar. From the initial consultation until the end of my treatment, every person at the clinic was extremely informative, helpful and attentive. I'm just over half way through my Invisalign journey with Dr Young and his team. So far the results are very good and teeth are straight after 19 weeks. Next stage is the refinement which is about 12 more weeks. I looked at 3 different places who offered Invisalign and Dr Young stood out to me. He is passionate about ensuring the best outcome for you and explains everything in great detail. The package was not the cheapest compared to others but it was the complete end to end deal with final bonding, whitening and the dental monitoring app as well. The clinic he operates from is very clean and super efficient with bookings etc. Overall very happy with my choice and looking forward to the final results.

Amblecote Dental Care has been my only dental practice I have visited. The staff have always welcomed me warmly on arrival and are friendly yet remaining professional at all times. Dr Ed Young has treated me for over 15 years in which time he has built a good rapport with myself and he understands my needs. During my Invisalign treatment, Dr Young and the team have been very supportive and encouraging. There were a few hurdles that I encountered with my treatment, however these were seen as alternative opportunities by Dr Young. By walking me through each stage or process and then discussing which option would be best for me, I felt comfortable and confident under the care of the team.

I can honestly say from my first consultation with Ed to my last treatment, my whole experience was absolutely first rate. I had to undergo an additional 2 visits to repair a tooth and 2 fillings. Ed explained every process throughout and even an extraction was handled with care.He has a wonderful way in making you feel at ease and never rushes you if you have questions that you need answered.

I’ve had a positive if not fantastic experience (if that’s possible at the dentist) my Invisalign journey has flown and the results are amazing. I would highly recommend Ed Young and his team. I’m so happy that I decided to go ahead with this. All of the staff have been really attentive and friendly and it’s been a pleasure to have them looking after me and the results are amazingly good. I’ve always loved straight teeth on others and wished for them myself. I’ve always looked after my teeth and visited the dentist regularly but I wasn’t given braces when I was a teenager and the moment passed until I met Ed and had a consultation which led to my dream coming true. My teeth were wearing each other out as so miss aligned but they’re now straight and will possibly last a lot longer. I feel so confident to smile a nice straight toothed and white smile now. I had an issue with my shower which needed replacing. Looked on Checkatrade for a few plumbers where most were unresponsive or slow to call back. Sal picked up my call straight away, quoted me over the phone and said he'd be at mine within the hour. Fixed my shower and gave me a guarantee for the work he'd done. Can't recommend Sal enough and have used him for other jobs since.

I'm never disappointed when I call Sal, I contacted sal with a leaking radiator and he came around within the hour. I've used sal in the past to fit a boiler about 3 years ago and never had any problems with it. Sal is professional, reliable, friendly and best of all his work is perfection. Absolutely amazing service Sal delivered. I had an issue early morning around 3.00am With bathroom pipe's. And had phoned Sal’s plumbing. He picked up. Who on earth is picking up the phone at the time. Only hardworking and dedicated people are. Time of arrival was within the hour considering I was 13 miles away and it being early in the morning. I had a leak under the bathroom sink and tried to fix it myself, however I found it was more complicated than I thought. I read a positive review where Neil fixed a similar issue so called him and he came out quickly after I sent him some photos so he knew what to expect. Even then there were a few unknown issues that still arose which Neil dealt with very well. He replaced the plug/waste disposal sorting the leak and also made good with silicon after putting the sink back on the wall and the sink now looks better than before! Neil is very personable, has a lot of experience and was very good at keeping me up to date with when he was arriving and I would definitely use him again.

Neil came out at very short notice to help with a leak in a very awkward place in my kitchen, and also an almost-inaccessible stoptap problem. I had expected a lot of disruption as I'd been warned by others that the job could be very complicated. However, Neil was very honest in his assessment and took the time to find a simpler way to resolve the problem without sacrificing quality. The job was completed promptly and the kitchen was left clear and tidy afterward. Very pleased with the work and the end result.

Called Neil to help with a leak in my bathroom. Very impressed with his response which gave me the confidence to let Neil upgrade my bathroom with a false wall, shower, shower screen, bath and tiling. I made contact with Neil after my wife was getting messed around for 3 weeks with a lot of conflicting advice from several other plumbers. I spoke with Neil and he did his research upon pictures supplied for my Grohe mixer shower. I was advised of what part to source and communication from Neil was excellent. I recently broke my wisdom tooth and having rang my own dentist and many others in the area with none being able to offer me an appointment for at least a week. The lovely lady on reception who I rang said she would have a word with the dentist and explain the situation and see if they could fit me in, by 3.45pm the same day I was in the dentist's surgery! All of the staff were friendly and very welcoming, I am a nervous patient at the dentist and I was constantly re-assured. Since having the tooth out I have had no pain/no swelling which normally comes with a wisdom tooth extraction, so it was a great job he did!

I have been going to this practice for years. I have never been rushed. He will do a scale and polish often as part of the checkup. He has fitted me in at very short notice on a couple of occasions when the need has arisen. The staff are always friendly and courteous, and as I’ve had to go since lockdown due to a broken tooth, I felt perfectly safe and at ease.

Just come out of this surgery having been referred from my own dentist. My veneer came off and the tooth was sensitive underneath. They usually close at 1pm on Friday but stayed open specially for me and fixed the veneer🙌🏽 Many thanks to all the staff. Professional, caring and quality service. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

Had a crackin’ Full English at Fenn's Cafe in Blackheath, proper Black Country greasy spoon, just how it should be! Food was fresh, cooked to perfection, and you can’t beat the price. Plenty on the plate and bang on for value. The owners were dead friendly, made me feel proper welcome from the minute I stepped through the door. If you're after a top-notch fry up in the Black Country, this is the place to go. Can’t recommend it enough – 5 stars all day!"
