Paul came out to put new taps in the bathroom (bath & basin) on completion we found one of the basin taps to be faulty! I had to order another one...i contacted Paul & he came out to put it on at no extra charge...now bearing in mind it was neither his fault or mine I think it was commendable of him...i would highly recommend Paul...very efficient..

First class service! Just had a new boiler installed and I would highly recommend AP gas Ltd to anyone even considering having a new boiler.No mess left, no rubbish left, everything explained to us in full, and full transparency of the time it would take, and what the work entailed. Extremely trustworthy and a great time keeper. Phil and his team were very professional and their service is worth every penny, and is 100% value for money.The only company you should consider for a new boiler.

5-star service with reasonable prices! Our home had been having electrical issues since we moved in. For some reason, the lights in our living room were never bright up to their potential regardless of the types of bulbs we replaced - if we tried a 13W led bulb and an 8W bulb, the 13W wouldn't light up, and both bulbs could only be turned on/off by the same switch. We had that insufficient brightness for nearly two years until they came and fixed it! By talking to them, I would say they were one of the most honest people you could find on the market nowadays. Besides the lighting issues, they also helped us fit the extractor fan and fill in the big hole surrounding the fan pipe. He said he wasn't a builder so that was the first time he did it (only because we asked him to help) and he was proud of how nicely that was done, and so were we! :)) The way they did the job was very thoughtful and thorough. Some wall and ceiling fixing stuff when pulling out the wires they handled for us. After the job was done, they also cleaned the house nicely. We were delighted with their service and would recommend them to our friends and keep in touch for future improvements in our home.

I had some outside electrical work done by Sal and the team, and they were brilliant. They were friendly, respectful of my property and made sure I was completely happy with the work before they left. The communication before the booking was great also, keeping me updated on times etc. Highly recommended 🙂

professional and efficient team. They did some wirings, installed shower circuit, changed the fuse board to a modern one, removed the unsafe lightings and fitted new lights for us. the team inspected and tested the electricity before and after work is completed. They were very kind to do some extra works, like helping us to fit the bathroom fan. Great communication, gave us professional and honest opinions, explained clearly, listened to our requirements on where to put the sockets and how we prefer the light-switches to be. They carried out work with care, minimise drilling holes on the wall or lifting the floorboards. They also kept the place clean. We are really pleased and happy with the work. :)

First timers, new to the area. Food was very nice, we had the English breakfast, everything was cooked to perfection & the apple crumble coffee was amazing! The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, nice quiet place if you want to read a book or study. This lovely community cafe has quickly become my most favourite place to meet with friends and to take my laptop to work. Coffee is THE BEST, food is delicious and the staff are so friendly. I'd highly recommend a visit to this fine establishment.

Calm work environment and plenty of plants! Very friendly staff who welcomed us as first-time visitors, vegan-friendly and really tasty food and drinks. We sat in the far corner with a bigger table, plenty of plants around and great local artwork on the walls. Will return as they offer discounts with a loyalty stamp card scheme too.

Michael and team have just fitted a new boiler and unvented cylinder system. Arrived on schedule, worked really efficiently with little disruption to ourselves, so pleased with the installation. Their workmanship is very tidy and we highly recommend them!

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! I’m a very big believer in supporting small businesses especially when they actually care about their work and ensure it’s the best finish and you’re 100% satisfied before leaving the job. On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
