Had my MOT done here today. The service was excellent, and the owner was very professional, ensuring the car was thoroughly checked. He was honest and even went the extra mile to fix a minor issue without being asked. It’s always a pleasure doing business with him. Amazing customer service from Kash and the team. Went through the repairs I needed in simple English for me to understand. Had a waiting room to wait and watch the car being checked out. Shown me where to check and change the screen wash etc and how to open the bonnet. Would definitely recommend and come back.

I was satisfied with this garage. I went there with a list what I want to have done and the owner gave me a price quote at £1500. After 4 weeks I had finally some free time so I went there again and add front coil springs as well for additional £100. I agreed with price and send £800 deposit because all 4 adaptive shocks absorbers, 4 coil springs and 2x wishbone bushes were expensive themselves. After the transfer he booked my car straight in only 2 days after. I did not expect that but I was gladly surprised. On the day of service I brought my car, gave them my key (before he took my car key, he said that spare parts were more expensive and service will be £200 more expensive – I agreed because it was still a good price) and fill up one simple form. I told the owner if a mechanic finds anything else wrong or damaged on my car just lemme know the price. During the day we exchanged several messages about wishbone bushes (need to be exchanged a whole lower arm including the bushes) and all drop links as well. I agreed because I do not want to have any problems when I do next MOT. At about 4pm the same day my car was ready to pick up but I did not make it that day. Another day in the morning I paid the rest of money for the service and got my car key. All together cost me less then £2000. Yes, my Volkswagen Passat estate 2015 is an old car but price of the service including labour was definitely worth it. When I opened my car both front seats were covered by protective foil against dirt and they gave me a car hanging air freshener with their logo and contacts which was also a nice way how to treat a customer. On the invoice was not any note about 4-wheel alignment but I noticed that when I was gone so I rather had the alignment done by a local garage the same day. In general, I was happy with the service, communication, speed and price.

Excellent service at very competitive rates. The centre is accessible easily with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly. They have an active website. I booked my service online. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays as well for general service items only. They could not offer a repair over the weekend. That is usually done on the weekdays.

Bryan and the team at A1 auto finish had my Kuga in over a few weeks to paint some plastic trims to body colour, paint my alloys ,fix my wing and bumper ,paint and fit my spoiler and paint my bumper trims. The team were brilliant throughout and couldn't do enought to help, i am over the moon with how my car looks it unreal! First class repairs and service from Mark and Sally. Somebody damaged front near side bumper on a car park and insurance claim would have cost hundreds. Mark repaired it like new for an excellent price, he is a perfectionist and the quality of his work is first class. So refreshing to meet decent people not trying to rip you off! Fully recommend.

Needed a puncture repair done while I was in the area. MTR fitted me in despite being busy, and promptly completed the repair so I could get back to work. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with TPMS warning light, so i gave MTR a ring and spoke to Jack, who asked me to pop in so he could check it for me. When I arrived there I was greeted with a warm professional manner, and after 5 minutes Jack identified the exact issue. I went back next day and again Jack quickly replaced the tyre sensor for me. This company is friendly, professional, and competitively priced, without that feeling of being overcharged. There advice is spot on and I have no problem recommending there services to anyone. I'll definitely be back when I need, but for now I'd like to thank Jack and all the staff for a job well done.. Cheers Guys !!

They are absolutely fantastic. They are honest and do not ever try to rip you off. They tell you prices of everything and inform you if they feel it is not worth being fixed too!
