Ralph came round at short notice and got some radiators working that we hadn’t managed to get on since we moved in a year ago. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and stayed to ensure everything was working properly. Tidy and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Nice guy is Ralph. Came to look at my mum's ancient boiler that had stopped working. Got it going again. Bled all the radiators too. Very good communication throughout. Will definitely call again when needed.

Excellent services. More than 5 stars. My toilet had leakage from one of the pipe, also my kitchen sink kept drippings. He responded quickly and helped me to fix the problems efficiently. He is so helpful, professional and also friendly. The price is reasonable also transparent. I definitely will ask him to help if there are any problems in the future and highly recommend him to my friends. He kept the areas clean and tidy, this is so impressed. I am luckily that I found Malcolm to help.

I went here for their new brunch menu, and wow, I was simply amazed. We had a different selection of food, and they were all thoroughly enjoyable. The food did take a bit of time to come out. However, it was worth it for the taste alone.

I've been here a few times for their desserts today I came to have their brunch, I ordered the Turkish eggs & my friend had the bagel with avacado, harissa & halloumi cheese. We really enjoyed our food, everything tasted delicious, it was different than the other local places, portion size is also good & the drinks tasted good too! I like that they have good healthy options too. Service from the staff was amazing, I'll definitely be back again for their brunch & highly recommend it to all!!

Visited for brunch, what can I say… it was absolutely delicious! The bagel with fried egg, turkey rashers and cheese went well together. The sourdough with avacado was one of the best I’ve had the harrisa complimented this really well. The pancakes were fresh and fluffy. Couldn’t pick a favourite. The service was great thank you to the young lady that served us yesterday morning. Would definitely recommend, thank you!!

I had a wonderful visit to Bloom today with my mum, auntie, and younger brother. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the lovely staff and promptly seated, which set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The atmosphere at Bloom is perfect – comfortable, laid-back seating that makes it an ideal spot for a family outing. Plus, we found parking conveniently right outside, which made the whole experience even easier. The menu offers a wide variety of tempting breakfast and lunch options, as well as an impressive selection of drinks. We ordered the Full English Breakfast, Classic French Toast, and English Breakfast Tea. The food arrived quickly, piping hot, and just as delicious as we’d hoped. Every dish was perfectly cooked. Overall, we were all thoroughly impressed with the food and service. Bloom truly stands out as one of the best breakfast spots in Birmingham, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch breakfast or brunch experience. It’s definitely one of my top 3 spots in the city!

I had Matthew from Careys Plumbing & Gas come out to service my boiler (30.05.24) and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Matthew arrived right on time and got straight to work. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection of my boiler system, taking the time to ensure all was good. In addition to the boiler service, I had additional questions that I needed answering, for example installation for a new bathroom. Matthew gave me detailed information as to what the best fit solution would be for my needs which I appreciated. What really impressed me was Matthew’s professionalism and expertise. He clearly knows his trade inside and out, and he was more than happy to answer all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I give Matthew and Careys Plumbing & Gas my highest recommendation. Their timing, rates and customer service is outstanding. I will be calling them again for my future plumbing needs, which I already said I would to Matthew. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy plumber, look no further!" We had Mose visit us today to sort a problem we had with our fuse box. From start to finish he explained what the issues were and how to address them, in a professional manor which was refreshing to see. Had a great experience with Mose. He came over for a free site visit, explained everything clearly, and gave me a fair quote. He managed to book me in at the earliest slot, fitted two rotary switches for my fryer, and did an excellent job. Everything was done professionally, and he provided the EIC certification at the end. Really reliable and knowledgeable—would definitely recommend!
