Could not recommend enough. I brought a car ( that I thought was perfect) and it broke 12 hours later. The team at spanners went above and beyond to fix everything for me. Lou even scoured the internet to find all the parts at a fraction of the price ( completely unheard of from other garages). If a fix was predicted to take 4 days they’d get it done in 2. Incredible communication and the mechanics were the first I’ve met that don’t speak condescendingly to a girl in her 20’s about cars🤣. The most reasonably priced garage in Birmingham with the best team ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I have to say the team at Spanners have never let me down yet, always willing to go that extra mile to get the job done. They are excellent value for money and from my experience have never knowingly over or under sold me on a job. I will continue to use them for some time to come.

The lady at the reception was nice and welcoming and the mechanics very professional. They fixed my car on the spot. I will choose theese guys again when i'll have to repair my car next time
