Great service, had car fixed and MOTed all in half a day. Dropped off at 0800 and had a call by 1400 that car was ready to pick up. They also offered a replacement car for the day. Very staff and very efficient with quality work.

MOT with them last year, passed after three bulbs were replaced £14 and passed again today with no additional costs. Wear a big jumper if you are waiting but they have comfy sofas and very clean toilets! Normal, nice mechanics too 😚

Tim is the best and most trustworthy car mechanic I have ever had! Now I know why so many people I know recommended him. He explains things in a simple and logical way. Tim is still there, with his one-man operation, with his wife Sarah often dealing with admin. They're both great, lovely, genuine people, who always go the extra mile to help. Des was extremely professional and reliable in repairing my car after I damaged it at a car park exit. He accommodated my work on a weekend and even collected the car and dropped it off within a day. Extremely efficient and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Brought both my RS4 and Polo to Autovolks over the last couple years. Always a thorough and exceptional service, possibly one of the best garages I have ever used. Fast, competitively priced, and good knowledgeable people, I recommend them to anyone I know with a VAG car.

We used to use the VW garage for servicing when they had black friday deals but when we asked this year, it was £440 for a full service on a polo. Autovolks have done the last two services for less than that price and this month, brakes too. They are a really great team, Laura the office manager is so efficient too :)

Great service, honest and friendly. Cut the dealers cost of a clutch by nearly two thirds. Stuck to the quoted price exactly, and also replaced battery at a very reasonable cost. Fitted us in the same day and car drivers brilliantly. I will definitely be using Andy again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My first experience with Crypton after being told by a couple of garages that my little old Mini would fail its MOT due to a damaged injector coil which possibly had damaged the rocket cover. Andy assured us he would investigate and sort the issue - and he delivered within 24 hours! What a top bloke. Highly recommended. Honest, hard working and great customer service too.

I am a community nurse and my car is essential for my job so when my clutch went I called out the AA who said he would toe me to a garage. We phoned half a dozen garages and no one could do it unless I waited two weeks!
