MOT with them last year, passed after three bulbs were replaced £14 and passed again today with no additional costs. Wear a big jumper if you are waiting but they have comfy sofas and very clean toilets! Normal, nice mechanics too 😚

Great service, honest and friendly. Cut the dealers cost of a clutch by nearly two thirds. Stuck to the quoted price exactly, and also replaced battery at a very reasonable cost. I am a community nurse and my car is essential for my job so when my clutch went I called out the AA who said he would toe me to a garage. We phoned half a dozen garages and no one could do it unless I waited two weeks! Excellent customer service, honest company who never complete work if not needed. Told by a tyre fitter I needed new pads. Crossroads completed the work needed on track rod ends and advised the pads were not required saving me money. Used on numerous occasions for MOT and services of the family cars.

Amazing service, friendly staff, my car was cleaned inside and out which was a nice surprise. This was the 2nd garage car was taken to to resolve a knocking sound and they fixed it first time, very knowledgable, would highly recommend .

Fantastic, called up needing an MOT as mine had expired the month before without knowing. My car had a broken spring issue and suspension was shot essentially. Working with my warranty cover, my car was attended to and resolved very quickly by Steve and the team. Being local, they even collected the key from us for the lock, which was above and beyond service. We have used them for servicing with my partners car and we will continue to use 😀 Thank you!

I don't normally leave reviews, however on this occassion, they are a business who is well worth a 5* review. I rang to ask if they could fit me in a short notice to change a dipped headlight bulb. Popped by at 4:30 and by twenty to 5, I was back on the road. Great customer service, polite and great value for money. I could not have asked for anything more and I am fussy customer. I did try both KwikFit and Halfords before contacting these guys and to say they were both useless, is somewhat of an understatement. Go local and choose Southdell Garages. They will be my first port of call in the future.
