THE BEST MECHANICS IN THE GAME!!! I had no hope in my BMW 5 Series as the conrod in the engine had broke , I was going to scrap the car until I came across this Garage online , spoke to them , gave me a cheap and reasonable quote and they collected my car on a Tow truck and took it to birmingham from Luton. They said 5 weeks the car would be ready and had it done in 3 weeks. Best service ever and always keeping me updated whenever I call em up. Been driving the car for more than 8 months and I gotta say , the car is running like its fresh out the showroom, no problems so far and i doubt they would ever be. Brilliant people in the garage saved me from scrapping my car and basically gave me a brand new car back. I will recommend every BMW owner to come here if they have any problems. Massive well done to Alan! Very honest and humble person to ever meet in this world!

Absolutely fantastic! We had flood damage to the engine on our BMW. After doing some research we came across HBM Auto Service. Our car was collected from our home and taken to Birmingham to be fixed and engine rebuilt. We were told 5 weeks, but it was done in 3, which really helped especially as it was over Christmas. We drove up to Birmingham to collect it and Alan had taken it to the car wash, which was so kind. He really went out of his way. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we have any problems with our BMW in the future. Thanks Alan! ☺️

Alan and his team are the most genuine, humble mechanics I have ever met on this green earth. Been coming here for two years now for my MOT , amazing service, managed to get me booked in very soon after having to cancel at short notice for an emergency. Easy to contact. Always straight forward, in and out within 30 minutes. Great that you don’t have to leave your car there all day they do it there and then while you wait. They listened to my concerns and offered multiple solutions, they kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what needed to be replaced. They worked with me on getting the replacements fixed and DID NOT quote outrageous prices! The day after the leaflet was posted through my door, my son and daughter in laws car went faulty. They were one week away from having their baby, not the best of timings! I contacted Best Mechanic and got an immediate response. He arrived next day to assess the car and gave me a full report. I arranged for the work to be done, plus another issue that they had not got resolved by another garage. He kept me informed whilst we were waiting for the parts and fixed it as soon as he could. I like this repair shops because of their behavior specially Mr. George. No matter how busy he is if you are in need of something he will definitely help you. Every time i go in there he tries to make me understand what happened with my car and what needs to be done. I must mention his honesty here. One time i got notification to change my brake pad. I left the car with George as an emergency because i drive everyday 120 miles to work on my merc they ordered the parts but later on upon delivery George said he didn't replace it because it was a faulty sensor. I was amazed by his honesty. Moreover they help me every time i m in need. Rest of the stuff are well behaved tooo. Its not a place where u have to leave your car to the receptionist and they write down and the mechanic have no idea wht he is dealing with except the scanner. This is the place where you can actually tell the person who will repair your car about the problem you have experienced. That's how car repair shops should be. ....

I've never been to this garage. I took my Peugeot car for servicing on Tuesday. I met George, and he was very helpful and professional. He checked my car carefully and fixed it in just one day. He called me the second day and said my car is ready to pick up. He clarified things for me that I didn’t understand well. He repaired my car well. Great garage with excellent service.
