Been coming here for two years now for my MOT , amazing service, managed to get me booked in very soon after having to cancel at short notice for an emergency. Easy to contact. Always straight forward, in and out within 30 minutes. Great that you don’t have to leave your car there all day they do it there and then while you wait. Absolutely fantastic! We had flood damage to the engine on our BMW. After doing some research we came across HBM Auto Service. Our car was collected from our home and taken to Birmingham to be fixed and engine rebuilt. We were told 5 weeks, but it was done in 3, which really helped especially as it was over Christmas. We drove up to Birmingham to collect it and Alan had taken it to the car wash, which was so kind. He really went out of his way. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we have any problems with our BMW in the future. Thanks Alan! ☺️

Had an outstanding experience. I had issues with my BMW engine which I already took to few places to fix but unfortunately no one could find and fix the problem. I like this repair shops because of their behavior specially Mr. George. No matter how busy he is if you are in need of something he will definitely help you. Every time i go in there he tries to make me understand what happened with my car and what needs to be done. I must mention his honesty here. One time i got notification to change my brake pad. I left the car with George as an emergency because i drive everyday 120 miles to work on my merc they ordered the parts but later on upon delivery George said he didn't replace it because it was a faulty sensor. I was amazed by his honesty. Moreover they help me every time i m in need. Rest of the stuff are well behaved tooo. Its not a place where u have to leave your car to the receptionist and they write down and the mechanic have no idea wht he is dealing with except the scanner. This is the place where you can actually tell the person who will repair your car about the problem you have experienced. That's how car repair shops should be. ....

I've never been to this garage. I took my Peugeot car for servicing on Tuesday. I met George, and he was very helpful and professional. He checked my car carefully and fixed it in just one day. He called me the second day and said my car is ready to pick up. He clarified things for me that I didn’t understand well. He repaired my car well. Great garage with excellent service. GMS Professional Reliable Mechanics As a woman driver, for over 15 years Wayne has been repairing and maintaining my cars, he has literally kept them on the road and got them through the MOT. When contacting Wayne, I’m confident and reassured that I won’t been taken advantage off not like other garages! Wayne is a friendly and professional mechanic, he has great knowledge consistently gives the right advice. During an emergency, he is very reliable and completes repairs on time, the standard of Wayne’s workmanship is excellent and reasonable priced.

The day after the leaflet was posted through my door, my son and daughter in laws car went faulty. They were one week away from having their baby, not the best of timings! I contacted Best Mechanic and got an immediate response. He arrived next day to assess the car and gave me a full report. I arranged for the work to be done, plus another issue that they had not got resolved by another garage. He kept me informed whilst we were waiting for the parts and fixed it as soon as he could. Imran is a very knowledgable mechanic. He has been very helpful and is realy cheap on labour. Always uses GENUINE or PREMIUM brand parts. He also has a wide range of tyres.

I came here today because my ac fan wasn’t working; the best customer service and price I have had for a while. Everyone was friendly and polite.

We brought a w212 mercedes and it had oil in the coolant, we didn't know what the cause was. Stumbled across Andre whose garage was the only one open, when I say it was just meant to be I really mean he diagnosed then problem told us the part needed and gave a reasonable price. I cannot fault his service at all not only did he fix the problem he also did a service as gesture of good will what a garage best garage I have ever been too and will be my only go to garage from now on. Wow what a guy Andre is customer service exceptional. Thank you Andre.

Have to give a big thank you to Andre and the team. I took in my Audi Q7 2007 plate to them with suspension issues and a big oil leak from the engine. They sorted out everything in a timely and professional manner and the costs were a lot less than I’d been quoted by other mechanics. I’ve been to a few garages over the last 15-16 months with various issues with my car, but only now after going to ER automotive does my car run like it should. So if you want to save money but have a quality job done on your car, you need to visit these lads.

They listened to my concerns and offered multiple solutions, they kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what needed to be replaced.
