I like this repair shops because of their behavior specially Mr. George. No matter how busy he is if you are in need of something he will definitely help you. Every time i go in there he tries to make me understand what happened with my car and what needs to be done. I must mention his honesty here. One time i got notification to change my brake pad. I left the car with George as an emergency because i drive everyday 120 miles to work on my merc they ordered the parts but later on upon delivery George said he didn't replace it because it was a faulty sensor. I was amazed by his honesty. Moreover they help me every time i m in need. Rest of the stuff are well behaved tooo. Its not a place where u have to leave your car to the receptionist and they write down and the mechanic have no idea wht he is dealing with except the scanner. This is the place where you can actually tell the person who will repair your car about the problem you have experienced. That's how car repair shops should be. ....

Such lovely members of staff, i broke down and i dont live in Birmingham, and Mr George was kind enough to accomodate me and help me get back on the road. Very professional, prompt and kind. My tyre pressure was also checked, and my windscreen wash and antifreeze tooped up, they even polished my engine! Could not recommend enough. Thank you so much😀

I've never been to this garage. I took my Peugeot car for servicing on Tuesday. I met George, and he was very helpful and professional. He checked my car carefully and fixed it in just one day. He called me the second day and said my car is ready to pick up. He clarified things for me that I didn’t understand well. He repaired my car well. Great garage with excellent service.
