Alan supported my recovery driver, picked me up from the station, cleaned my car, and got it feeling like new, engine, dpf, suspension, turbo at such an honest cost. I was told to scrap my car by everyone else. 10/10 service. Definitely highly recommend his services, Genuine mechanic. Thank you!

Had an outstanding experience. I had issues with my BMW engine which I already took to few places to fix but unfortunately no one could find and fix the problem. These guys definitely know what they are doing and go above and beyond for their customers. They explained what the issue was clearly and told me what needs to be done to it. Absolutely fantastic! We had flood damage to the engine on our BMW. After doing some research we came across HBM Auto Service. Our car was collected from our home and taken to Birmingham to be fixed and engine rebuilt. We were told 5 weeks, but it was done in 3, which really helped especially as it was over Christmas. We drove up to Birmingham to collect it and Alan had taken it to the car wash, which was so kind. He really went out of his way. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we have any problems with our BMW in the future. Thanks Alan! ☺️

THE BEST MECHANICS IN THE GAME!!! I had no hope in my BMW 5 Series as the conrod in the engine had broke , I was going to scrap the car until I came across this Garage online , spoke to them , gave me a cheap and reasonable quote and they collected my car on a Tow truck and took it to birmingham from Luton. They said 5 weeks the car would be ready and had it done in 3 weeks. Best service ever and always keeping me updated whenever I call em up. Been driving the car for more than 8 months and I gotta say , the car is running like its fresh out the showroom, no problems so far and i doubt they would ever be. Brilliant people in the garage saved me from scrapping my car and basically gave me a brand new car back. I will recommend every BMW owner to come here if they have any problems. Massive well done to Alan! Very honest and humble person to ever meet in this world!

Alan and his team are the most genuine, humble mechanics I have ever met on this green earth. I have used their services for different jobs all major work, BMWs that other mechanics wouldn't touch and he got them back on the road. I swear to you, the only reason I own a BMW is because this man and his team exist.
