I booked my car in for a service and an MOT with Ash and I seriously cannot fault the service from start to finish! Absolutely stellar!! Ash called me the day before to confirm what time my car would be picked up and he was true to his word and arrived on time to collect it. Once he had called to confirm my car had passed, he also sent me photos showing me what he had replaced during the service and returned my car within the specified time. I have already recommended Ash's services to 2 other people I know! I will definitely be using his services again! Thank you for a 5 star trustworthy service!

After being hit by another car, I rang Clarke &Evans to see if they could have a look and check if there was any damage. They fitted me in immediately, got the car in the ramp, took photos and explained the damage. I am so glad I went there. They were extremely helpful. I contacted my insurance and as they were already used by them, they were happy for the work to be done. All arrangements were made and the process was seamless. Many thanks to Dhutty who I spoke to initially and to Kim who was so very helpful, especially when it came to the arrangements with the insurance around my courtesy car. I was kept informed of the progress and my car was returned repaired within the timescales quoted. It was also cleaned inside and out which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this professional and friendly service.

After experiencing my first crash, I’m so thankful that my insurance company found the most reliable and efficient company to repair my car. I take pride in my car and was fearful as to how it would be returned. They collected my car and updated me on the progress. Jayne was handling my case, every Wednesday & Friday without fail, she would be in touch with the progress (no matter how small). She is very reassuring and an asset to the company, I can’t thank her enough for putting my mind at ease. Upon returning my car, I got a call from John who updated me on his location and how long he’ll be to deliver my car, to which was on time and not a minute over. Unfortunately, i was working so my mom had to the pleasure of meeting John. She let me know that John and his colleague (didn’t get his name) were very thorough and advised of every detail. He had taken photos (photos were also taken when my car was first collected). The whole thing was looking extremely stressful but, thanks to Steer, they made this process very easy. I cannot recommend Steer Perry Barr enough! My insurance company sent me a list of approved repairers, of which Steer Perry Barr was my closest and had the best reviews. I contacted them and recieved a phone call within the hour, to discuss how things would proceed! We agreed at date that my car would be collected and I was kept in the loop all the way. I had regular phone calls and messages to update me whilst my car was being repaired and when completed they took my car to the hire company so I could return my courtesy car and drive my car home. The quality of the repair done to my car was outstanding, i couldn't tell there had ever been any damage. It had been cleaned and valeted inside and out, and was like a new car! To say I am over the moon is an understatement! I would 100% recommend your service to anyone who needs a repair! Thank you so much 😊👏👏

I'm no mechanic/bodywork specialist but the damage to my car door appears to have been repaired to a superb standard. The staff that I dealt with were all fantastic. Jane and Charlotte in the office and John that collected and returned the vehicle. All equally pleasant and bubbly to talk to and yet super professional at the same time. Saw the reviews before coming here so I thought I’d check them out. Needed some work done on my under tray and the mechanics were fantastic. Explained the issue and after repairing, had a look around to try see any other issues. He didn’t need to do that but spent more time to do it anyway which shows they care. Definitely lived up to the other good reviews here!

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Steve and Adam for years, and have never received anything but top class service.

Really nice guys and always fairly priced. They take good care of the car and have always given it back to me the same day. The only problem is sometimes you have to book a week or two in advance for an appointment. Will continue to use them.

Really good garage clean , trustworthy professional people. This guys go above and beyond to fix the car properly . I recently had a big job done on my catering van and I was nervous from the beginning because most garages just don’t do a good job they mess you around and aren’t even qualified. but with pinpoint you get very professional people who took on the job and the van is absolutely spot on now, am very happy with this garage and the work carried out was 100% . I was recommended this place by someone who told me the owners of Red Line are very honest and trustworthy and always give excellent service. It’s very hard finding good mechanics so yesterday the first time I visited I immediately found they were very polite and very respectful, paid attention to me even with being busy, that I forgot all about my car. I can’t remember the brothers name but he kept me updated all throughout. Someone you know you can trust and I will definitely keep going back, have a customer for life.

I have been coming here for many years now. I have had no problems, I really have nothing to moan about. They put customers first, you are their number 1 priority and not only do they care about their customers but they also have respect for women. Their prices are reasonable and there is no hidden charges, you get a phone call if they find a new fault with the car and ensure you have okayed them to go ahead and work on those faults. The manager/owner is always available and on site. They have a big waiting room with comfy sofas. They have CCTV all over so as a customer I know my car is safe. If I was to moan and be a little nippy then it would be maybe they need more staff in the reception area but that’s isn’t necessary. That’s all folks.

Have been going to them for about 2 years. Whenever I had a problem they always advised first, checked and explained everything in detail, gave me options on what needed to be done. Never pushy. Jobs done were always of best quality and never needed to go back for the same issue twice. Price very decent as well, compared to any other place. Very trustworthy and honest.
