Excellent service. Having already paid out a small fortune at other garages, I still had a problem with my car. These guys took me out in the car to ensure the problem I was experiencing was what they had identified, Now the issue has been diagnosed I am confident they will be able to resolve.

Have been going to them for about 2 years. Whenever I had a problem they always advised first, checked and explained everything in detail, gave me options on what needed to be done. Never pushy. Jobs done were always of best quality and never needed to go back for the same issue twice. Price very decent as well, compared to any other place. Very trustworthy and honest. Recommended to many of my friends! Very grateful for the jobs done and will definitely keep returning :)

Been having a strange creaking knock on my car, initially thought it was passenger side suspension related so have had the whole passenger side setup replaced somewhere else. The same garage couldn't find anything else. Booked it in with Steve and his mechanic Gabbi took a drive and then within 20 minutes the car was fixed, and no parts needed. I initially doubted that it would be fixed on the basis everything else was checked elsewhere before, but boy was I wrong. Literally the chap went round and correctly torqued everything for about 20 mins and took it for a drive, came back and said its fixed. I didn't believe it so went for a test drive with him, OH MY GOD, the car is totally silent now and it feels stiffer. I was actually trying to force the car to make the same creak. I've known Steve for years and he is well regarded across online platforms. He won't rip you off but you have to wait for him as he is absolutely stacked. Thank you Steve and your team.

These set of blokes are honest and stick to their word.. No funny business or half handed repairs.. They sorted a drama I had with my Zafira water pump.. I recommend 100%.. It was reviews that made me choose them in the first place and I can say myself that they are genuine.. keep it up Steve & lads!!

REDLINE UK LTD is a fantastic place to do MOT. They work on appointment and strict with booking. They spend time to check your car well, and if any faults, they give you time to go and repair it abd come back. I have been using them for years and wouldn't swap them for any. Their staffs are professional and welcoming. The reception is great. Very good place to also repair your car.

I have been coming here for many years now. I have had no problems, I really have nothing to moan about. They put customers first, you are their number 1 priority and not only do they care about their customers but they also have respect for women. Their prices are reasonable and there is no hidden charges, you get a phone call if they find a new fault with the car and ensure you have okayed them to go ahead and work on those faults. The manager/owner is always available and on site. They have a big waiting room with comfy sofas. They have CCTV all over so as a customer I know my car is safe. If I was to moan and be a little nippy then it would be maybe they need more staff in the reception area but that’s isn’t necessary. That’s all folks.

I was recommended this place by someone who told me the owners of Red Line are very honest and trustworthy and always give excellent service. It’s very hard finding good mechanics so yesterday the first time I visited I immediately found they were very polite and very respectful, paid attention to me even with being busy, that I forgot all about my car. I can’t remember the brothers name but he kept me updated all throughout. Someone you know you can trust and I will definitely keep going back, have a customer for life.

After experiencing my first crash, I’m so thankful that my insurance company found the most reliable and efficient company to repair my car. I take pride in my car and was fearful as to how it would be returned. They collected my car and updated me on the progress. Jayne was handling my case, every Wednesday & Friday without fail, she would be in touch with the progress (no matter how small). She is very reassuring and an asset to the company, I can’t thank her enough for putting my mind at ease. Upon returning my car, I got a call from John who updated me on his location and how long he’ll be to deliver my car, to which was on time and not a minute over. Unfortunately, i was working so my mom had to the pleasure of meeting John. She let me know that John and his colleague (didn’t get his name) were very thorough and advised of every detail. He had taken photos (photos were also taken when my car was first collected). The whole thing was looking extremely stressful but, thanks to Steer, they made this process very easy. I cannot thank them enough. I’ve added before and after photos below for reference.

I cannot recommend Steer Perry Barr enough! My insurance company sent me a list of approved repairers, of which Steer Perry Barr was my closest and had the best reviews. I contacted them and recieved a phone call within the hour, to discuss how things would proceed! We agreed at date that my car would be collected and I was kept in the loop all the way. I had regular phone calls and messages to update me whilst my car was being repaired and when completed they took my car to the hire company so I could return my courtesy car and drive my car home. The quality of the repair done to my car was outstanding, i couldn't tell there had ever been any damage. It had been cleaned and valeted inside and out, and was like a new car! To say I am over the moon is an understatement! I would 100% recommend your service to anyone who needs a repair! Thank you so much 😊👏👏

Excellent service at very competitive rates. The centre is accessible easily with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly. They have an active website. I booked my service online. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays as well for general service items only. They could not offer a repair over the weekend. That is usually done on the weekdays.

Had an MOT, full service and break discs/pads replaced at the end of November. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Ash kept us informed and explained everything very clearly, and sent pictures via text/WhatsApp of the progress. Car felt like it was running a lot more responsive afterwards, and dashboard service light was all reset and cleared as well. Would not hesitate to use again for the next MOT / service.
