Excellent service at very competitive rates. The centre is accessible easily with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly. They have an active website. I booked my service online. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays as well for general service items only. They could not offer a repair over the weekend. That is usually done on the weekdays.

From the moment I booked my appointment online, Ash was accommodating and made sure the timing worked for me. Throughout the entire process, Ash and his staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience much more pleasant. The MOT and full car service were completed efficiently and thoroughly, and I was impressed that they even identified a minor issue with my car that I hadn't noticed. Had an MOT, full service and break discs/pads replaced at the end of November. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Ash kept us informed and explained everything very clearly, and sent pictures via text/WhatsApp of the progress. Car felt like it was running a lot more responsive afterwards, and dashboard service light was all reset and cleared as well. Would not hesitate to use again for the next MOT / service. I booked my car in for a service and an MOT with Ash and I seriously cannot fault the service from start to finish! Absolutely stellar!! Ash called me the day before to confirm what time my car would be picked up and he was true to his word and arrived on time to collect it. Once he had called to confirm my car had passed, he also sent me photos showing me what he had replaced during the service and returned my car within the specified time. Have been going to them for about 2 years. Whenever I had a problem they always advised first, checked and explained everything in detail, gave me options on what needed to be done. Never pushy. Jobs done were always of best quality and never needed to go back for the same issue twice. Price very decent as well, compared to any other place. Very trustworthy and honest. Recommended to many of my friends! Very grateful for the jobs done and will definitely keep returning :)

Got two premium tyres fitted today at the branch same day after booking online. Dealt with Marni over the phone and in store today. His customer service is faultless. I’ve been to a couple Kwik fit branches and the Perry Barr branch is by far the best all thanks to Marni. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this branch.

Had an appointment booked and was seen straight away despite being 15 minutes early. Was greeted by Marni who made the process really easy and with his excellent team on hand put me at ease and reassured me that I had accessed a great service. Thanks to Ross for being so transparent and explaining the issue. Definitely recommend and will be accessing this service in the future.

On 11th January 2025 as I left home the tyre pressure light came up on the dash board. I checked and my tyre was completely flat. I drove to Kwik Fit Perry Barr a short distance away. I arrived at 4:00 pm and was advised it may not be completed as they closed at 5:00 pm and there was a queue ahead of me, but they would try their best. To my delight the tyre was replaced in 45 mins so I could continue with my busy day ahead running errands for family and elderly relatives, one of whom was in hospital receiving end of life care and has subsequently passed away. The manager Marni, was polite, compassionate, accommodating and was true to his word!! Many thanks in particular to Marni and the rest of the Kwik Fit Team on the day for their excellent customer service, it was so very much appreciated and restored my faith and confidence in staff going the extra mile for the customer. Well done!

Brilliant service from the team at Kwik Fit Perry Barr. I had my tyre change and MOT here 2 years ago and this is the only place where I return. Service from Marni and the team was second to none, they remember and care for each customer who walks through the door. Explained everything clearly, was timely, and professional. I felt valued as a customer and they went above. I would recommend anybody to make this their regular service centre.
