Walmley is an absolutely top class Golf course. The welcome from the club professional was very friendly and informative. The course is a good test of golf and the condition, as always, was fantastic! In my opinion, it's one of the best maintained golf courses in the West Midlands. The greens staff were working on the bunkers and cutting the rough. The attention to detail on the course is a credit to them. Ots just a shame my game wasn't as high class as the surroundings. If you're looking for a game, or to join a club, I'd definitely recommend Walmley.

Visited as a party of 12. Excellent golf course in superb condition. Steve Carter the professional made the booking process easy and was very welcoming on the day. The food and catering staff were top notch. We would all come back to Walmley without hesitation.

Popped in to cash in a competition voucher to buy golf shoes. Steve the Pro was extremely welcoming and helpful in choice of shoe. When I played in the invitation competition the organisation was first class. The presentation of the course was very good and meal afterwards superb.

Best golf course for miles! Well maintained and the chef is 1st class. In the main the members are friendly as are the staff! Never heard a bad word about the place.

Great course, superb condition, you'll need your putting boots on as the greens were fab. Well stocked pro shop, lovely clubhouse, great beers and food, can't wait to come back in June 👍👍

Superbly set up pro-am which went ahead only a day after a terrible storm. Huge credit to the green keepers for getting the course in the shape it was. As the website says it's ideal for winter golf, which is true. The food we had after was absolutely delicious. I've never played here until now and I'd love to come back in the summer and play it again.

I'm a relatively new member here and it is a great course. Some players will no doubt complain at the lack of water hazards but make no mistake this is a real challenge. Trees everywhere, lots of bunkers, and some very quick greens in summer. The club house is a nice place to be, with good people and great food.

Excellent testing golf course in fab condition. Lovely traditional clubhouse, superb food and excellent, friendly, helpful staff. A wonderful overall experience playing here.

An enjoyable parkland course with a good variety of holes. The greens were small, firm, undulating and fast. Couple this with rough around the greens it made the course play extremely tough. The condition of the course was excellent. It's compact, with several holes very close to others. Overhanging trees make the fairways narrower than they actually are, on several holes. The clubhouse team are friendly and helpful. The food is basic but fine and good value.

I visited Moseley golf club using the 1892 reciprocal courtesy arrangements, what a very friendly club, the members very friendly on the course asking if we are enjoying the course which was in perfect condition. A word on the director of golf Micheal Bayliss he was very welcoming and very obliging showing us around the clubhouse making sure we knew where to go. A very enjoyable visit Phil Bennett

I’m a member at Moseley, and with 3yr old grandson in tow attended the Children’s Christmas party which was absolutely fantastic, a super Father Christmas. Another benefit of being a member of this great old club.

Played as a visitor with a group from Lilleshall Hall. Wonderful day despite the rain - course is beautifully designed and maintained. Made very welcome by staff. Thoroughly recommend playing there.

We had a lovely round here. Considering the time of year and the amount of rain there has been, the course was in great condition. It's clearly very well looked after. The course itself is charming and a good test. There are a number of excellent holes, in particular 12 and 16, which are both spectacular. We also had a very friendly welcome in the bar. Myself and my wife played at Fulford Heath on Friday 7th July and we were very kindly given a courtesy round, by Paul Aitkens the Club Manager, due to our course hosting the Midland Youth Championships all week as it has done for the last 37 years!! The welcome we received was from everyone at Fulford Heath was warm and friendly and the course itself was in excellent all round condition and a very good test of golf. The greens were immaculate, very quick and true and a real pleasure to putt on. We had lunch before we played which was lovely and the pint on the patio after the round was very welcome indeed. The members we came across were extremely friendly and genuinely pleased to have us there which was nice. We even had a laugh and a joke with the fourball who had played behind us. Such nice people!! Overall we had a fabulous day on a superb course and receieved such a lovely welcome from everybody at Fulford Heath 🙂!! If you haven't played it before then it's a must visit and we are sure you will enjoy it just as much as we did!! We will certainly return in the very near future, hopefully in a Mixed Open at some point. Thanks again Paul and everyone else associated with Fulford Heath you are a real credit to your golf club. Played Fulford Heath for the first time yesterday. The course was in amazing condition and the best course I have played. Everyone enjoyed the round and the greens were incredible, much credit to the green keepers 👍

Very nice course, the greens were great, and the course on the whole was very neat & tidy. Well worth playing. There is a decent chipping & putting practice area as well as nets. The pro shop has some decent stock and there is a simulator which I believe you can hire out.

Well, what can I say... I think the picture sums it up just nicely. Got invited to an event here last night. Didn't know what to expect as I'm not really a golfer, but I was totally blown away. Literally had one of the best night in a long time. The venue and the course are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The members were so welcoming and friendly. I think I spoke to Literally every person! The food was perfect. Highly recommend this place, if you're local and not already a member I urge you to get in touch and join. What an amazing night. Thanks for the invite and will definitely be back. Oh, the captains a legend by the way 👏 🙌 😎

Went to the function room that was hired for a wake. The buffet was delicious and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We held both of my parents’ wakes over the last 12 months here and were brilliantly looked after. Function room is bright and airy and the food choices are excellent. Stacy & staff really helpful. Would definitely recommend

Adventure golf with the wife and kids. Was great fun! Kept us occupied for over an hour. Moving, life like dinosaurs which the kids loved! Wasn't to crowded, didn't have to wait to long for the next course. Cafe there for drinks and snacks. Different colourer balls for each player and different size clubs dependent on size which was great! We all loved it!

Played on the adventure golf which has a dinosaur 🦕 theme. Lots of fun. Best to book in advance. Would be busy at peak times. Attractive area with plastic dinosaurs, with bridges and water features.

Took my 3 year old grandson to Dino Golf this morning. He thoroughly enjoyed it. He enjoyed the dinosaurs as he is really into them. It is attached to the golf club and gym. Plenty of parking and wheelchair/pushchair friendly. There are 18 holes of differing levels of difficulty. There is a place to have a bite to eat or drink including alcohol if you want it. We didn't eat so can't comment on price or quality of food. It takes between 45 minutes and an hour to complete, depending on how many people are on the course. I would reccomend a visit, we will definitely be returning.

A lovely clean place. Really well set out and fully wheelchair accessible. The dinosaur's aren't just models they move and make noise also. Just thing let it down. The amount of glasses left around the site from other customers. If these were to smash it would cause problems trying to clean every bit off the grass. Maybe plastic glasses would be better or a glass deposit to make sure they are returned.

Once the new greens open (June 2019) this will be a lovely track. Nice chipping green too.

We arranged a funeral reception here on Monday 2nd September, cannot thank every member of staff involved enough for the respect and kindness they showed us throughout the day. Quality of food was first class and every request was actioned without hesitation, Special thanks to Richard who from initial contact was there for us every step of the way, heartfelt thanks from all the family to everyone involved

A good course in great condition. Had a society day there and everyone enjoyed the challenge of this golf course. Staff were excellent, only downside was the price £46 for 18 holes on the weekend.

The club and course are amazing. From the first day we arrived, Richard made us feel very welcome and nothing but smiles from the other staff. Jason always seems to be working on the club, and Erin, behind the bar, never seems to have a day off! I'm so pleased I moved there, and 7 of us came across. Here's to many years ahead playing golf!

Played here last week. Considering I lived in this area for over 20 years I've never played here. Course in fantastic condition, lots of different holes, my only gripe is we teed off 35 minutes after the booking time, from other other people said this is a regular occurrence here. Didn't ruin the day though.

Very friendly staff. Great course with interesting challenging holes, and the best greens I have played on in UK. The catering staff and food was also top notch. A hidden Midlands gem. Well done Sandwell, we will be back.

I dare anyone to find a better value course than Sandwell Park golf club. From the play out, to the carpet like fairways, the tree lined fairways and the friendly staff/members. Just a lovely lovely parkland course hidden away from suburbia.

Great meeting place with open relaxed area for refreshments and snacks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Met with an old friend, Drew from Wilson Golf. A fitting venue for a catch up after 20 years of Event Caddie ⛳️

Played PGA and Brabazon, the weather held of for us on both days and given the weather they'd had for the previous week, the course was in excellent condition. It was a privilege to play 2 courses that so many legends have played before.

The golf courses here, Brabazon, PGA National, and Derby are all different but all superb. Bit wet this weekend but there you go. Facilities in the hotel/clubhouse are brilliant, staff very attentive. Prices for drinks on the high side and the rooms are a bit dated. They are building some new accommodation but obviously be a while before it's built. I would recommend it to golfers anytime. Facilities for wedding receptions etc first class.

The Brabazon is fantastic. Greens were like glass....fairways like carpet. Lots of sand drying up any damp spots but these tended to be from tee to fairway so not really in play... If you never 3 putt you have played really well and shot a decent number.... definitely not a course to expect 36 PTS if your handicap is honest!!! Certainly gives you a heightened respect for the pros (not that they'd be playing in 40mph winds in April like we did!) but even so. A must for any golf fan, and some deals to be had....we did the Brabazon twice and hearing how the PGA and Darby were (bogs!) I am very glad. Take a mortgage for food and drink though!!!
