Such lovely members of staff, i broke down and i dont live in Birmingham, and Mr George was kind enough to accomodate me and help me get back on the road. Very professional, prompt and kind. My tyre pressure was also checked, and my windscreen wash and antifreeze tooped up, they even polished my engine! Could not recommend enough. Thank you so much😀

I like this repair shops because of their behavior specially Mr. George. No matter how busy he is if you are in need of something he will definitely help you. Every time i go in there he tries to make me understand what happened with my car and what needs to be done. I must mention his honesty here. One time i got notification to change my brake pad. I left the car with George as an emergency because i drive everyday 120 miles to work on my merc they ordered the parts but later on upon delivery George said he didn't replace it because it was a faulty sensor. I was amazed by his honesty. Moreover they help me every time i m in need. Rest of the stuff are well behaved tooo. Its not a place where u have to leave your car to the receptionist and they write down and the mechanic have no idea wht he is dealing with except the scanner. This is the place where you can actually tell the person who will repair your car about the problem you have experienced. That's how car repair shops should be. ....

Car stopped working on Saturday night and the AA roadside assistance recommended that I try this garage, which you have to admit is a good sign. Had an excellent experience, everyone I spoke to was very polite and explained the issue clearly. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this garage for 20+yrs all my MOT's have been done here. Also any work as always been of a high quality any little faults or adjustments have been sorted no questions asked all at a very competitive price & the car as always come back clean. The staff are all friendly & helpful. You also get a complimentary hot drink & a choice of cakes or samosa's. Definately recommend 10 stars all day long

Bless him i cannot recall his name but a man helped me out with my vehicle for 3 whole weeks. in partnership with my dealership and warranty there was so many problems that hindered my car getting fixed but the garage stayed in contact with me every day for 3 weeks giving me updates and also helping me. The car had been there that long i wouldn’t have blamed them for leaving it on the road because it was taking up space but i appreciate this garage for taking care of my car and helping me out for those weeks they had it, honestly if my car ever gets problems again and im actually paying i will gladly bring it back here!!!

This garage was recommended to me while I was having trouble with an issue on my car. From the start they were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable They got my car in the same day due to a cancellation and diagnosed my cars issues with BMW test equipment and all recommended tests from the results, they carried out the repairs faster than the estimated time. I was very impressed with the services provided I was called and had the issues explained in depth, even asking my cars history to have a full understanding of the issue and potential causes which a mechanic has never asked me before. They sent me photographs backing up their findings and an exact quote before carrying out the repairs. Good team members and they helped me they all are kind people only the concern I was worried the booking online not great have to call the customer service to make it correct of the date of their error in their system and also the centre no Tea or coffee not that much looking good in appearance of the centre is not presentable they have to make it much more attractive this is my opinion and suggestion for the kwik fit company Headoffice.
