I completed1 part of my treatment last week with Dr Chawdhri and his assistant. He gave me clear advice throughout the procedure and although I am a nervous patient by nature - I actually felt relaxed and in control. I would recommend that anyone who is nervous about dentists - visit BPI. The establishment is well put together in modern and clean surroundings. All the staff are approachable and you will be treated with the highest of respect. Visit them - I left with a BEAUTIFUL smile.

I was referred to BPI Dental by my regular dentist. I underwent gum restoration surgery to fix gum recession. The process involved making an incision near the base of the teeth, packing it with collagen, and then stitching it back together. The process is uncomfortable, but not painful, which surprised me. After a day or two I could eat normally (but carefully), and after a few weeks, it was pretty much healed. If you are considering this procedure, I would advise that the new tissue is delicate, and even if you're very careful, you may find some doesn't take, and sloughs off as it heals. The first round was about 80% successful for me, and Dr. Boota redid a few teeth after everything was healed. My gum line is not perfect, but it is much better than it was; higher around the teeth, and the gums are thicker. I had a lot of tissue repaired in this way; 6-8 teeth on the top, and 6-8 on the bottom. The surgery was done in two sittings so as not to be overwhelming. The cost was reasonable, around 4k; I quite like having a full set of teeth, so consider it money well spent. Overall, it wasn't that bad; I would recommend the procedure if you have a similar problem. Thank you to Dr. Boota and the rest of the team.

Thank you to Dr Ubhi and Dr Chawdhri. I have been visiting BPI Dental for implant, invisalign and composite bonding treatment and I am beyond happy with the results. Both Dr Ubhi and Dr Chawdhri are so thorough in their work, attentive and have made me feel at ease and well informed throughout all stages of my treatment. I always received a warm welcome from the reception staff and have been well taken care of by all others that have been involved in my treatment.

I have been a patient at BPI dental since October 2022. I am 60 years old and have required extensive restorative dental work. This work has been performed by Dr Zeeshan Chawdhri. I would highly recommend this practice and in particular Dr Chawdhri. The work carried out has been of the highest quality and the treatment I have received has been first class. This was my first visit to a dentist in years (I am ashamed to say). I am so glad that I chose this practice to go to. Right from the get go, I was made very welcome by the reception staff who were very friendly, professional and efficient. I was then called in by the dentist and was able to use the stairlift (ably helped by a member of reception) to propel me upstairs to my appointment. Once upstairs,I was assisted out of the stairlift and ínto the treatment room. A thoughrough examination was made of my teeth and X-rays were subsequently taken. A treatment plan was worked out after I was shown the X-rays. I was more than happy to agree to have the work carried out and booked two further appointments at reception. The dentist,Narinder,was very friendly, professional and efficient,as was the lady who was assisting her. I found the whole visit to be a very positive experience from start to finish. If you have to visit a dentist, then I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

My dentist is so kind and explains everything beforehand. I’ve had some issues following an extraction but I’ve been able to get emergency same day appointments to address this. Nice comfy waiting room. Smooth radio to listen to. Friendly reception staff. I recommend this practice.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty for dental work. When I moved back to the West Midlands this year I rejoined the practice, even though I no longer live close to the practice. So, why only 4 stars? The website has pictures of people showing off their smiles. Alas, you will not be greeted by one at reception, as the receptionist is wearing a face mask. These devices present a threatening aspect, hinder communication & of course are useless for their intended purpose in this situation. To be clear, this does not apply in a clinical situation where dentists are perforce close to large droplets & aerosols, which may present a real risk.

Kirsty and her dental assistant is so kind and make me feel incredibly relaxed. I was so anxious about attending my appointment but I did not need to be concerned. I have been attending this dental practice for some time now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Reception staff are also very welcoming

I am completely satisfied with this practice. The receptionists are most helpful and the dentist I am undertaking treatment with, Abu, is extremely professional and explains every procedure thoroughly. He makes the patient feel confident and relaxed and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my family or friends.

I cannot praise Deborah Hurst enough. She was extremely professional, kind and friendly and immediately put me at ease. At every point she informed me about what she was doing and why and I felt that she genuinely cared. The dental nurses and reception staff are also very professional and helpful and provide an excellent service.

Brilliant dental services. Efficient reliable online and phone booking service. Dr David is efficient, on point, and very kind. He explained to me in detail what's happening with my teeth rather than just getting to work and leaving me wondering. He also plays good music while I'm on the dentists recliner. It isn't cheap, as you might expect from a private dental practice, but what I've had done I haven't regretted. The waiting areas are spacious, clean and adequately comfy. There's a nice fish tank in the main one. The dental nurses are all very well presented and mostly do what's expected of them very well, I believe. There are many parking spaces outside, but even those can be full. Nearby, there are more spaces. I'm not familiar with the pricing in other clinics so won't comment on that in comparison.

Have been a patient for the last few years. I come every 6 months for a routine hygiene dental. Customer service is amazing here. They take a £20 deposit over the phone and remainder on the day. Wait time isn't too long and the best thing is they stay open till very late.

Went in with mind numbing toothache, came out with one less tooth, and no toothache. Costs explained upfront. Service was very very good. Haven’t used this practice before due to distance from home, but they offered emergency service. Very pleased and thank you.

Dr Aggarwal is an outstanding dentist/surgeon. He always goes above and beyond for his clients. He is caring and very compassionate. He is attentive and if you have any concerns he will put your mind at ease. Even when I am nervous I am always made to feel comfortable in every appointment. I have had many procedures from braces to bone graft procedure and implant procedure. All are outstanding services just know you are in safe hands with Dr Aggarwal. He will give you realistic timeframes and will keep you updated what to expect in your teeth journey. Every visit I have I am always informed at the begining and end what will happen next. I have been a patent for Doctor Aggarwal for 16 years. In that time I have found the practice professional, caring and competent. The Dr runs a tight ship, the benefits of this is short waiting times in reception which is important if you are an anxious patent. Well done.

I was referred to Ben Edwards who carried out the first part of my root canal treatment today. I’m a very nervous patient and I can honestly say that I did not feel any pain whatsoever during this 90 min procedure and no pain since the anaesthetic wore off. I’m delighted with the care and treatment that I’ve received so far, Ben is a brilliant dental specialist who immediately put me at ease. I’ll be happy to return in three weeks time for the final part of my treatment. Thank you Ben and staff

Z. Ali is an amazing dentist, I've been here for years but not seen a loyal Professional with her work. Very well experienced 👌 👏 👍 I've my root canal done and also my kids. Engage very well with kids, my child will refuse every time to see dentist but hats off to her she manged him very well.

Dr Zainab Ali was really skilled and lovely, hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years and was terrified but she was efficient and super kind. Very fair pricing too, would recommend!
