100% recommend Crankhall Dental Practice. Went on 23rd January after being in pain never going to a dentist cause of being scared I need help with a tooth that was causing me pain and discomfort. I rang at 9am and spoke to such an amazing receptionist that listen to me even though I was in tears she got me in at 9:45. When I arrived the place was clean and the receptionists were so welcoming. I filled out paperwork and was advised to go upstairs. I was then called in for my appointment. The dentist unfortunately I can’t remember their names however they welcomed me they could see was really upset and nervous they reassured me. They did the usual checks and they asked if they could take some X-rays so they could see in my details. Had first they struggled to get a picture of the wisdom tooth that was causing the issue. However they tried again for me. We finally were able to get the picture. Because the tooth had such decay that someone with experience would need to take it out. I was in luck they found Mani who was off today but was there doing some work. He advised he could do it. They asked about appointments but I was in Luck he said he could do it now. I was still emotional and in tears but all three of them supported me and reassured me. Within 5 min my tooth was out and I was finally in a bit more I was given the tooth and all the information and could not thank them enough. I went back down stairs to settle my bill where the receptionist noticed I was shaking. She asked if I had eaten and I said no she told me to sit down and she would get me a glucose drink to bring my sugars up. Iv moved all my family to the practice. I can not thank them enough for the support they provided me. After having a fear the welcome you get is so amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist I would recommend this one. Thank you so much

My mother has dementia and is 89 years old. She lost her bottom dentures and has had to attend 4 times in total to have some new made and fitted. I can only say that the compassion and professionalism my mother has received from all the members of staff from the receptionist to the nurses and the dentist has been exemplary and would like to thank them on behalf my mother Patricia bowen

I recently had a fab experience at Crankhall Lane Dental Practice - I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming and the office itself is super clean and well-maintained. Dr Bhandal was so clear at explaining each step of my procedure, it really put me at ease, and he answered all of my dental queries in a friendly manner! Highly recommend if you want a stress-free dental experience :)

First visit to Oraco after several disappointing year at my last practice. First impressions are good, staff were friendly and the dentist that saw me explained a lot of what was causing a long standing issue with one of my teeth - something that my previous dentist never did. My first visit to this dentist and it couldn’t have been better. The receptionist Claire was friendly and approachable going above and beyond for me - it’s lovely to see someone so happy in their job! The dentist Abbey was very knowledgeable and took her time to get to know me and my teeth. She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. She took time showing and explaining my X rays and gave me options regarding issues. This is the first time in a long while I have left a dentist feeling listening to and valued. Great job all - I will be recommending to all my friends & family. thank you!

I had my first appointment here yesterday. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, and so was my dentist and hygienist. There is 1 set of stairs to climb which is a little tough for those of us with disabilities. I've never felt so immediatly put at ease and welcomed at the dentist before. I wasnt rushed, i felt my teeth mattered to them. i was encouraged to discuss and ask questions. i didnt feel judged for my past health concerns. and i really felt listened to and cared for. They were really gentle and understanding with my sensitive tooth, and my dislocating jaw. (i cant open very wide). and the instrument placed in the mouth for x-ray was the most comfortable ive experienced anywhere. (not some huge contraption that digs into your gums). i didnt think this existed in the UK anymore. My mom is swapping to here after my glowing review. Thank you so much for your care, it brightened my day.

Dr Tariq is so lovely, made me feel comfortable every time and I looked forward to my brace appointments. Treatment went smoothly and he made sure that I was 100% happy to remove them. I love my new smile, can’t recommend him enough!

Dr. Tariq did an amazing job. He provided attentive care and great service, fitting braces to close the gaps I had and to ensure that my teeth perfectly aligned with my bottom set. I had an excellent care by Dr Tariq Mahmood during the time when I had my braces fitted. He kept my braces on until I was satisfied with his treatment. Dr Tariq completely transformed my smile with his professional skills. I always felt self-conscious about my smile. Now I feel confident and happy it has made a significant impact on my life. I look forward to continue my dental treatment under Dr Tariq Mahmood's care. I cannot recommend Divine Dentistry enough due to outstanding result. I have been a client of Tariq's for many many years, and that is testament to the quality and care I receive both from him, and his very friendly and professional team. More recently I sought help with straightening my lower front teeth, which meant wearing a brace for a few months. I have to admit that at first I didn't like it, and wanted it removed. However, Tariq gently and expertly talked me through it, and persuaded me to continue, assuring me it would be worth it. He was absolutely right, and I'm so glad, they have never looked better. If you are unsure about treatment, don't be afraid to have a chat about it. You will be glad you did.

I have been attending City Dental practice for years and the service is always exceptional. All the staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Best Dentist i've ever been too! Couldn't recommend highly enough. I went as I had a chipped veneer and missing two - Amit didn't push me down the more expensive route of replacing them all but came with a solution which best suited myself and the health of my teeth for years to come. I have been coming to this dentist for over 20 years and only have very good words to say about it. I have just had 3 teeth out , which I was extremely nervous about but, Parveen has restored my faith. She was so professional and I will never worry again in the future. First time here, Harbir was excellent understanding and explained the processes very well. I feel like I was given more than enough options to choose from. Very friendly and comforting too, I haven't been to a dentist for over 16 years due to a bad dentist and I know my mouth isn't in the best of states due to this. Regardless I was made to feel comfortable and I was impressed with how the new patient exam was done. I'll no doubt have to return many times but the fear has been alleviated from my first experience here. Id recommended to anyone who's worried nervous or hasn't been for years. 10/10 so far.

Can't recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the welcoming, helpful reception staff through to the responsiveness and accessibility of dentists and hygienist. It almost feels like a pleasure visiting!!. The staff from the receptionist to the dentist are all very nice, accomodating and helpful. The reception and treatment room is spotless. I find it easily accessible as you can park right outside their door without having to travel into town and it is only around the corner from where I live. :)
