Can't recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the welcoming, helpful reception staff through to the responsiveness and accessibility of dentists and hygienist. It almost feels like a pleasure visiting!!. I would like to give a particular shout out to Kinga, she has supported me over recent times and her advice and guidance coupled with her kindness and thoughtfulness has made a significant difference to my dental health. Communication from this practice is first class.

Excellent service and team. TBH visiting the dentist is one of my least favourite chores but the team here makes up for my fear of dentist by being welcoming, professional, highly consultative and feel more like visiting friends…even with the dentist drill I look forward to my appointments which speaks volume! I have been attending this practice since relocating back to Brum in 2016. Am so grateful we found this gem and highly recommend!

I have been attending City Dental practice for years and the service is always exceptional. All the staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. As a mother of a child who is neurodiverse they always make reasonable adjustments for her visits to ensure she is able to cope! We love this place!

My mother has dementia and is 89 years old. She lost her bottom dentures and has had to attend 4 times in total to have some new made and fitted. 100% recommend Crankhall Dental Practice. Went on 23rd January after being in pain never going to a dentist cause of being scared I need help with a tooth that was causing me pain and discomfort. I rang at 9am and spoke to such an amazing receptionist that listen to me even though I was in tears she got me in at 9:45. When I arrived the place was clean and the receptionists were so welcoming. I filled out paperwork and was advised to go upstairs. I was then called in for my appointment. The dentist unfortunately I can’t remember their names however they welcomed me they could see was really upset and nervous they reassured me. They did the usual checks and they asked if they could take some X-rays so they could see in my details. Had first they struggled to get a picture of the wisdom tooth that was causing the issue. However they tried again for me. We finally were able to get the picture. Because the tooth had such decay that someone with experience would need to take it out. I was in luck they found Mani who was off today but was there doing some work. He advised he could do it. They asked about appointments but I was in Luck he said he could do it now. I was still emotional and in tears but all three of them supported me and reassured me. Within 5 min my tooth was out and I was finally in a bit more I was given the tooth and all the information and could not thank them enough. I went back down stairs to settle my bill where the receptionist noticed I was shaking. She asked if I had eaten and I said no she told me to sit down and she would get me a glucose drink to bring my sugars up. Iv moved all my family to the practice. I can not thank them enough for the support they provided me. After having a fear the welcome you get is so amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist I would recommend this one. Thank you so much

Dr Mani and Lynne are amazing! I’ve not been to the dentist for years with anxiety, but they instantly made me feel comfortable. Mani explained everything that he was doing and put my mind at ease, I can’t recommend him enough :) I’ve have a couple treatments here now and had a great experience every time.

I have been a patient at this dentists for over 50 years. Initially when I went my two sons accompanied me, then my three granddaughters and now 2 of my great grandchildren come with me. We have always had wonderful service through the years. At my latest appointment I was delighted to find the treatment room is now on the ground floor, which as I am now nearer 80 than 70, means no struggling upstairs for treatment. I would recommend these dentists to anyone.

Castle dentist practice have been my dentist for a number of years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, had another great experience today deep root filling and never felt a thing. So gentle and caring. Highly recommend this practice

I have been coming to this dentist for over 20 years and only have very good words to say about it. I have just had 3 teeth out , which I was extremely nervous about but, Parveen has restored my faith. She was so professional and I will never worry again in the future. I've today completed my treatment of having 6 crowns fitted accross my front top teeth because of teeth grinding. I'm blown away by the results. The final crowns were fitted today . They feel so natural in my mouth and I can smile infront of the mirror again. Suki did and excellent job and the price I paid was better than I expected. Janet ( his assistant ) was there for every appointment aswell and both were excellent throughout. I'm glad it's over with now but couldn't have been happier with it all. I have been a client of Tariq's for many many years, and that is testament to the quality and care I receive both from him, and his very friendly and professional team. The staff from the receptionist to the dentist are all very nice, accomodating and helpful. The reception and treatment room is spotless. I find it easily accessible as you can park right outside their door without having to travel into town and it is only around the corner from where I live. :)

So grateful I was recommended to The Dentist. I have my smile back They listened to me and guided me on all options and was not pushy, if anything they scaled my thinking back to towards achieving realistic results. I found we built trust in a very small window which is mainly down to their adherence on delivering patient care. Treatments I have had is teeth whitening and two front crowns- since having the treatment my confidence has blossomed and my smile is back on point. I recently had my first dentist appointment for edge composite bonding with Dr. Faizan Ahmad, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service was outstanding, and the results far exceeded my expectations. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Ahmad made sure I was comfortable and explained each step, which helped put me at ease. The attention to detail and care he provided were exceptional. I’m thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be returning for future treatments. Highly recommend!

My appointment was on time. The doctor was polite and caring. He explained everything to me in detail. Procedure was carried out in an empathetic manner. Well done. However, I would have given 5 stars if 1. Hand over the patient record to the patient either as hard copy or soft copy at the end of the appointment with details of main complaints, discussion on procedure, reasons to carry out the one which was completed, any x-ray pictures, medications, post procedure precautions etc 2. Always book a follow up appointment before patient leaves your centre. 3. Extraction is easy and money making for the centre too. However all options on preserving the tooth should also be "honestly" discussed with the patient.

Have been a patient for the last few years. I come every 6 months for a routine hygiene dental. Customer service is amazing here. They take a £20 deposit over the phone and remainder on the day. Wait time isn't too long and the best thing is they stay open till very late.

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service at Scott Arms. My 14-year-old was experiencing a toothache, and they quickly booked us in for an emergency appointment without any hassle.
