Brilliant dentist. Had my wisdom teeth removed and staff were really reassuring, surgery also rang me day after to make sure I was okay. I have been putting having my wisdom teeth out for years and the team here were outstanding. Reception staff are always kind and chatty! Love it here wouldnt go anywhere else.

I went into Springfield Road Dental Pratice on Thursday the 21st September with a toothache from a recent filling I'd had done at another dentist. The receptionist was polite and friendly and Andy was great. He asked questions, listened to the answers and put me at ease immediately. After performing a quick checkup and taking an x ray, he talked through my options. I decided to have the tooth extracted and he literally did it 20 minutes later, I couldn't believe it. It was quick, pain-free and I feel miles better. Great place, great staff, would go back.

We have since moved back to the US after 17 years in the UK but we miss Dr Andy and his gentle explanations on how best to care for our teeth. He always provided us with solutions and affordable options. Highly recommend Dr Andy and his staff!

Absolutely brilliant dentist! I genuinely couldn't be happier. I am a very nervous patient and have been with them since Dr Fickert owned it (he was brilliant too!). Mr Patel is very patient with me and explains everything and gives me all the time I need. The hygienist is also understanding and only uses hand tools, although today it appeared that she seemed to believe I don't use interdental brushes, when I actually do because my gums bled when she cleaned my teeth... nothing to do with the fact that she kept catching my gums with the cleaning tools?

From a warm welcome on arrival at Reception, to calming, friendly and efficient treatment in the chair, our visit to the dentist was as pleasant as a dental visit could be!! Brilliant dental services. Efficient reliable online and phone booking service. Dr David is efficient, on point, and very kind. He explained to me in detail what's happening with my teeth rather than just getting to work and leaving me wondering. He also plays good music while I'm on the dentists recliner. It isn't cheap, as you might expect from a private dental practice, but what I've had done I haven't regretted. The waiting areas are spacious, clean and adequately comfy. There's a nice fish tank in the main one. The dental nurses are all very well presented and mostly do what's expected of them very well, I believe. There are many parking spaces outside, but even those can be full. Nearby, there are more spaces. I'm not familiar with the pricing in other clinics so won't comment on that in comparison.

Went in with mind numbing toothache, came out with one less tooth, and no toothache. Costs explained upfront. Service was very very good. Haven’t used this practice before due to distance from home, but they offered emergency service. Very pleased and thank you.

Have been a patient for the last few years. I come every 6 months for a routine hygiene dental. Customer service is amazing here. They take a £20 deposit over the phone and remainder on the day. Wait time isn't too long and the best thing is they stay open till very late.

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service at Scott Arms. My 14-year-old was experiencing a toothache, and they quickly booked us in for an emergency appointment without any hassle. Dr. Jay Sasdev was fantastic with my son, especially since it was his first time getting a filling. My son came out saying how amazing Dr. Jay was because he didn't feel a thing! A huge thank you to Dr. Jay and his dental nurse for making my son's first dental experience a comfortable and stress-free one. Highly recommend!

I came to All Saints following a fall that broke one of my front teeth. Dr Ahmed was absolutely fantastic. He has been a wonderful dentist and all the staff have been incredible. I have a slight dental phobia, but this has never been an issue at All Saints. They've made me feel calm, listened to everything, answered every question clearly and honestly and kept me up to date with every stage of my treatment. My treatment has been of the highest quality and I couldn't wish for better. Highly highly recommend.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Fariba Younes, and the experience was great. She demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism, thoroughly covering all the important information. Most importantly, she performed a quick extraction that I had expected to be fairly complicated, and my recovery has been smooth so far. I even received follow-up calls from the practice to check on my well-being after the surgery. The entire team, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, was very welcoming and genuinely focused on finding the best solutions for their patients. I highly recommend them!

I called to make an emergency appointment at 2 o clock today and got one for 4.20 after chipping a front tooth. Dr Fariba did an amazing job fixing my tooth you can't tell its been broken and repaired. Would 100% recommend this dental practice and Dr Fariba I'm so pleased with how my tooth turned out

After a weekend of pain with a newborn. I booked a private appointment as there were not many surgeries taking nhs I called maypole dental surgery and sindy was the reassurance I needed she advised me to come to the surgery straight away and offered me a same day appointment at 11.30 acknowledging that I had a new born baby and was in pain. When there I was seen to straight away and booked in for a molar removal. Sindy also signed new baby up so that we were registered and assured that my baby would have a dentist appointment at earliest time required.

Fantastic service and really helpful staff. I phoned at 9am this morning (23/12) because my Mum, who is spending Christmas with me was in a lot of pain. The receptionist asked me to take her to the surgery straight away, I did and the dentist treated her immediately. Great NHS service and staff. Would highly recommend and will be moving there myself in January.

I had been with my previous dentist for around 20 years when were great. However I had a bad accident and caused quite bad damage to my teeth a few years ago. When I went to my dentist at that time I found they had sold out to new owners and that they were only interested in cosmetics and how much money they could extract from me rather than providing dental treatment. I had lost all confidence in them and didn't go back expecting to hobble a long until I found a decent dentist. Then one of my teeth broke further and was causing me pain so I had to seek treatment. My friend recommended maypole dentist as they were a patient.i rang the dentist and explained my situation. The receptionist was really helpful and kind. They couldn't get me in that day but took my details as they do get cancellations. Half an hour later they rang me back and booked me in for a cancellation the next day. I was seen x-rayed and my treatment clearly explained to me. I was booked in for extraction and fillings promptly and returned again to have my treatment clearly explained to me and every step of the process. I am so glad I was recommended to this practice. I found them courteous, professional, considerate,and am glad that I have found people I can trust. Obviously it's early days for me having a first treatment hence the 4 stars. If I continue to receive the same treatment then they will absolutely be 5 stars.

I am an extremely nervous patient. However, I felt so at ease, the reception staff and the dentist were all amazing. They talked me through everything before they did anything and talked to me about all my options and answered my million questions. I am not the best patient and they made me feel like I wasn’t being silly And really reassured me. They also went through the options like sedation if I was unable to manage my treatments. I would highly recommend for any nervous patient. Thank you for making it easier for me.

Not a huge fan of the dentist but everyone in this practice made me feel so much better about the treatment I had, especially Casey who made sure I was feeling okay. Honestly all staff were so friendly.
