Amazing staff my daughter was scared about having her tooth out but she was so relived with the dentist after he has spoken to her. She then realised it was worth getting worked up for. Happy kids. Receptionist and dental staff are all amazing.

100% recommend Crankhall Dental Practice. Went on 23rd January after being in pain never going to a dentist cause of being scared I need help with a tooth that was causing me pain and discomfort. I rang at 9am and spoke to such an amazing receptionist that listen to me even though I was in tears she got me in at 9:45. When I arrived the place was clean and the receptionists were so welcoming. I filled out paperwork and was advised to go upstairs. I was then called in for my appointment. The dentist unfortunately I can’t remember their names however they welcomed me they could see was really upset and nervous they reassured me. They did the usual checks and they asked if they could take some X-rays so they could see in my details. Had first they struggled to get a picture of the wisdom tooth that was causing the issue. However they tried again for me. We finally were able to get the picture. Because the tooth had such decay that someone with experience would need to take it out. I was in luck they found Mani who was off today but was there doing some work. He advised he could do it. They asked about appointments but I was in Luck he said he could do it now. I was still emotional and in tears but all three of them supported me and reassured me. Within 5 min my tooth was out and I was finally in a bit more I was given the tooth and all the information and could not thank them enough. I went back down stairs to settle my bill where the receptionist noticed I was shaking. She asked if I had eaten and I said no she told me to sit down and she would get me a glucose drink to bring my sugars up. Iv moved all my family to the practice. I can not thank them enough for the support they provided me. After having a fear the welcome you get is so amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist I would recommend this one. Thank you so much

I recently had a fab experience at Crankhall Lane Dental Practice - I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming and the office itself is super clean and well-maintained. Dr Bhandal was so clear at explaining each step of my procedure, it really put me at ease, and he answered all of my dental queries in a friendly manner! Highly recommend if you want a stress-free dental experience :)

Had a consultation because I am having problems with my regular dentists opening hours. Here i had an honest review the service was brilliant. Very welcoming and warm staff. I did not feel under pressure any way whatsoever. Will definitely recommend this dental practice for honest opinions and a quality service.

Excellent service and team. TBH visiting the dentist is one of my least favourite chores but the team here makes up for my fear of dentist by being welcoming, professional, highly consultative and feel more like visiting friends…even with the dentist drill I look forward to my appointments which speaks volume! Best Dentist i've ever been too! Couldn't recommend highly enough. I went as I had a chipped veneer and missing two - Amit didn't push me down the more expensive route of replacing them all but came with a solution which best suited myself and the health of my teeth for years to come. Amazing customer service and really a great bunch of people at City Dental.

First visit to Oraco after several disappointing year at my last practice. I had my first appointment here yesterday. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, and so was my dentist and hygienist. There is 1 set of stairs to climb which is a little tough for those of us with disabilities. I've never felt so immediatly put at ease and welcomed at the dentist before. I wasnt rushed, i felt my teeth mattered to them. i was encouraged to discuss and ask questions. i didnt feel judged for my past health concerns. and i really felt listened to and cared for. They were really gentle and understanding with my sensitive tooth, and my dislocating jaw. (i cant open very wide). and the instrument placed in the mouth for x-ray was the most comfortable ive experienced anywhere. (not some huge contraption that digs into your gums). i didnt think this existed in the UK anymore. My mom is swapping to here after my glowing review. Thank you so much for your care, it brightened my day.

I have been going to Roseville's with my elderly father for the past few months and the entire practice is absolutely amazing. My dad's dentists name is Jazz and he is a very kind caring with a superb attention to detail and made my dad very comfortable while he was working on my dad's teeth. Very special mention for Chelsea and Marcia who have both assisted Jazz throughout my dad's treatment, both ladies are professional, caring and a cannot speak highly enough of them. Went into the surgery this morning Tuesday, the 20th of August 2024. I was having problems with toothache. Amanda immediately got me a cancellation appointment at 2 pm in the afternoon. Was seen by the dentist who sorted me out very professionally and quickly and put my mind at rest with all the problems that I had. Have been going to this Dentist for many years now, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience ever. I visited Yew Tree Dental Practice, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Arjun was truly professional, attentive, and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. All the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

I went for my assessment today. Staff are amazing polite and have amazing attitude to there work and also explain everything clearly. Receptionists were also amazing. I have to go back 31st January for my sedation. And have teeth out which I am still nervous about but looking forward to see and be around the positive energy from all the staff

I attended on the afternoon of Monday 11th November to have a tooth extracted. The tooth has been giving me increasing pain since June 2024. The roots of the tooth went into my sinus, which could have been an issue !! The service provided was excellent. My tooth was out within 5 minutes the dentist was exceptional and those in attendance, were all very polite, reassuring and informative. Thank you so much to all 3 in attendance. I would highly recommend.

Can't thank them enough! I was in so much pain due to a failed extraction attempt by my dentist. He referred me to Bhandal and it was out within 5 minutes. I was extremely nervous and visibly shaking when I arrived but the staff were lovely and tried their best to calm me. Seriously thinking of transferring there.

This clinic is absolutely fantastic! I have a severe phobia of dentists and I've not been for years. I first went to there Worcester clinic and the staff were amazing! Had to have a wisdom tooth out and again all the staff were very kind, considerate and caring, Just like the Worcester branch. Highly recommend.

Everything about this place is excellent—from the staff and venue to the treatments, the entire service and experience. I had a root canal, which I was quite anxious about, but the team put me at ease, and the whole process went smoothly. Very ideal for those, like myself, who work in the City Centre.
