Excellent service and team. TBH visiting the dentist is one of my least favourite chores but the team here makes up for my fear of dentist by being welcoming, professional, highly consultative and feel more like visiting friends…even with the dentist drill I look forward to my appointments which speaks volume! I have been attending this practice since relocating back to Brum in 2016. Am so grateful we found this gem and highly recommend!

I have been attending City Dental practice for years and the service is always exceptional. All the staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. As a mother of a child who is neurodiverse they always make reasonable adjustments for her visits to ensure she is able to cope! We love this place!

I completed1 part of my treatment last week with Dr Chawdhri and his assistant. He gave me clear advice throughout the procedure and although I am a nervous patient by nature - I actually felt relaxed and in control. I would recommend that anyone who is nervous about dentists - visit BPI. The establishment is well put together in modern and clean surroundings. All the staff are approachable and you will be treated with the highest of respect. Visit them - I left with a BEAUTIFUL smile.

Thank you to Dr Ubhi and Dr Chawdhri. I have been visiting BPI Dental for implant, invisalign and composite bonding treatment and I am beyond happy with the results. Both Dr Ubhi and Dr Chawdhri are so thorough in their work, attentive and have made me feel at ease and well informed throughout all stages of my treatment. I always received a warm welcome from the reception staff and have been well taken care of by all others that have been involved in my treatment.

I was referred to BPI Dental by my regular dentist. I underwent gum restoration surgery to fix gum recession. The process involved making an incision near the base of the teeth, packing it with collagen, and then stitching it back together. The process is uncomfortable, but not painful, which surprised me. After a day or two I could eat normally (but carefully), and after a few weeks, it was pretty much healed. If you are considering this procedure, I would advise that the new tissue is delicate, and even if you're very careful, you may find some doesn't take, and sloughs off as it heals. The first round was about 80% successful for me, and Dr. Boota redid a few teeth after everything was healed. My gum line is not perfect, but it is much better than it was; higher around the teeth, and the gums are thicker. I had a lot of tissue repaired in this way; 6-8 teeth on the top, and 6-8 on the bottom. The surgery was done in two sittings so as not to be overwhelming. The cost was reasonable, around 4k; I quite like having a full set of teeth, so consider it money well spent. Overall, it wasn't that bad; I would recommend the procedure if you have a similar problem. Thank you to Dr. Boota and the rest of the team.

I received Invisalign and veneer treatment from Dr Chawdhri. This ran from April 2024 to Jan 2025. I was very impressed by the high level of care I was given and the results of the treatment . I’m happy to say that Dr Chawdhri has now become my regular dentist. The hygienist there is amazing too.

I recently contacted Priory Dental Harborne for assistance, despite not being an existing patient, and I was incredibly impressed with the care I received. From the moment I spoke to Kam at reception, I felt reassured - she was kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. When I arrived, Anj and Tom were both fantastic. They were thorough and explained everything clearly. The care I received was impeccable, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will definitely be using their services going forward.

Highly recommend! First time i have visited Priory dental practice and i must say i am very impressed. From the minute i walked in to when i left i felt at ease and comfortable. Saniya has been the most helpful and responsive. She was very kind and explained very well on what my options were and what i needed to do next. Dr Amit is very good , informative and precise dentist. I felt comfortable with the service.

My dentist is so kind and explains everything beforehand. I’ve had some issues following an extraction but I’ve been able to get emergency same day appointments to address this. Nice comfy waiting room. Smooth radio to listen to. Friendly reception staff. I recommend this practice.

The receptionists are most helpful and the dentist I am undertaking treatment with, Abu, is extremely professional and explains every procedure thoroughly. He makes the patient feel confident and relaxed and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my family or friends.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty for dental work. When I moved back to the West Midlands this year I rejoined the practice, even though I no longer live close to the practice. So, why only 4 stars? The website has pictures of people showing off their smiles. Alas, you will not be greeted by one at reception, as the receptionist is wearing a face mask. These devices present a threatening aspect, hinder communication & of course are useless for their intended purpose in this situation. To be clear, this does not apply in a clinical situation where dentists are perforce close to large droplets & aerosols, which may present a real risk.

Dr Tariq is so lovely, made me feel comfortable every time and I looked forward to my brace appointments. Treatment went smoothly and he made sure that I was 100% happy to remove them. I love my new smile, can’t recommend him enough!

Dr. Tariq did an amazing job. He provided attentive care and great service, fitting braces to close the gaps I had and to ensure that my teeth perfectly aligned with my bottom set. I have been a client of Tariq's for many many years, and that is testament to the quality and care I receive both from him, and his very friendly and professional team. More recently I sought help with straightening my lower front teeth, which meant wearing a brace for a few months. I have to admit that at first I didn't like it, and wanted it removed. However, Tariq gently and expertly talked me through it, and persuaded me to continue, assuring me it would be worth it. He was absolutely right, and I'm so glad, they have never looked better. If you are unsure about treatment, don't be afraid to have a chat about it. You will be glad you did.

I cannot praise Deborah Hurst enough. She was extremely professional, kind and friendly and immediately put me at ease. At every point she informed me about what she was doing and why and I felt that she genuinely cared. The dental nurses and reception staff are also very professional and helpful and provide an excellent service.

Went in with mind numbing toothache, came out with one less tooth, and no toothache. Costs explained upfront. Service was very very good. Haven’t used this practice before due to distance from home, but they offered emergency service. Very pleased and thank you.

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service at Scott Arms. My 14-year-old was experiencing a toothache, and they quickly booked us in for an emergency appointment without any hassle. Dr. Jay Sasdev was fantastic with my son, especially since it was his first time getting a filling. My son came out saying how amazing Dr. Jay was because he didn't feel a thing! Have been a patient for the last few years. I come every 6 months for a routine hygiene dental. Customer service is amazing here. They take a £20 deposit over the phone and remainder on the day. Wait time isn't too long and the best thing is they stay open till very late.

The service over the years at HAPI Dental has been great. However, Dr. Katrina's service has been amazing. Dr Katrina engaged well during the appointments and explained the procedure throughout. I felt calm before, during and after with minimal to no pain after the procedure.

I took my mom today for a follow up appointment regarding her treatment plan. Katrina the dentist was so warm and welcoming and very professional and reassuring. I had my first appointment today with Praveen Louis, I was extremely nervous and anxious but once I got in and started talking with him, any concerns I had were immediately gone. Super friendly, willing to talk about things, understanding, informative and just overall awesome vibes. Spoke about as much as we could in the 1st appointment, honestly looking forward to my next appointment next week. I appreciate the fact he listens and relates as best he can. Absolutely amazing! I recently registered here after not being able to find a dentist elsewhere. They have affordable prices (around £40 for an appointment, and I think from £45 to see the oral hygienist) and ofc NHS treatment options too. I went in today, 9/1/25, after I booked an appointment on Wednesday for the next day! Which was amazing. The person over the phone was lovely, friendly, and offered me advice on what to do/what my options were. I arrived today after having tooth pain and the dentist I spoke to and his assistant (his ig is @drasamnisarbds). I explained what was happening, and they listened! I was put through for an X-ray. The results came back saying I needed to have a tooth pulled. I was initially nervous, but the dentist reassured me that it would be okay and i would be okay (I was)! I was waiting 20mins (same day) to be seen, and my tooth was pulled within 10mins! Both the dentist, his assistant, and the staff were really helpful in understanding my fears of the dentist, and it was lovely that they held my hand throughout the procedure. Best dentist I've been to. They actually listen and help!!

The receptionist lady is always love and the lady dentist has amazing hands, I was scared when I went in but then other visits I went with pleasure because I knew I wont feel anything. I had a root canal done, now I am having crown and some cleaning and she is amazing. Make sure to check your dental health every 6 months to avoid issues ( I was naughty and didnt check mine for 6 years haha )

If I could give more stars I would. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My journey started with a consultation for straightening. After actually being able to get an appointment, I had my consultation with Harry and he was amazing. He put me at ease, explained everything including costs and options with regards to paying and ahead I went with the treatment. The straightening process was surprisingly fast and was followed up with whitening which completely transformed my smile and with it, my confidence. I had such a good experience that I have returned every 6 months since for checkups and cleaning and have since had other treatments too. If you want a friendly and professional dentist who will go above and beyond for you then Harry is your man. I would also like to mention Harry’s team, in my case Elizabeth, Maria and Sukh who have been wonderful, whether that be when I’m in the chair or ensuring I can get in, sometimes last minute, helping me with any paperwork and generally always being friendly, welcoming and totally professional.
