Highly recommend! First time i have visited Priory dental practice and i must say i am very impressed. From the minute i walked in to when i left i felt at ease and comfortable. Saniya has been the most helpful and responsive. She was very kind and explained very well on what my options were and what i needed to do next. Dr Amit is very good , informative and precise dentist. I felt comfortable with the service.

I recently had composite bonding done on my front two teeth the whole process was so simple and pain free. My Dentist Luke and his Dental Assistant Emily did an incredible job I can't thank them enough. I look forward to coming back!

My daughter is living away from home and needed some emergency advice - the interactions were prompt and the urgency was understood. Kam went over and above the call of duty in terms of initially booking an appointment at the practice and secondly, providing trusted contacts for any follow-on orthodontic specialist treatment. I recently contacted Priory Dental Harborne for assistance, despite not being an existing patient, and I was incredibly impressed with the care I received. From the moment I spoke to Kam at reception, I felt reassured - she was kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. When I arrived, Anj and Tom were both fantastic. They were thorough and explained everything clearly. The care I received was impeccable, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will definitely be using their services going forward.

I have been attending City Dental practice for years and the service is always exceptional. All the staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. As a mother of a child who is neurodiverse they always make reasonable adjustments for her visits to ensure she is able to cope! We love this place!

Best Dentist i've ever been too! Couldn't recommend highly enough. I went as I had a chipped veneer and missing two - Amit didn't push me down the more expensive route of replacing them all but came with a solution which best suited myself and the health of my teeth for years to come. Amazing customer service and really a great bunch of people at City Dental.

I received Invisalign and veneer treatment from Dr Chawdhri. This ran from April 2024 to Jan 2025. I was very impressed by the high level of care I was given and the results of the treatment . I’m happy to say that Dr Chawdhri has now become my regular dentist. The hygienist there is amazing too.

I was referred to BPI Dental by my regular dentist. I underwent gum restoration surgery to fix gum recession. The process involved making an incision near the base of the teeth, packing it with collagen, and then stitching it back together. The process is uncomfortable, but not painful, which surprised me. After a day or two I could eat normally (but carefully), and after a few weeks, it was pretty much healed. If you are considering this procedure, I would advise that the new tissue is delicate, and even if you're very careful, you may find some doesn't take, and sloughs off as it heals. The first round was about 80% successful for me, and Dr. Boota redid a few teeth after everything was healed. My gum line is not perfect, but it is much better than it was; higher around the teeth, and the gums are thicker. I had a lot of tissue repaired in this way; 6-8 teeth on the top, and 6-8 on the bottom. The surgery was done in two sittings so as not to be overwhelming. The cost was reasonable, around 4k; I quite like having a full set of teeth, so consider it money well spent. Overall, it wasn't that bad; I would recommend the procedure if you have a similar problem. Thank you to Dr. Boota and the rest of the team.

Thank you to Dr Ubhi and Dr Chawdhri. I have been visiting BPI Dental for implant, invisalign and composite bonding treatment and I am beyond happy with the results. Both Dr Ubhi and Dr Chawdhri are so thorough in their work, attentive and have made me feel at ease and well informed throughout all stages of my treatment. I always received a warm welcome from the reception staff and have been well taken care of by all others that have been involved in my treatment.

I have been a patient at BPI dental since October 2022. I am 60 years old and have required extensive restorative dental work. This work has been performed by Dr Zeeshan Chawdhri. I would highly recommend this practice and in particular Dr Chawdhri. The work carried out has been of the highest quality and the treatment I have received has been first class. The work has helped to restore my smile and my confidence.

The receptionist lady is always love and the lady dentist has amazing hands, I was scared when I went in but then other visits I went with pleasure because I knew I wont feel anything. I had a root canal done, now I am having crown and some cleaning and she is amazing. Make sure to check your dental health every 6 months to avoid issues ( I was naughty and didnt check mine for 6 years haha )

Absolutely amazing! I recently registered here after not being able to find a dentist elsewhere. They have affordable prices (around £40 for an appointment, and I think from £45 to see the oral hygienist) and ofc NHS treatment options too. I went in today, 9/1/25, after I booked an appointment on Wednesday for the next day! Which was amazing. The person over the phone was lovely, friendly, and offered me advice on what to do/what my options were. I arrived today after having tooth pain and the dentist I spoke to and his assistant (his ig is @drasamnisarbds). I explained what was happening, and they listened! I was put through for an X-ray. The results came back saying I needed to have a tooth pulled. I was initially nervous, but the dentist reassured me that it would be okay and i would be okay (I was)! I was waiting 20mins (same day) to be seen, and my tooth was pulled within 10mins! Both the dentist, his assistant, and the staff were really helpful in understanding my fears of the dentist, and it was lovely that they held my hand throughout the procedure. Best dentist I've been to. They actually listen and help!!

I’ve been receiving treatments from this practice for years, all the Staff and Dentists are great especially Sandeep, very professional and friendly. The environment is very nice and clean. They explain in detail to you, your treatment plan and teach you how to maintain and look after your teeth & gums etc. I would definitely recommend this practice 👍

Had a root canal performed by Dr Shila and her assistant. It was quite a tough one with 4 roots. Felt really well looked after was reassured throughout. The teams bedside manners towards patients was exemplary as I was admittedly an awkward patient. Very good practice really pleased I went here. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Reception staff were polite and ensure I was well informed.

The service over the years at HAPI Dental has been great. However, Dr. Katrina's service has been amazing. Dr Katrina engaged well during the appointments and explained the procedure throughout. I felt calm before, during and after with minimal to no pain after the procedure.

I took my mom today for a follow up appointment regarding her treatment plan. Katrina the dentist was so warm and welcoming and very professional and reassuring. Previously my mom always says how nice this young lady is and I am glad that I had the pleasure of meeting her today. Mom is really happy here as the receptionist are also very helpful Thank you 😊

This has been my family dentist for quite some years now, the service has always been amazing the receptionist are always so happy and friendly and my dentist Katrina is amazing always looking out for what is best for her patients. I had my first appointment today with Praveen Louis, I was extremely nervous and anxious but once I got in and started talking with him, any concerns I had were immediately gone. Super friendly, willing to talk about things, understanding, informative and just overall awesome vibes. Spoke about as much as we could in the 1st appointment, honestly looking forward to my next appointment next week. I appreciate the fact he listens and relates as best he can.
