I am a new patient at this practice and suffer from dental anxiety. Eanesh Kara made me feel at ease and made the experience a pleasurable one. I was very impressed with his level of customer service and patience and I am pleased I decided to switch my practice, as I have now finally found a dentist I feel comfortable with.

Another easy check up with my dentist at the practice recently who is always easy to talk to and willing to listen to any problems. He is always very thorough too. I had a problem with one of my teeth recently and managed to get in on the same day and they sorted it out immediately. All the staff were very helpful and reassuring.

I recently had a tooth removed at Norton Dental surgery, I spent a few days prior to appointment really anxious. From the moment I got there I felt welcomed by the receptionist. The removal itself, although very uncomfortable went very well, my dentist and his assistant were wonderfully professtional, kind, considerate, helpful, told me what was going on all the way through the process. If all dental surgeries were like you it wouldnt have taken me so long to get my dental health sorted out. Thank you very much.

I am finally only wearing my night time retainers it has seemed a long time to get to this stage nearly 18 months but it has all been well worth it. Lovely straight teeth at 65. Thought I might be too old to have this done but I am so glad I went through with it. All of the staff are lovely. Francesca is so reassuring and informative and has such a lovely nature. The very best dentist I have ever been to. All the staff are very welcoming. The surgery itself is very pleasant, rather like a spa! It’s also very relaxed and quiet. All the treatments are explained in great detail which is very helpful. There is never any pressure. 10/10 from me on all aspects !

I have just had a fantastic appointment with Anthony. I’m not terrified of the dentist but am certainly not a lover of it. Anthony was very patient, administered the injection at a pace that meant there was absolutely no pain or even pressure/discomfort which I’ve never had with an injection before & explained everything he did, as he did it & the type of sensation I should expect so I was calm throughout. He is clearly an extremely skilled dentist but also has great personal skills & made me feel completely at ease. I am extremely grateful to always get 10/10 customer service at Lion Dental, & this is from all areas of the practice. The receptionists are able to laugh with me whilst my face is numb, the hygienists are very knowledgeable & share important information & advice, rather than just doing your routine clean & waving you off & I have always feel listened to during my cosmetic appointments for Invisalign & bonding. The centre is always immaculately clean, the drinks fridge always stocked & staff make the effort to remember you by face & chat to you. Being in the chair certainly isn’t my favourite place to be, but I feel very little nerves & anxiety now, knowing I will be looked after & be given an incredibly high level of care. The team genuinely make you feel like a VIP. Thank you! I’m so excited for my final smile results, ready for my wedding! 😍

I still can’t quite believe the transformation of my teeth with the Invisalign treatment. I really didn’t like smiling as I felt so self-conscious of my out of shape and uneven teeth. I wasn’t even sure about the Invisalign treatment! But now I can’t thank Jessica enough for supporting me throughout the treatment. I am so happy with the results of the work she has carried out and her advice. Jessica has put me at ease and kept me informed throughout my Invisalign journey. She is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled dentist. She genuinely cares about her patients. Dentist and treatment no problem but arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and surgery was closed until The time of my appointment due to staff breaks . . Not a problem for me as it was a warm day and I just stood at the door . However an elderly lady whose appointment was at the sam e time and had caught public to Hagley then struggled to stand at the door and had it been cold and wet she would have been soaked and cold . Others could arrive with more than 10 minutes to wait . Staff breaks should be staggered and allow patients to enter the surgery .

He has looked after dental needs for almost 25 if not more .He has kept me free from dental pain .I thank Dr Hargreaves for his total dedication .He is the patron saint of pain .He cures your pain nothing can equal that . Don't suffer dental pain give him.a call There no pain worst then tooth ache.

Excellent friendly service. Treatment is carried out with minimum of pain. Have been with this dentist from the beginning.

Relaxing atmosphere and a very friendly doctor

I have been with this dentist practice a few month's now and have always been greeted with a smile from the reception staff, always happy to answer my questions and put me at ease. Mani is my dentist and I'm very nervous to say the least, she makes me feel at ease and has such a calming approach and is really empathetic. Elyse the dental nurse is wonderful too. Today I had 4 teeth done with composite, Mani has done a fantastic job and the attention to detail is fab, I was so nervous and Mani and Elyse spoke to me through the whole process to make sure I was OK. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ❤️ Thank you for restoring my faith in dentists 🙏🏼

I cannot recommend this practice enough for the attention to detail I have received since having composite bonds due to an unsightly tooth. Dr Amika is incredible at what she does and her level of professionalism is second to none. She explained in depth each procedure and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I was treated today by Anneka and Elyse for composite bonding. To say I’m happy with the results is an understatement, the composite is the exact colour and positioned exactly as I wanted. They worked their magic and I am so happy with my new smile. They’re friendly, caring and take their time explaining everything … perfect service! And thank you also to Tyler at the front desk who is also very friendly and attentive.

Owing to illness I had not attended for almost two years, so it was with much trepidation that arrived for a checkup. I did not need to worry because Mariana, George and their assistants soon made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They all showed an understanding of the treatment I have been receiving and indeed still receiving. No visit to the dentist is enjoyable but this was as good as you could possibly get.

First visit today. Made very welcome at reception who explained who we were going to see. Narges the dentist came across as very professional with a good bedside manner. She explained everything to me in layman's terms and was positive in her explanations. So, all in all very satisfied with my first visit and feel confident I have chosen the right practise.

I went for my assessment today. Staff are amazing polite and have amazing attitude to there work and also explain everything clearly. Receptionists were also amazing. I have to go back 31st January for my sedation. And have teeth out which I am still nervous about but looking forward to see and be around the positive energy from all the staff

This clinic is absolutely fantastic! I have a severe phobia of dentists and I've not been for years. I first went to there Worcester clinic and the staff were amazing! Had to have a wisdom tooth out and again all the staff were very kind, considerate and caring, Just like the Worcester branch. Highly recommend.

So, for TWO years I've had awful pain from my second to back tooth at the bottom on the left hand side, my dentist referred me to Bhandals dental practice in Cradley Heath and I was seen by their head dentist Doctor Bhandal, in three minutes he had the tooth out! Absolutely incredible! Even my own dentist had spent 25 minutes trying to remove it with no success. Wow! I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Bhandal and the Dental practice itself when you have a situation like this, amazing! 👏👏👏👍

Can't thank them enough! I was in so much pain due to a failed extraction attempt by my dentist. He referred me to Bhandal and it was out within 5 minutes. I was extremely nervous and visibly shaking when I arrived but the staff were lovely and tried their best to calm me. Seriously thinking of transferring there.
