Excellent dentist, Dr Greg is the most knowledgable & experienced I have ever met. So glad I found this practice after years of moving around different dentists, I have finally settled here. First class service! The & receptionists all lovely & very friendly, I used to arrive anxious but now totally relaxed in this safe & welcoming environment. Thank you Dr Greg, Sophie & the team you guys are the best ❤️

Absolutely brilliant practice and superb dentists,service with a smile.I resently joined Richmond Dental practice a month ago and from my first visit I was so pleased with the service and professional manner. They really do go that extra mile for there patients. Coming from a family of dentists I haven't been anywhere else for many years,but after moving a few years ago, it is too far to travel to family dentists and I really needed something more close to home. Really glad I found this practice its second to none.Dr Greg is really knowledgable, caring and patient. Always explains everything to you and takes his time during your appointment. Excellent dentist as I resently had my wisdom tooth extraction and I was really looked after and didn't feel any pain during the procedure thanks to Dr Greg and his assistant. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile - the receptionists are lovely, considerate and quick to solve my availability issues (booking appointments which were convenient for me). The orthodontist, Mike is super friendly, professional and made me feel at ease. The other dental professionals are very reassuring and treated me with care and sensitivity. The new facilities are extremely clean, hygienic and aesthetic, and fitted with heating/air conditioning. Overall, I have had a positive experience & thank you so much to all the staff! ♥️

Very professional and great communication. Appointments so far have always run on time, and communication in between appointments is impeccable. Text message reminders are very handy. I have to make a special mention of Winnie who has been absolutely amazing in getting us referred over from our dentists and has above and beyond to make sure we get seen by the Orthodontist. As a side note I am really impressed with Winnie’s telephone manner and all round professionalism. Just orthodontics has a great team who are all professional and very welcoming. Well done, guys!

Son had brace yesterday, not good with dentist in general. But he was made so comfortable with them telling everything being done. Staff are so brilliant, recommend 100%.

I went for my assessment today. Staff are amazing polite and have amazing attitude to there work and also explain everything clearly. Receptionists were also amazing. I have to go back 31st January for my sedation. And have teeth out which I am still nervous about but looking forward to see and be around the positive energy from all the staff

This clinic is absolutely fantastic! I have a severe phobia of dentists and I've not been for years. I first went to there Worcester clinic and the staff were amazing! Had to have a wisdom tooth out and again all the staff were very kind, considerate and caring, Just like the Worcester branch. Highly recommend.

So, for TWO years I've had awful pain from my second to back tooth at the bottom on the left hand side, my dentist referred me to Bhandals dental practice in Cradley Heath and I was seen by their head dentist Doctor Bhandal, in three minutes he had the tooth out! Absolutely incredible! Even my own dentist had spent 25 minutes trying to remove it with no success. Wow! I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Bhandal and the Dental practice itself when you have a situation like this, amazing! 👏👏👏👍

Can't thank them enough! I was in so much pain due to a failed extraction attempt by my dentist. He referred me to Bhandal and it was out within 5 minutes. I was extremely nervous and visibly shaking when I arrived but the staff were lovely and tried their best to calm me. Seriously thinking of transferring there.

Amazing service. The staff are superb , they allowed me time to relax before extractions. I can hand o heart say they were the most caring and understanding especially for people with disabilities.

Sometimes the service from Bhandals can be patchy because there are lots of dentists under one roof....however ... I had a cracked tooth that caused me no end of problems and ended up sitting in the chair in Oldswinford while Salman drilled out an old filling and effected a new one. Salman was careful ( never felt the needle ) and did a great job .....no more pain. Thanks Salman !!

This place is amazing. George is absolutely the best. Caring and precise and is a true professional. Rachel is fantastic and has worked hard to rearrange appointments for us as has the other lady on reception but I don’t know her name. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We are lucky to be registered here.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt more looked after at a dental appointment. I was terrified as I needed a filling but the dentist was so lovely, talked through my concerns, reassured me, and used informed consent throughout the whole process. I became a little woozy in the waiting room after my procedure, and the receptionist was so caring and thoughtful, checking in on me and providing me with glucose tablets to perk me up a bit. She even walked me down the stairs to make sure I was okay. Having a filling is never the most fun day of your life but these guys sure do make it easier. Thank you so much!

After recently getting engaged and booking our wedding, I knew I wanted to improve my teeth for our special day. I will admit, over the years I haven’t attended the dentist regularly due to having a fear from an experience when I was a child. I knew I needed to have the courage to overcome my fear. I was recommended by a friend to use MJ Warren Dental Practice and I’m so glad I did. Dr Gurinder Singh has been my dentist throughout and he has been amazing. So patient with me and explained each little step before and whilst I was in the chair. He spoke through my options to achieve my desired look and we made a plan. I have had teeth whitening and then ‘icon’ treatment on my front two teeth to remove the markings. The outcome is better than I ever expected. Gurinder is such a down to earth dentist who genuinely wants the best outcome for his patients. The communication from the whole team has been fantastic. I received a reminder call before my appointment and they have been flexible with my appointments due to my working commitments being demanding. I genuinely cannot thank Gurinder and the dental nurses enough for everything over the past few months. I have now overcome my fear (slightly) and have amazing new teeth. I finally love my smile! My husband Frank & myself have been patients with MJ Warren Dental Practice for many years and always very happy with the treatments we have received. I recenty had dental work done by Dr Polli Mineva which required several appointments to carryout the stages needed to complete the treatment. Polli fully explained exactly what the treatment would entail answering any questions I had which I found extremely helpful and enabled me to eliminate any concerns. I am delighted with the result of Polli's work and as always find her to be very competent thoughtful and friendly who cares about her patients - an excellent dentist. Since joining Mj Warren dental.practice I can only say the service and treatment have been excellent. Very friendly very professional. When I had a filling didn't feel a thing at all and I didn't even have a numbing injection! Would definitely recommend this practice. Great all round dentistry o would not go anywhere else.

I was with my previous dentist for 40 years as it was near where I worked, but it was so difficult to get an appointment. People recommend South Rd dental practice so I registered with the practice. The staff are friendly and helpful.I have had two problems with my teeth, but I was able to be seen by the dentist in a couple of days and the problems sorted out quickly.

Needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. Reception team were very helpful, and found me an appointment within the next hour. I was seen by my usual dentist Lucy, who was compassionate, considerate, understanding and without doubt, a very skilled dentist. Well done and thank you.

Received a call today from Olivia regarding cancellations available for my partner; how refreshing it was to hear such a friendly and professional person on the other end of the phone! I accompanied my partner (her 1st appointment at Oak Tree) and actually met Olivia as she was manning the reception (although she is a qualified dental nurse!) Her excellent demeanour was welcoming, personal and efficient. It’s not often that I would say this, however, because we were both impressed; Olivia is a real asset to Oak Tree Dental Practice, a rare ‘diamond’, and would suggest that she is a real ambassador for the business. My Mum was seen by Dr Swinscoe, and she’s received nothing but great care. She’d been mistreated, taken advantage of, and just generally had some awful experiences at her previous dentist, and the way they looked after her and corrected the issues that she’d incurred from the previous place was excellent! I only have praise for the dental surgery and dentist (Danielle). I have been a member of the practice for 20+ years. I had an extremely bad infection over New Year for which I was seen urgently, on consecutive days. I was also advised by the dentist to attend A&E. The following day I was reviewed by Danielle, at very short notice for an extraction. I cannot thank Danielle and her team enough for the care , support and concern that was shown on seeing me, as well as the reception staff for their support and continued care. Nothing was too much trouble for any one of them. Thank you all so much for looking after me.

As an extremely nervous patient I made an appointment to see Thomas regarding my cracked wisdom tooth. He was so gentle and caring during the whole process of examination and X-rays, explaining the procedure fully to me and answering all of my worries and concerns. I had to have the tooth removed and I could not thank Thomas and Marie, the Dental Nurse, enough for their kindness during the extraction procedure. They were both so caring, showed such patience and were extremely gentle with me. The whole process was painless and such a positive experience!
