I’ve been receiving treatments from here for like a year now… just had my crown fitted. They have the best staff ever. Very professional and friendly. The environment is very nice and clean. If you have a fear of dentists or have any health issues then this is the place for you, I needed 2 wisdom teeth out the NHS waiting list was over 12 months, I have a huge fear of the dentist and also I am a full-time wheelchair user. I contacted 11 different practices trying to find somewhere that could accommodate my needs and also offer me sedation, when I found Ora they assured me they would be able to help and they were right, they are helpful, kind and most of all put you at ease from the moment you are in their hands you feel safe and cared for. I was extremely nervous on the day of my surgery but I didn't need to be from the moment they started the procedure which took an hour I felt safe and at ease, so much so that I booked to have some other work done. I can't praise them enough for their patient care and professionalism.

I’m having work done, not veneers but replacing functional teeth, I normally hate going to the dentist but this time round I know it’s for my benefit and I do look forward to the work being completed. Great team of people!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit as a new patient today, the team are professional and welcoming and I immediately felt at ease. I attended a new patient check up and I have never experienced such a thorough examination with everything explained to me at the end of the appointment. Dal and Alice are fantastic. I had the silver level dental hygiene package, and am quite nervous as a dental patient, but they were so friendly and made me feel instantly calm. It was quick, really effective and my mouth feels great now. Dal gave so much useful advice, it is clear that she really knows what she is talking about and is really passionate about what she does. The whole clinic has great customer service, and is super reasonably priced. I booked a full dental appointment with them straight away.

Teeth & face have really elevated dentistry. It has a therapeutic feel when you walk in and whilst in the waiting area. I had a dental hygiene and whitening consultation with Dal and Alice, they made me feel so comfortable and I came out the session with lots of knowledge and super clean teeth. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. Dr. Veerinder took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire process. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and I appreciated how they all took the time to answer my questions. I had a scan done on my teeth showing the before and after results. I have gone ahead with clear braces + whitening as I was super happy with the results, not to mention this was the cheapest quote I had been given. After my teeth are straightened, I plan to replace my missing molar with an implant which I can’t wait to be able to chew on that side again. I’ve had a lot of dental work done in the past, but this experience was by far the best, and prices are cheaper than quotes I have been given in the past. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and caring dental team!

Came to Edgbaston smile clinic to get composite bonding done. Dr Noor Aziz and Nurse Maryan were amazing at explaining the procedure and answering any queries and doubt I had. The consultation was very reassuring and left me very confident with my decision. The actual procedure was a masterclass of dental artwork through a joint effort from Dr Noor Aziz and Nurse Maryan and I left the clinic feeling incredible with my brand new smile. They were super attentive to my needs and constantly ensured I was satisfied with the results and performed any minor adjustments I needed with no hesitation. Following up from the appointment, I had some minor finishing I wanted done and once again, arranging this and getting it done was a super easy process and Dr Noor Aziz and Nurse Maryan were more than happy to help. Honestly, cannot recommend this Clinic enough especially if you are looking for composite bonding. Dr Noor Aziz and Nurse Maryan were amazing but the reception staff are also so sweet and make you feel so comfortable. Overall, amazing clinic, very happy client.
