After waiting countless months, constantly having my appointments cancelled and substandard work I made the leap from NHS to this private practice. All I can say is wow. I have never experienced dentistry like it. The service was exceptional from all staff. As soon as I stepped into the lobby I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Dr Rob Tennet who was incredibly thorough, polite and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone. Whilst it is a private practice, you can't put a price on your teeth.

Excellent place indeed! I called seeking an emergency appointment, and they found the way to fit me in straight away (even they were fully booked). I'm very grateful for that! Dr.Nazran was careful and professional, he explained everything clearly and prescribed a treatment. Excellent service for a resealable price. Contacted first thing this morning to arrange an emergency toooth extraction (!!) and within 3hrs of calling I was sitting in the dentist chair. The practice is easy to locate and has a calm atmosphere inside. Dr Veerinder is a very polite, professional and friendly person. He was sure to me put at ease (a dentist avoider), he explained the process throughout my procedure which felt quite reassuring. He had great patience and the two people working with him were also friendly, helpful and reassuring. My extraction was quite tricky but I felt that time passed by quickly. By the end of the procedure I was provided with a post-op information sheet. A suggestion, if necessary, perhaps since I've provided the practice with an email address, please consider emailing me this sheet. Minimise paper waste and I don't have to be responsible for this sheet of paper. No complaints and my pain has been completely dealt with and removed. Thank you!!

I recently had an amazing experience at Birmingham Dental Excellence, and I can't recommend them enough! I underwent teeth whitening and had angel aligners made to straighten my teeth, and the results are fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff felt like family to me. They were all so close and supportive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It really made a difference in my experience, as I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my treatments. Their camaraderie and teamwork truly stood out, making each visit enjoyable - as I do have an extreme fear when it comes to Dentist! The whitening treatment was quick and effective, leaving my smile brighter than ever. As for the angel aligners, they were custom-made for my teeth and fit perfectly. I appreciate how Dr Nazran and staff took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my treatment plan. Overall, I’m thrilled with my results and the care I received. If you're considering dental treatments, this place is definitely worth a visit! Five stars all the way!

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received by Dr Oliver, Marya, Pam and everyone else at MiSmile Birmingham who was always incredibly friendly every time I visited during my treatment. By far the best value for money I have found for Invisalign in Birmingham. Dr Oliver also did his best to accommodate for my wedding halfway through my treatment which was very appreciated!

Since moving to the midlands I still haven’t found the right dentist for me. I was need of a refresh of my composite bonding and I was determined to find someone that would make it look natural, fresh and clean. When I had my consultation with Dr Dev, he was thorough, kind and understanding. He listened to my journey and made me feel super confident that he can achieve the smile I want. The whole team from reception, finance (Parm) and Dr Dev and his nurse were so welcoming and friendly. I’ve never felt so comfortable and happy. Started my treatment last year in December and just finished it recently (January). Abir is incredible at her job and truly went above and beyond my expectations. She evidently prides herself in her work which is reflected in the lengths she goes to, to ensure her patients are happy. Thank you so much for giving me a beautiful smile. Cannot recommend this place enough. From the customer service to the treatment by Dev and the team. My smile I am completely happy with and it made me so much more confident. I am absolutely amazed at my results, I was recommended by a friend so I booked my consultation, I have struggled with 1 tooth in particular because the root is dead to get the colour back, Dipesh explained everything throughly and offered me a whitening course, I never thought I would see results like these, I had a deep clean which made me feel amazing and then started to whitening course. The results are that amazing people have asked me what I have had done and asked if I had been to turkey to have veneers!!! If anyone is considering teeth whitening this is the place Dipesh is so down to earth and understanding

The service was really good. I have always dreaded going to a hygienist. But I had a deep clean under anesthetic and it was brilliant, really clean. The peradontist was very gentle and explained the steps, very glad all done under anesthetic as avoided usual pain/discomfort of a regular hygenist. Explaing how to use the dental brushes was also very good and instructive. Finally he showed me how to use an electric toothbrush much more effectively and thoroughly which has changed the way I brush my teeth. I felt worth the money definitely

I was referred to Amit after discussing implants with my regular dentist . I had had trouble with a series of pallets since my fixed bridge failed. I knew the job might be difficult as i also have a low bone density ,so was wary. I didn't need to be as Amit did a very thorough investigation as to the possible problems. He came up with a plan which was easy to understand step by step . The level of discomfort was far less than i thought and Amit was able to reassure me at every stage. I now have top teeth that are stable and comfortable and for the first time in years i can eat comfortably . It has definitely been the right action with the right dentist.

FANTASTIC- from walking in scared and very anxious to walking out with a beaming smile and confident. Dani is amazing she met me in the carpark and walked me in talked me threw everything made sure I was OK etc The dentist was amazing she new how anxious I was nothing is ever a issue for them they make you feel so comfortable. If you have a fear of dentists or have any health issues then this is the place for you, I needed 2 wisdom teeth out the NHS waiting list was over 12 months, I have a huge fear of the dentist and also I am a full-time wheelchair user. I contacted 11 different practices trying to find somewhere that could accommodate my needs and also offer me sedation, when I found Ora they assured me they would be able to help and they were right, they are helpful, kind and most of all put you at ease from the moment you are in their hands you feel safe and cared for. I was extremely nervous on the day of my surgery but I didn't need to be from the moment they started the procedure which took an hour I felt safe and at ease, so much so that I booked to have some other work done. I can't praise them enough for their patient care and professionalism.

Teeth & face have really elevated dentistry. It has a therapeutic feel when you walk in and whilst in the waiting area. Dal and Alice are fantastic. I had the silver level dental hygiene package, and am quite nervous as a dental patient, but they were so friendly and made me feel instantly calm. It was quick, really effective and my mouth feels great now. Dal gave so much useful advice, it is clear that she really knows what she is talking about and is really passionate about what she does. The whole clinic has great customer service, and is super reasonably priced. I booked a full dental appointment with them straight away.
