Very friendly, attentive and professional. Dental examination was thorough and not rushed.

First visit today. Made very welcome at reception who explained who we were going to see. Narges the dentist came across as very professional with a good bedside manner. She explained everything to me in layman's terms and was positive in her explanations. So, all in all very satisfied with my first visit and feel confident I have chosen the right practise.

I have just had a fantastic appointment with Anthony. I’m not terrified of the dentist but am certainly not a lover of it. Anthony was very patient, administered the injection at a pace that meant there was absolutely no pain or even pressure/discomfort which I’ve never had with an injection before & explained everything he did, as he did it & the type of sensation I should expect so I was calm throughout. He is clearly an extremely skilled dentist but also has great personal skills & made me feel completely at ease. I am extremely grateful to always get 10/10 customer service at Lion Dental, & this is from all areas of the practice. The receptionists are able to laugh with me whilst my face is numb, the hygienists are very knowledgeable & share important information & advice, rather than just doing your routine clean & waving you off & I have always feel listened to during my cosmetic appointments for Invisalign & bonding. The centre is always immaculately clean, the drinks fridge always stocked & staff make the effort to remember you by face & chat to you. Being in the chair certainly isn’t my favourite place to be, but I feel very little nerves & anxiety now, knowing I will be looked after & be given an incredibly high level of care. The team genuinely make you feel like a VIP. Thank you! I’m so excited for my final smile results, ready for my wedding! 😍

The very best dentist I have ever been to. All the staff are very welcoming. The surgery itself is very pleasant, rather like a spa! It’s also very relaxed and quiet. All the treatments are explained in great detail which is very helpful. There is never any pressure. 10/10 from me on all aspects !

Another easy check up with my dentist at the practice recently who is always easy to talk to and willing to listen to any problems. He is always very thorough too. I had a problem with one of my teeth recently and managed to get in on the same day and they sorted it out immediately. All the staff were very helpful and reassuring.

Myself and daughter have recently registered here the service they provide is excellent not only are they good with children but after previously having bad experiences at other dentists I can honestly say it was a really positive experience I had one of my wisdom teeth removed. It was quick and painless. Dr Minesh and the staff were fantastic throughout the procedure!

I recently had a tooth removed at Norton Dental surgery, I spent a few days prior to appointment really anxious. From the moment I got there I felt welcomed by the receptionist. The removal itself, although very uncomfortable went very well, my dentist and his assistant were wonderfully professtional, kind, considerate, helpful, told me what was going on all the way through the process. If all dental surgeries were like you it wouldnt have taken me so long to get my dental health sorted out. Thank you very much.

I was treated today by Anneka and Elyse for composite bonding. To say I’m happy with the results is an understatement, the composite is the exact colour and positioned exactly as I wanted. They worked their magic and I am so happy with my new smile. They’re friendly, caring and take their time explaining everything … perfect service! And thank you also to Tyler at the front desk who is also very friendly and attentive.

What an amazing team!! I have been having treatment at the clinic for over a year now and cannot praise the team enough. Amit is simply amazing in his approach, his skills and his willingness to make sure his patients are happy. For me, he really has gone over and above to address problems I have experienced with my dental health. I would also like to say that Hannah the dental nurse is just lovely!! She is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. I would also like to mention the reception staff who are also very helpful, pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for dental implants.

I have been with this dentist practice a few month's now and have always been greeted with a smile from the reception staff, always happy to answer my questions and put me at ease. Mani is my dentist and I'm very nervous to say the least, she makes me feel at ease and has such a calming approach and is really empathetic. Elyse the dental nurse is wonderful too. Today I had 4 teeth done with composite, Mani has done a fantastic job and the attention to detail is fab, I was so nervous and Mani and Elyse spoke to me through the whole process to make sure I was OK. At 92, I had not had treatment for years but an encounter with a Pizza changed that! My only lower tooth broke. I phoned and was quickly seen. A refreshing change and I was impressed by the friendly, efficient service. Thank you all!

On arrival the surgery was clean and tidy. I was acknowledged and advised to take a seat. My appointment was for 2.40 but was called in around 2.55 so quite good really, I always expect it to be a little beyond the time. The dentist greeted me and made me feel at ease. My treatment was done quickly and efficiently. I would give 5 stars but the car parking is awkward and limited, I had to park on the roadside, which not a problem, but would have been happier to park at the surgery.

Excellent treatment by Dentist, but the Hygienist was a little too over exuberant with cleaning my teeth using a lot of toothpaste to polish - took me a while to rinse it all out. I did comment but there was no response.

Excellent dentist, Dr Greg is the most knowledgable & experienced I have ever met. So glad I found this practice after years of moving around different dentists, I have finally settled here. First class service! The & receptionists all lovely & very friendly, I used to arrive anxious but now totally relaxed in this safe & welcoming environment. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more looked after at a dental appointment. I was terrified as I needed a filling but the dentist was so lovely, talked through my concerns, reassured me, and used informed consent throughout the whole process. I became a little woozy in the waiting room after my procedure, and the receptionist was so caring and thoughtful, checking in on me and providing me with glucose tablets to perk me up a bit. She even walked me down the stairs to make sure I was okay. Having a filling is never the most fun day of your life but these guys sure do make it easier. Thank you so much!

Have been visiting MJ Warren dental practice for a long time. I had to have a tooth extraction, which was done by Dr Gurinder Singh. After having a few discussions regarding actually having the treatment done and being unsure, having lots of anxiety. After recently getting engaged and booking our wedding, I knew I wanted to improve my teeth for our special day. I will admit, over the years I haven’t attended the dentist regularly due to having a fear from an experience when I was a child. I knew I needed to have the courage to overcome my fear. I was recommended by a friend to use MJ Warren Dental Practice and I’m so glad I did. Dr Gurinder Singh has been my dentist throughout and he has been amazing. So patient with me and explained each little step before and whilst I was in the chair. He spoke through my options to achieve my desired look and we made a plan. I have had teeth whitening and then ‘icon’ treatment on my front two teeth to remove the markings. The outcome is better than I ever expected. Gurinder is such a down to earth dentist who genuinely wants the best outcome for his patients. The communication from the whole team has been fantastic. I received a reminder call before my appointment and they have been flexible with my appointments due to my working commitments being demanding. I genuinely cannot thank Gurinder and the dental nurses enough for everything over the past few months. I have now overcome my fear (slightly) and have amazing new teeth. I finally love my smile!
