Jade makes you feel so welcome and not only is she the best hairdresser she is the loveliest girl! My hair was very blocky and very brassy and as you can see from the picture she has saved my hair whilst keeping it in the best condition. I could not recommend her enough she works so hard and this can be seen through her amazing work. I always leave the salon feeling amazing, she's the best in the game!!!!!

Best blonde hairdresser in the midlands! My blonde girls know finding a hair colourist that *gets* it is so hard. I went to so many big name salons across Birmingham/JQ/Solihull/Halesowen/Stourbridge before finding Jade and I have now been with her for 6 years! My blonde balayage is so healthy & low maintenance. I don’t ever know what to ask for or how to describe hair colour but Jade just gets it. I totally trust her judgement and I’ve never come away with anything other than stunning colour. I know she’s super into education & keeps up to date with new hair trends so everything she does always looks fresh. Jade is such a down-to-earth girl - so easy to chat to about anything & everything. Always such a lovely vibe in the salon - even though I don’t see the other girls for hair they’re always super friendly. Never felt so comfortable in a salon. Plenty of cups of tea & always a sweet treat around too ;)

I’ve been having my hair and nails done by Jade and Lois for the past few years and they really are the best. Jade is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had and works miracles on my hair, nothing is ever too much. Whilst also being one of the friendliest and kindest girls ever. Lois is also such a lovely girl and has saved my rubbish nails and always makes me leave feeling fab 💅🏻 The salon has such a lovely atmosphere and all 3 of the girls there are great! Would highly recommend.

I have been having my hair done by Chloe for a while now and I just go in and say do what you like with my hair as she is amazing at what she does and I trust everything she does! I always leave happy! I have also had my nails done by Lois and not being able to have my nails done for work it was a lovely little treat! The salon just makes you feel so welcome and at home! Jade really has done amazing things with the salon and has amazing girls working along side her! I have recommended all the girls to atleast 10 people, I can’t recommend enough!

I did a hair educational course with Tom to improve my cutting skills. I can't say enough good things about Tom and the day/lesson plan he prepared for me, specific to my particular requirements. It was very in depth, Tom was extremely attentive and helpful. I know that Tom was doing all he could to help me and identify my area of weaknesses. Tom really went above and beyond. I 100% recommend coming to Tom if you need a hands on educational course in hair.

First time coming here and Emma has done such a great job! She really listened to my vision and what I wanted. I trusted her with her knowledge and she delivered! For someone who’s struggling with self confidence, she really made me feel beautiful. I cannot stress the importance of self care and by coming here, you will walk out feeling and looking your best! I've been going to Dy8 since they opened after covid and have never had a bad experience, all the girls are really lovely and welcoming. I see Izzy for my appointments and she has never let me leave the salon without feeling like my hair isn't exactly how I imagined. I always recommend to anyone who asks where I've had my hair done. These girls may not have magic wands but what they can do with their skills is pretty magic. Honest consultations about what can be achieved and attentive throughout an appointment is something I rarely found at hair salon before, I would always recommend this Salon to anyone!

I started visiting DY8 about 6 months ago after having a bad experience elsewhere and was suffering quite bad breakage. Amelia worked her magic and gave me a great cut along with a special hair treatment. I’ve since been able to recolour my hair, and got a great colour from Molly. My hair is now in the best condition it’s ever been in. Having been used to very fine hair it’s now thicker, growing faster and looking good. I now looking forward to my appointments without the dread I used to experience and I know I’m going to love the results. All the team are great and work together to ensure you get the results you want. They are all so uplifting and complimentary that you walk out feeling great.

I now get my hair done by Izzy, not only am I so happy with my results but she will always guide me on what is best for my hair health too. All the women at DY8 are such a pleasure to be around, they are extremely attentive making those really long sessions at the salon an enjoyable experience.

Lauren always does such an amazing job of my nails, I am so thrilled with the result every time and get constant compliments. Amazing hairdressers been going for years always happy with service best hairdressers anywhere. The last review which gave a 1 star is obviously the wrong salon as V.I.Ps are an all female establishment. I suggest the person who left review gets there facts right and names the correct place before leaving bad feedback as it has unfair consequences and is very unfair

This place is the best hairdressers I’ve ever had. I moved to Stourbridge in 2015. I’ve lived in Manchester, Wolverhampton & Telford since and I will always travel back. Steph is great, easy going & always so helpful. It’s always a laid back atmosphere. Lou & Liv are also so welcoming & friendly. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of getting a HD brow service with Keely, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was so nice and understanding, taking the time to talk me through every step of the process. She showed me exactly what she was doing, which made me feel really comfortable and at ease. My little boy had his first ever haircut today and this hairdresser was by far the best, they were so good with him from start to finish. The best thing was I was able to take as many photos as I wanted to capture the memory and also we’d been given a certificate along with a little envelope with his first lock of hair that was cut and just to top it off they also gave my little boy a chocolate & balloon. I was really nervous about having my hair done as I don’t normally get it cut by others besides my self, but she never pressured me to talk and understood I was nervous. It was a pleasant experience and my hair looks lovely.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Kim and all the ladies at freestyle for always making me and my little one welcome every time we visit. I first visited on my sons first birthday to try and get his hair cut, Chelle did an amazing job. We have now been back 3 more times and each time Oliver has become more of a fidget bless him 😫. But every time she has managed to cut his hair, believe me it took her a lot of time and patience as he would sit still 😆. Hopefully next time we pop in he might sit still for longer than 5 minutes.

Just came back from having my hair cut and dyed by Lori. I am so pleased with the results. She listened to exactly what I wanted and the results were better than I could have hoped for. Lori was so lovely and down to earth and really made me feel at ease. It was the first time I've ever had my hair coloured. She talked me through the whole process and offered me some really sound advice. I would highly recommend Bliss&Bliss and especially Lori, although all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Sandra cut my hair beautifully. She's the only hairdresser I've ever seen who actually talked me into keeping my hair long. They usually end up lopping loads off and I come out disappointed. This time I came out feeling fabulous. I'm booked in again for the summer. Really nice lady and she did a lovely job. Reasonably priced too. Thanks so much.

Walked past this hairdressers for a while and decided to give it a try, don't regret it for one moment. Hairdresser was lovely, couldn't have had a better experience, very friendly, good to get along with. My hair cut was gorgeous, not too scissor happy, she cut off exactly how much I wanted and it was styled beautifully. Will definitely be booking myself in here again :)
