Been to Mj’s hair studio a few times to get my extensions fitted by Jess and I’m always over the moon with my hair! The staff are lovely and Jess is a star, always makes sure I’m 100% happy with my hair and does it exactly how I like it. She can’t do enough for you when you go! Great prices and lovely atmosphere!

Absolutely love having my hair done here! After going to a few salons and being told that they could not do the style and colour that I wanted, I spoke to the team at Tangled and they did everything I asked for. Rachel and Ellis are remarkable, I have been going for a good few months now and could not imagine going anywhere else! Ellis always astonishes me getting the colour results perfect (I change my colour every time) and Rachel alway does a perfect cut. Thank you ladies ❤️ x

Super friendly, very accommodating and affordable! Most hair stylists turn me down due to having super dark thick Asian hair, the colour turned out super vibrant and lifted amazingly.

Where do I start I have been using Tangled hair & beauty for 8 year maybe longer. The service is exceptional the girls are so welcoming and lovely feels like home. Shan does my hair gets it right every time I feel like a million dollars I get so many compliments and feel amazing. Origin decor and friendly service is a must for me when I need a pamper. When in the area I always book Megan for a gel polish manicure or false nails when needed. The level of professionalism from Megan is amazing and I've always had a warm welcome from all. Keep up the great work everyone.

Beautiful maintained hair and beauty salon with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Treatments I've had to date are manicure, facials and pedicures by Megan who has done such an amazing job each time. The facial was so relaxing and my nails have never looked in such good condition. When in the area I always try to book an appointment for a treat or two. All staff offer you drinks and ensure you are comfortable during your appointment. Would highly recommend this hair and beauty salon.

Loved this hairdressers, as soon as I walked in, they were so polite and so friendly. It’s a lovely looking shop with parking behind which is always a bonus. It was a little too cool in the shop hence the 4*. I’d like to think that this is thee place for me now as I’ve been through so many trying to find the right price and the right ambiance, so happy days. I will review further as I wasn’t too sure about my hair cut and the root colour but I do think once we develop a relationship the hairdresser will envisage the same as me. They’re easy going people and extremely welcoming, oh and dogs are allowed which is an amazing touch. Would I recommended them, YES for sure!!

I had the most amazing experience at appearances! I recently got a balayage done, and I am absolutely in love with the results. Donna did such a fantastic job — my hair looks flawless, with the perfect blend of tones. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, I've been going to Donna for years I wouldn't ever go anywhere but here. She always takes care of my hair gives me honest advice and makes sure my hair is always healthy. For someone who was scared of ever bleaching their hair, this is a massive thing, especially for Asian hair, my hair is in amazing condition and always is weeks after I've had it done. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The whole experience was relaxing, and the attention to detail was amazing. Donna listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t recommend appearances enough for anyone looking for expert hair services and a warm, inviting atmosphere this is the place.

Visited the salon again today, been coming here for years, the ladies Donna, Sam, Toni and Izzy are amazing so kind and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I make the trip from Ipswich to this fantastic salon because it’s always worth it. I've had my hair done by Sam, Toni, Izzy, and Donna, and each one of them does an impeccable job. Their balayage work, in particular, is flawless every time. The atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and relaxed, with a team that's friendly and fun to be around.

Chris is the best!!!! I came to him with the longest root regrow and he managed to match it

Chris is friendly and easy to chat to, and does a fab job with your hair. They are also neurodivergent friendly, recommended.

I have been having my hair done by Chris for many years and always been happy with the results ..I have had highlights, full colour change, short styles and long styles and can genuinely say have always been over the moon with the outcomes..he is a really pleasant guy who has a genuine listens to your ideas and often offers his own expertise to assist you, with what are sometime unrealistic wants lol …I really don’t know what I’m going to do if he should decide to move…thanks Chris you have done magnificent job as always 😊

Visited last week to get a perm and cut by Lorraine. It was such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very happy with the results, got exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend this place and most certainly will be returning!

I had my first appointment booked for waxing with Bhav’ Beauty. The owner Bhav has been very welcoming, comforting and very good with explaining the different treatments and aftercare required. I had my treatment with Varsha who has been very nice, polite and made me feel very comfortable. She regularly asked if i required any breaks and was very good with her waxing skills as well. She communicated everything very well and did an excellent job ☺️ very happy with the overall experience and service!!

Bhav is an absolute doll! She accommodated my last minute change of booking, welcomed me into the salon open heartily with such a welcoming smile. I had my eyebrows done and Bhav asked me what shape I wanted to achieve and had advised me alongside to giving professional recommendation. I left the salon feeling happier knowing I’ve got a trust worthy lady who knows how I like my eyebrows done. They looked fantastic will definitely be visiting again!

To all my pregnant mamas, Bhav was super excellent in doing my intimate wax. She was really gentle. Pain free and hairless 😉
