The most amazing dental experience I have had since I joined as new patient, big shoutout to Pam who supported me through joining and always making me feel welcome !!! :D I would like to say city dental practice have the most amazing staff , very welcoming, hardworking and always go that extra mile to support their patients!!! A massive Thankyou to Usman who supported me through the start of my dental treatments , and Mariam who the most caring person you can ever meet always making me comfortable throughout my experience , honestly I can write a review on every single member if I could here but every individual staff member/manager in that practice I could not vouch enough for how wonderful they all are in whatever they all do they supported me so much and am so grateful and they deserve some satisfaction for their efforts and hardwork , a dentist I would recommend to everyone!!! #Brilliant Dentist, Highly Recommend!!!

Excellent service and team. TBH visiting the dentist is one of my least favourite chores but the team here makes up for my fear of dentist by being welcoming, professional, highly consultative and feel more like visiting friends…even with the dentist drill I look forward to my appointments which speaks volume! I have been attending this practice since relocating back to Brum in 2016. Am so grateful we found this gem and highly recommend!

I have been attending City Dental practice for years and the service is always exceptional. All the staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. As a mother of a child who is neurodiverse they always make reasonable adjustments for her visits to ensure she is able to cope! We love this place!

Best Dentist i've ever been too! Couldn't recommend highly enough. I went as I had a chipped veneer and missing two - Amit didn't push me down the more expensive route of replacing them all but came with a solution which best suited myself and the health of my teeth for years to come. Amazing customer service and really a great bunch of people at City Dental.
