Did a fantastic job on clearing the highway outside our commercial property and cutting down unruly hedges. I have come across some gardeners that do the obligatory intake of breath before presenting an overpriced quote, but not Scott. Very happy with cost, quality of work and how quickly it was all completed.

We contacted Midlands Grounds Maintenance Services to clear a very overgrown section of our parish churchyard without the use of herbicide. Scott and his team were easy to contact, kept us up to date throughout the process and did an incredible job on a challenging space. Jack and Jakub did a great job on our patio. Uplifting and disposing of the old patio and replacing with some lovely porcelain slabs. We had an ugly manhole cover on the old patio that was replaced with a hidden one in the new. All done in a timely efficient manor. Jack and Jakub were both knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the work they carried out. We have already lined them up for our next project and would recommend them without question.

Replaced 4 fence panels - reliable, efficient and super work ethic. Called in with short notice - the lads were over within 2 days supplied the fences, took away the damaged ones and mopped up after themselves, worked through the rain without a quibble. We used Jack and his team for a garden renovation. We wanted a concrete paddock created to form a base for our shed and garden area. Jack removed the tree stump we had in the way, cleared out the land and rubble from the old shed. Also installed 3 new fence panels for us. All the work was quickly done in one day!! Just had to come back to take away the plank and grips from the paddock. The team also cleared up after themselves, as if they weren’t there in the first place. Our old wooden deck had come to the end of its useful life and I contacted Landscapia to install a replacement. Throughout the whole process, the team provided expert advice, kept us in touch with how things were progressing during challenging times and kept to their word with regard to timeliness and the quality of the end result. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with and have now been back to lay a resin-bonded path to finish off the project. They even cleared one of my borders of weeds and grass while they were waiting for the resin to set ! I knew when I started my project who I wanted to build it. It took a little time to get moving due to COVID restrictions, but they didn’t disappoint. Quality products built by a team with obvious experience at the top end of Landscaping. Started on time and finished on time, during, at times dreadful weather. Hoping to start Stage 2 at sometime in near future, I will only be approaching one company Phase 2: ref. my previous comment, Landscapia have just finished the second stage of my project, fortunately for all concerned the weather was a little kinder. Excellent artificial grass installation service from start to finish - would genuinely recommend. Melissa always responded quickly to our queries and organised everything perfectly, from the survey by Dave, delivery of skip the day before and delivery of materials on the day. The installation team of Farrel and Alex were punctual, polite, very knowledgeable and worked really hard all day, leaving us with a perfect new lawn (Quickgrass 'Stratford') and no mess for us to clear up on driveway and paths afterwards - well done. A positive experience from beginning to end! Wonderful customer care and very professional staff across the board led by Marc. From Mel in the office to Leigh, Greg and all the lads who completed the work on site it’s very clear that Landscapia as a company has very high standards that the whole team share. Everything was done with a friendly and positive attitude. My rear garden was a wreck, neglected over many years and an awkward shape. There were also large areas of existing patio and paths – all in the wrong place and a massive shed that would have to go. Marc was so understanding and positive and helped me through the design stages throwing plenty of innovative ideas my way until we settled on the final design. Elements were incorporated and removed as he strived to meet my budget and I’m so glad I took his professional advice and kept the stronger elements of the design as they now make the garden the perfection it is. The six-week build went smoothly despite many bank holidays and delays in delivery of various bespoke items and I was kept fully informed all the way through the process. I loved that I felt so involved with the build and all my daft questions were answered with good humour and respect. The standard of accuracy and attention to detail was truly amazing to watch, especially during the construction from scratch of my beautiful curved seating area and bench. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result and can't rate Marc and his team highly enough. Brilliant!

I have used Terry and Anne's gardening services for a number of years. They do excellent work. I have had many projects undertaken by them. Last week they created a border of sleepers and topped up with top soil. Ready to plant my herbaceous border. They are very reliable and nothing it too much trouble! Terry and Anne at TkL gardening tidied up my front and back garden today in Erdington and they did a fantastic job within a couple of hours. grass was cut with edges strimmed neatly, hedges trimmed, all weeds out including 2x flower beds full of weeds. Really impressed, decent price & everything done that I wanted. I took my own garden waste away in 3x big heavy duty garden bags. Would recommend and use again!

I found MDKFS on checkatrade, being local I asked Martina to give us a quote to fully landscape our rear garden. I gave a sketch of the garden we wanted Martina listened to our requirements and took measurements and came up with a plan we liked. 2 quotes arrived and after more discussion garden plan was finalised. Day 1 Martina arrived with her crew and work started, The men were friendly and during the days always asked us if the changes they were making were as we wanted. Day 7 all landscaping completed. Each day Martina visited to see the gardens progress and checked with us all was as required and to talk to her crew. Day 8 Martina spent planting bushes and flowers in the raised beds, she knew where to put the plants for best results. Garden finished with both parties giving final approval. I would fully recommend MDK Facilities Services and will be using them again for future garden jobs.

Quotation We Contacted numerous companies to ask for quotation for the work in the garden, whilst many made appointments to view only MDK actually arrived and on time, not once but twice. MDK shared the quotation very quickly, which was itemised allowing to select the elements we wished to proceed with. The work Materials arrived the day prior to the work starting, the team arrived on the day arranged at the prearranged time. The team were very friendly and professional, and had a real attention to detail, and explained what their approach to the job at hand. All of the joining of the wooden sleepers involved hiding all of the screws which was perhaps slower but achieved a higher cosmetic outcome. At the end of each day the team, they would tidy up leaving the site tidy, safe and clean We were really happy with the finished item, and everyone we have shown since have been impressed with the finished product. I would highly recommend MDK to anybody looking for gardening/landscaping work in their garden

I have just had my rear garden modified by this company, this included the laying of a new path and infilling with new turf some island beds in the Lawn. The advice given on the design was sound and very helpful. The quotation arrived on the date promised and was very clear. The price was I felt quite reasonable consequently I had no hesitation in giving the go ahead. The job commenced promptly on the day scheduled and was completed on the final day with a couple of hours to spare All the staff were very polite and the job was completed in a very satisfactory manner. I would have no hesitation regarding recommending them to others or using them again myself.

Baz & Vince completely dug up my old garden slabs, lawn, knocked down a small wall moved one fence back a couple of feet and completely relined the other fence, got rid of everything they had dug up, they then built me a new wall relayed my patio then completely slabbed the rest of the garden they also put in a drainage system outside the house and outside my garage. They are two of the most hard working men I have seen. Would recommend this company and especially Baz & Vince to anyone.
