Did a fantastic job on clearing the highway outside our commercial property and cutting down unruly hedges. I have come across some gardeners that do the obligatory intake of breath before presenting an overpriced quote, but not Scott. We contacted Midlands Grounds Maintenance Services to clear a very overgrown section of our parish churchyard without the use of herbicide. Scott and his team were easy to contact, kept us up to date throughout the process and did an incredible job on a challenging space. Albi and his team recently undertook some work in replacing a tired worn deck for a new patio. From the initial consultation they had a really positive attitude and gave advice on how they could achieve the best results. They were absolutely professional in their approach, were resourceful and took the initiative in overcoming any challenges I am delighted with the results and Albi took a great deal of pride in their work. I cannot thank Albi and his team enough. My fence came down this morning and me and my neighbour both have dogs so I needed it replacing asap. Well what can we say, we first met Daryl and Marc in August 21 to discuss our needs and due to their workload we decided to postpone our garden makeover till March 22. Throughout the week, we found the whole team very professional and hardworking, nothing was too much trouble and there was a good rapport between themselves and us, including the most important one, our cocker spaniel! Although we had agreed on a plan, the team were happy to adjust this when we changed our minds. Throughout the experience the team were on hand to answer any queries and gave sound advice including any difference in price, so there were no unexpected costs at the end. The payment system used "Freshbooks" made it a safe and easy way to pay online. We would highly recommend Daryl and the team and have already planned our next work. All we need now is a money tree which unfortunately they were unable to supply!

From my initial conversation with Marc & Darryl at Grand Designs, through to the completion of the project, F.B & Sons have been professional and honest throughout. The team of Darryl, Ben, Hannah and Miles were on site for four days and were efficient, considerate and so hard-working. They ensured my apartment, and communal areas, were well protected and always cleaned up after themselves. Darryl was innovative in finding a bespoke solution for securing my fence panels to ensure they were sturdy, but also looked good.. The team made sure I was happy with progress through each stage and discussed any minor queries as they went along. I can't express enough how happy I am with the work carried out by the team and cannot wait for better weather so I can sit out on my 'new' balcony. I used to avoid letting the kids play outside because they'd end up muddy, and it was hard to play football due to a steep gradient and trees in the way. Proud Gardens transformed our garden into a level, child-friendly space perfect for football. With artificial grass and a porcelain patio, it's easy to maintain, mess-free, and looks beautiful. The landscapers were friendly and polite. Highly recommend, and I can't wait for the warm weather to enjoy it more!

Brilliant company who I would recommend (and I regularly do to my friends and family). Chris and the team come regularly through the year to maintain my garden, they have undertaken several other garden type jobs for me and I simply would not use anyone else. I trust them too - which is important - I am on my own. They have their own keys now and I leave the back open so if I’m in meetings they can come in and help themselves to drinks. I highly recommend them.

I used to have a house with a 150' garden with lawn, 6' high hedges on all sides, bordered with many mature shrubs and bushes. Physically I was unable to care for it. My previous gardener retired in about 2012. I found Charlotte on Yelp and gave her a call. For the next 5 years she called every couple of weeks and did fantastic work maintaining a garden that, if neglected, would have become a meadow. Grass, hedges, shrubs, she took them all in her stride, despite her seemingly slight frame. I was always impressed by her keeness and ability, always hard working, but always ready to spend a few moments in good humoured conversation. A lovely lady who was ready to give her all in what I had previously found to be a male dominated field (unintentional pun!) Thank you Charlotte! You would still be with me had I not downsized to a flat!

Excellent artificial grass installation service from start to finish - would genuinely recommend. Melissa always responded quickly to our queries and organised everything perfectly, from the survey by Dave, delivery of skip the day before and delivery of materials on the day. The installation team of Farrel and Alex were punctual, polite, very knowledgeable and worked really hard all day, leaving us with a perfect new lawn (Quickgrass 'Stratford') and no mess for us to clear up on driveway and paths afterwards - well done. Our old wooden deck had come to the end of its useful life and I contacted Landscapia to install a replacement. Throughout the whole process, the team provided expert advice, kept us in touch with how things were progressing during challenging times and kept to their word with regard to timeliness and the quality of the end result. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with and have now been back to lay a resin-bonded path to finish off the project. They even cleared one of my borders of weeds and grass while they were waiting for the resin to set ! A positive experience from beginning to end! Wonderful customer care and very professional staff across the board led by Marc. From Mel in the office to Leigh, Greg and all the lads who completed the work on site it’s very clear that Landscapia as a company has very high standards that the whole team share. Everything was done with a friendly and positive attitude. My rear garden was a wreck, neglected over many years and an awkward shape. There were also large areas of existing patio and paths – all in the wrong place and a massive shed that would have to go. Marc was so understanding and positive and helped me through the design stages throwing plenty of innovative ideas my way until we settled on the final design. Elements were incorporated and removed as he strived to meet my budget and I’m so glad I took his professional advice and kept the stronger elements of the design as they now make the garden the perfection it is. The six-week build went smoothly despite many bank holidays and delays in delivery of various bespoke items and I was kept fully informed all the way through the process. I loved that I felt so involved with the build and all my daft questions were answered with good humour and respect. The standard of accuracy and attention to detail was truly amazing to watch, especially during the construction from scratch of my beautiful curved seating area and bench. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result and can't rate Marc and his team highly enough. Brilliant!

I knew when I started my project who I wanted to build it. It took a little time to get moving due to COVID restrictions, but they didn’t disappoint. Quality products built by a team with obvious experience at the top end of Landscaping. Started on time and finished on time, during, at times dreadful weather. Hoping to start Stage 2 at sometime in near future, I will only be approaching one company Phase 2: ref. my previous comment, Landscapia have just finished the second stage of my project, fortunately for all concerned the weather was a little kinder.
