I used to have a house with a 150' garden with lawn, 6' high hedges on all sides, bordered with many mature shrubs and bushes. Physically I was unable to care for it. My previous gardener retired in about 2012. I found Charlotte on Yelp and gave her a call. For the next 5 years she called every couple of weeks and did fantastic work maintaining a garden that, if neglected, would have become a meadow. Grass, hedges, shrubs, she took them all in her stride, despite her seemingly slight frame. I was always impressed by her keeness and ability, always hard working, but always ready to spend a few moments in good humoured conversation. A lovely lady who was ready to give her all in what I had previously found to be a male dominated field (unintentional pun!) Thank you Charlotte! You would still be with me had I not downsized to a flat!

My husband and I were very impressed by Charlotte's garden at the NEC this year, we thought it was one of the nicest there. Chatting to Charlotte was a delight, from hearing about the inspiration to getting an insight about how it was built. Thank you for making our day special.

Very pleased with the whole process - from making the booking to getting the job completed! Tom arrived promptly at the agreed time and got to work straight away. I needed some weed to be cleared on the side of my driveway and some that were growing between the paving slabs. Tom cleared it all in no time and cleaned up all the mess that came with it. He also gave me loads gardening advice and tips which hopefully will prevent my driveway from turning into a forest again. Would highly recommend.

My garden was in need of tidying so that I can prepare for the rest of the year and due to my disabilities I needed some help. Tom was recommended to me and I’m very glad for it. He arrived promptly and worked solidly and efficiently all day. He brought all the tools that were required and took the time to find out what I needed and I’m extremely pleased with the end result. I knew when I started my project who I wanted to build it. It took a little time to get moving due to COVID restrictions, but they didn’t disappoint. Quality products built by a team with obvious experience at the top end of Landscaping. Started on time and finished on time, during, at times dreadful weather. Hoping to start Stage 2 at sometime in near future, I will only be approaching one company Phase 2: ref. my previous comment, Landscapia have just finished the second stage of my project, fortunately for all concerned the weather was a little kinder. Our garden had become overgrown and we weren’t making best use of the space available to us. We chose Landscapia based on their portfolio and reviews, being local to us was a bonus. After initial chats about what we wanted, Marc produced a couple of designs which we then worked through with him making tweaks here and there until we were really happy with the plan. Leigh and the team coped with horrendous weather to deliver a fantastic result. Really pleased with the way things have turned out. Everything and everyone involved in the project was great, Melissa kept us informed of things happening offsite and Leigh and the lads were always on hand if we had any queries. We wanted to do the planting ourselves which is currently underway. Have to say that the garden was left spotless by Dave after the build was finished so we’ll post more pictures when we’ve done more planting and tidied up after ourselves. Excellent artificial grass installation service from start to finish - would genuinely recommend. Melissa always responded quickly to our queries and organised everything perfectly, from the survey by Dave, delivery of skip the day before and delivery of materials on the day. The installation team of Farrel and Alex were punctual, polite, very knowledgeable and worked really hard all day, leaving us with a perfect new lawn (Quickgrass 'Stratford') and no mess for us to clear up on driveway and paths afterwards - well done. Brilliant job guys and thank you !

A positive experience from beginning to end! Wonderful customer care and very professional staff across the board led by Marc. From Mel in the office to Leigh, Greg and all the lads who completed the work on site it’s very clear that Landscapia as a company has very high standards that the whole team share. Everything was done with a friendly and positive attitude. My rear garden was a wreck, neglected over many years and an awkward shape. There were also large areas of existing patio and paths – all in the wrong place and a massive shed that would have to go. Marc was so understanding and positive and helped me through the design stages throwing plenty of innovative ideas my way until we settled on the final design. Elements were incorporated and removed as he strived to meet my budget and I’m so glad I took his professional advice and kept the stronger elements of the design as they now make the garden the perfection it is. The six-week build went smoothly despite many bank holidays and delays in delivery of various bespoke items and I was kept fully informed all the way through the process. I loved that I felt so involved with the build and all my daft questions were answered with good humour and respect. The standard of accuracy and attention to detail was truly amazing to watch, especially during the construction from scratch of my beautiful curved seating area and bench. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result and can't rate Marc and his team highly enough. Brilliant!

Right from the beginning of the project I received precise details as to how the job would be done, what options of materials I could choose and the prices of the options. I used to avoid letting the kids play outside because they'd end up muddy, and it was hard to play football due to a steep gradient and trees in the way. Proud Gardens transformed our garden into a level, child-friendly space perfect for football. With artificial grass and a porcelain patio, it's easy to maintain, mess-free, and looks beautiful. The landscapers were friendly and polite. Highly recommend, and I can't wait for the warm weather to enjoy it more!

The tree in my back garden fell over and partially over the neighbours fence. The lads went out of their way as it was an emergency call and also worked into the night too whilst doing a brilliant job taking the whole tree out and charging an excellent and affordable fee. Highly recommended 👌🏻

What can I say! Richard came and saved the day today rescuing my cat from a 30 ft high conifer tree. It was not an easy job either! He took time and risks to do it and I am forever greatful. I recommend this company highly. Excellent service with a smile! Thanks again guys :)

Richard what can I say Top Guy period. Having been let down by a local well known tree surgeon who failed to answer any of my numerous calls I was desperate and needed to find another service provider quick. I took to the internet Friday 12th August, everyone was too busy for me until I stumbled across Shape Tree & Gardens, who were also very busy, however having explained that I should have had my trees cut down Wednesday 10th August in time for the fitting of steel gates Tuesday 16th August, Francis (great woman) understood my predicament said that she would talk to Richard although she could not promise anything as they had a small job on Saturday morning. To my surprise Richard came and looked at the Job Friday evening around 9:45, there we were with our mobile torches trying to assess the work. To cut a long story short Richard managed to get hired help and showed up on Sunday while I was away on business. My wife and daughter stood proxy for me however Richard made it easy for them and stress less for me despite not being on site. Not only did Richard cut the Trees down he cleared and levelled the land plus extras i.e. (temporary fencing at no extra cost to secure my property) and still only charged the competitive price he quoted. I did not realise the amount of work that was required. The gates were installed as agreed with ease, as the ground preparation was so good. Would I recommend Richard (Shape Tree) Yes, Yes, Yes :O) He saved the day Mr L. Brown

Excellent, speedy response on a very hot Sunday afternoon, after the cat had been stuck up a very tall tree for over 24 hours. Richard came out and got the cat down from the tree with minimum fuss and maximum care and consideration for the cats wellbeing. Not only an excellent tree surgeon but also a brilliant cat whisperer. I would definitely use their services again for any issues in my garden. Reliable trustworthy very good at their job. Thank you

I am extremely pleased with the results of both my garden and my neighbor's garden. After receiving our initial quotation, I shopped around and found Flowers to have a very competitive price compared to other companies. The lead time was four weeks, and on the day of booking, the team arrived nice and early. As promised, they completed the work within the week. The best part is that they cleaned up after themselves, unlike many companies that leave a mess. I'm very happy with the outcome and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
