I recently had my first dentist appointment for edge composite bonding with Dr. Faizan Ahmad, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service was outstanding, and the results far exceeded my expectations. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Ahmad made sure I was comfortable and explained each step, which helped put me at ease. The attention to detail and care he provided were exceptional. I’m thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be returning for future treatments. Highly recommend!

The service over the years at HAPI Dental has been great. However, Dr. Katrina's service has been amazing. Dr Katrina engaged well during the appointments and explained the procedure throughout. I felt calm before, during and after with minimal to no pain after the procedure.

I took my mom today for a follow up appointment regarding her treatment plan. Katrina the dentist was so warm and welcoming and very professional and reassuring. Previously my mom always says how nice this young lady is and I am glad that I had the pleasure of meeting her today. Mom is really happy here as the receptionist are also very helpful Thank you 😊

This has been my family dentist for quite some years now, the service has always been amazing the receptionist are always so happy and friendly and my dentist Katrina is amazing always looking out for what is best for her patients. She will always makes her patients feel comfortable, although going to the dentist can be quite overwhelming,. it’s always a pleasure being seen by Katrina ♥️

Had the fitting of my new tooth implant. I am so pleased with the result. Over the past few months of treatments I have been treated brilliantly. I cannot fault Nikesh Farmah his work is outstanding, explained every step throughout. Also his team are great and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Would recommend to everyone.

My appointment was on time. The doctor was polite and caring. He explained everything to me in detail. Procedure was carried out in an empathetic manner. Well done. However, I would have given 5 stars if 1. Hand over the patient record to the patient either as hard copy or soft copy at the end of the appointment with details of main complaints, discussion on procedure, reasons to carry out the one which was completed, any x-ray pictures, medications, post procedure precautions etc 2. Always book a follow up appointment before patient leaves your centre. 3. Extraction is easy and money making for the centre too. However all options on preserving the tooth should also be "honestly" discussed with the patient.

Have been a patient for the last few years. I come every 6 months for a routine hygiene dental. Customer service is amazing here. They take a £20 deposit over the phone and remainder on the day. Wait time isn't too long and the best thing is they stay open till very late.

Brilliant dental services. Efficient reliable online and phone booking service. Dr David is efficient, on point, and very kind. He explained to me in detail what's happening with my teeth rather than just getting to work and leaving me wondering. He also plays good music while I'm on the dentists recliner. It isn't cheap, as you might expect from a private dental practice, but what I've had done I haven't regretted. The waiting areas are spacious, clean and adequately comfy. There's a nice fish tank in the main one. The dental nurses are all very well presented and mostly do what's expected of them very well, I believe. There are many parking spaces outside, but even those can be full. Nearby, there are more spaces. I'm not familiar with the pricing in other clinics so won't comment on that in comparison.

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service at Scott Arms. My 14-year-old was experiencing a toothache, and they quickly booked us in for an emergency appointment without any hassle. Dr. Jay Sasdev was fantastic with my son, especially since it was his first time getting a filling. My son came out saying how amazing Dr. Jay was because he didn't feel a thing! A huge thank you to Dr. Jay and his dental nurse for making my son's first dental experience a comfortable and stress-free one. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer at oldbury smile spa for years and having had a fantastic experience in transforming my own teeth with a brace, I've now happily started taking my children to be treated by this patient and skilled dentist. The warm welcome you receive by manager Elizabeth and the friendly nursing team make visits a pleasure and are always happy to answer questions. A huge bonus is how quickly the team will fit you in when you need to be seen quickly such as your brace needing attention. No saying you need to wait weeks….if you need to be seen quickly they do everything to accommodate you. Great dentist.. nice team..convenient location. Highly recommend.

Such a fantastic dental surgery. All of the staff are very highly trained and friendly whether it's the admin or the nurses but my dentist Maz is the star of the show.. I hadn't been to the surgery in a while so needed quite a bit of work. He is just so good at his job, he puts you at ease and then goes about his work so quickly and efficiently you don't realise you've just had 2 fillings and an extraction and what you were so nervous about earlier is just a distant memory.

I effortlessly booked an emergency appointment online on a Sunday at very short notice. I arrived in an awful lot of pain and was treated with kindness as soon as I walked in, was seen to early, and left a short time later with the problem resolved. I had an extraction appointment with Dr. Ridwan Khan and the lovely dental nurse. I was a bit nervous, but they both reassured me with their professionalism and care, making me feel completely at ease. Would definitely recommend this dental practice, especially Dentist Hitesh Mohan. He helped me realise dental treatment especially root canals are not painful or scary when done correctly. I attended as an emergency patient, but stayed at the practice due to the treatments and care I receive. Dentist Hitesh Mohan and all the staff have helped me overcome my anxiety surrounding dentists/dental treatment.

I saw Sharan and Kajol today for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was so nervous, they were so lovely and reassuring. They took the time to explain to me what the extraction would involve which I really appreciated!! I had a great experience. The reception team were warm and welcoming!

Today my 8years old daughter had her first tooth taken out by Dr Hitesh Mohan, he was amazing with my daughter kept talking to her, checking she was ok while he was numbing her area around her tooth. She never felt nervous at all. My daughter did not even move she lay there and said it didn't hurt. She also had a filling the same day. He explained everything to us before he took the tooth out and also explained what not do after it was taken out in a child friendly way. As he explained to my daughter he was putting the tooth to sleep and he was putting a plaster on the other tooth. I am glad i have a dentist that makes you feel welcome, very well mannered and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this dentist. The lady who was also helping the Dr Hitesh was really friendly and welcoming to, she gave my daughter a sticker and glitter tattoos for being brave.
