It was a pleasure dealing with Andy. From the time he came to give us a quote to the time the work was completed, Andy was nothing but professional, polite and friendly. He carried out the jobs I'd asked for quickly and efficiently, and upon finding some faults with the existing electrics he spent lots of time testing all of the sockets to identify the fault and ensure that the circuit was safe. He went above and beyond expectations and I would recommend him highly.

I've been looking for a reliable electrician for ages, and Andy came highly recommended by our painter and decorator. Andy is a true professional, very rare these days: he tells you what he's going to do and he turns up and does it when he says he will. He did a great job for us, explained everything and left the house clean and tidy. Oh, and he's amiable, friendly and polite too... So what more can I say? Highly recommended indeed...

Tom was recommended to me by a friend. I had a full kitchen rewire complete with LED lighting upgrades, relocating of sockets and a 32A supply installed for my hob. The service was top tier from start to finish. Great communication, the bill was broken down into components so I knew what I was paying for, and always arrived promptly to complete the job with little disruption. I would highly recommend.

Used for a couple of jobs now, always great work. Installed a dedicated cooker and hob circuit last time and came up with a great way of doing it considering my layout. Most recently installed some power sockets and some hdmi media connections through my chimney breast. Quality work and I would use them again for my next jobs. Extremely impressed with RSS, I will definitely be using this company for any future electrical work required. We had a doorbell installed and 3 double sockets added into various rooms in the property. Really great communication from start to finish. Ross came around to do view the work required, was quick to come back with a quote and book us in. Work was done quickly and efficiently on the day, tidying up any mess that had been made in the process. Ross and the team are a lovely and very professional i would recommend without hesitation.

Ross and his team came round earlier this year to do some work on rewiring our en suite bathroom and upgrading our alarm system. The standard of the work was excellent, Ross and his employees were diligent and professional, and everything was left neat and tidy. After-sales treatment was similarly brilliant and Ross assured us that if there were any problems, then he would come round immediately to correct them. No concerns there though, since the work was done to such a high standard. Overall, can't recommend RSS Electrical enough and well worth the money.

Ross and the team were helpful, prompt, polite and on time. We had some outdoor lighting replaced/added to. From the quote visit to completion everything was done professionally and with a reasonable price. We are really pleased with the security lighting, and the two electricians who did the work were really polite and hard working. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a quality piece of work done by professional electricians. There may be “cheaper” quotes out there, but with electrics, I wouldn’t take chances personally. This evening our electric heater packed up and fused the whole house leaving us with no power and the trip wouldn't move. An electrician arrived within the hour and changed a part in our fusebox and checked the plug it was in for me. Really professional service we I couldn't be happier.

John was great, very helpful over the phone, travelled to our house very promptly, methodically checked our fuse box and identified the problem, dodgy kettle. Really polite and pleasant, would definitely use again. Payment arrangements simple and easy.

I recently used Goodwill electrical for a rewire on a property I have bought, their service was professional and work spot on! Paul went out of his way to meet a change In plans and I highly recommend their services.

I asked Paul to check the wiring in my house after I was told by a different electrician that we would need a full rewire. Paul told us that we don’t need a rewire and that our electrics are absolutely fine. I’m so glad we checked with Paul as this would have been one very expensive mistake if not! He also didn’t charge us anything for the call out after seeing that nothing was wrong with the electrics. If we ever do have any problems we definitely know who to call now though. I applied to do my 18th with a few other company's over the past year and was cancelled due to C19, MJ was able to make it happen no worries just change of venue which weren't a problem. Customer service is spot on also, any emails/problems were dealt with pronto! Great value and well structured course!

The 3 installers were very pleasant, competent, careful and helpful - involving us at important stages during installation eg routing of cables, positioning of devices etc. Installation took place without a problem. Very good service provided. They carried out emergency remedial work required to obtain a positive EICR at a short notice, they are professional,though some care could be taken to leave the place tidy and dispose off the nuts, bolts, screws and fuse pieces for future etc however this is minimal.
