very authentic hong kong style milk tea and crispy bun with thick layer of butter. bemindful that crispy bun only available from 930am and it sold out quick. the croissants were exceed expectation as well, much better than many bakeries. the black orange coffee was surprising refreshing, definitely worth trying. the only thing that i could complain was thetes no parking outside the cafe, you need to park in nearby morrison.

It's truly rare to find such high-quality Hong Kong-style pineapple buns in the UK. You can see that this shop puts care into making every item. The food quality is excellent, refined, and very delicious. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Black Orange Coffee and had a great experience. I ordered a latte, and the cup was quite large, which I appreciated. The latte art was beautifully done, and the taste was quite good. For the cake, I tried the salted caramel, and it was delicious – perfectly balanced in flavor. I also tasted my friend's crispy butter bun, and it was equally delicious. As for the cinnamon roll, while it was tasty, it wasn't quite to my personal liking. The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean, cozy, and spacious. Overall, a great spot for coffee and treats!

What an amazing coffee shop. Located in the heart of AG. Long overdue. Definitely coming back to this coffee joint. Great customer service as well as being a fast one. We as a family visited La Venue for the first time yesterday. I must tell you what an amazing Chef(the owner) is! So down to earth! Went last week with my family what a pleasant experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the decor was so nice! Even the cutlery was beautiful. So nice to have a halal cafe when I can actually eat sandwiches! We had this cheese caramelised onions and cranberry hot sandwich it was soooo tasty! We had two cakes again just amazing flavours really moorish. Will definitely be going back there

I have been in a few times now and have to say this cafe is terrific. Portions are great and reasonably priced. Dogs are allowed which is a really nice touch. The food is cooked well and the quality which is always my yardstick is excellent. Give it a try. Local business is where it's at.

If I had to nitpick, it would be the noise level. It’s not the place for a quiet, intimate conversation, but honestly, the energy felt infectious rather than overwhelming. Service from Reggie was amazing. The full English was pretty decent. The 5 tropical was a bland drink. The loaded chips with chicken was nice. There was a hygiene issue with my food though and the toilers were 🤢.

I had a wonderful visit to Bloom today with my mum, auntie, and younger brother. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the lovely staff and promptly seated, which set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The atmosphere at Bloom is perfect – comfortable, laid-back seating that makes it an ideal spot for a family outing. Plus, we found parking conveniently right outside, which made the whole experience even easier. The menu offers a wide variety of tempting breakfast and lunch options, as well as an impressive selection of drinks. We ordered the Full English Breakfast, Classic French Toast, and English Breakfast Tea. The food arrived quickly, piping hot, and just as delicious as we’d hoped. Every dish was perfectly cooked. Overall, we were all thoroughly impressed with the food and service. Bloom truly stands out as one of the best breakfast spots in Birmingham, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch breakfast or brunch experience. It’s definitely one of my top 3 spots in the city!

Honestly the best bakery in England. So many try and do fancy pastries and bread but fail. This is a little slice of France in the UK. The chocolate bread is vegan and out of this world whilst all the other items (almond croissants/raspberry cronuts/croissants) are outstanding. They melt in your mouth. Get there early. When it's gone it's gone. And it's worth every single penny.

We’d previously experienced The Kitchen catering for a friend’s birthday party so decided to ask them to cater for our son’s birthday party. From first contact via fb messenger Jo was easy to talk to and guided me through all the many options. The food was of amazing quality, freshly prepared, delicious and so much of it (we won’t go hungry this weekend!) All of our guests were impressed with the quality and the value of the food, we’ll definitely be back!

Wow! If you are looking for a buffet for a function, then look no further. We called in to arrange a buffet for 20 people, and Jo takes the time to sit down with you and go through all the options, so you get exactly what you want. The quality, quantity and presentation of the food is amazing, especially considering the price. We had too much to list, but as well as the usual buffet fayre, we had chicken goujons, indian selection, cold meats and cheeses, salad, dips and sticks, fruit and cake. Despite our best efforts, we had loads left over and are still eating it 2 days later! Highly recommended.

Fantastic and polite service. Breakfast was great (I had the large with fried bread) and the Mocha for an extra 50p was banging I requested a take out milkshake after, Oreo and Biscoff, my regular at Five Guys which this little spot had never done before… It tastes just like Five Guys and it’s only £3.75!!! Will come here as much as I can now! 💙

Cozy and welcoming coffee house with friendly service and a super nice waitress. The space is clean, including the toilets, and the second floor is perfect for relaxing or working. Coffee is reasonably priced, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the atmosphere is great whether you’re solo or on a coffee date. Highly recommend!

It's been a while since I've been to a BTP and I'd forgotten how good they are. We had brunch and it was delicious. The order at your table via a QR code is super convenient. The service was fast and the staff provided service with a smile, thanking us as we left. I definitely won't be leaving it so long before I'm back for a stack of those delicious hash browns!

One of the better Damascena locations, a friendly and clean environment and the food was hot and tasty. Service was poor as they were short staffed and one server for all the tables. The food delivery was slower than expected. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Vegan options available.

Such good value for delicious food. Have eaten here a few times over the years and really feel the quality has improved. Soups (Lentil and Harira) are really good, as are the hummus and Baba gannoush dips. And a wide selection of drinks too - I particularly like the Turkish samovar tea.

Lovely local cafe with a bakery shop and cafe serving hot and cold food. Great homely fresh feel, and clearly delivers on freshness and quality. Popular with cyclists. We had a cheese and tomato toastie and a cheese and ham toastie, with a cup of tea and a vanilla latte. Lovely. Latte was self service and wasn't told and sat there with a cup with syrup the assistant left, think the latte was coming and that was to top it up! Duh... Would have helped if the assistant had explained that as the tea came served... Will be going back as a lovely chill out place with lots of British favourites on the menu.

Fantastic bakery and deli! All the baked goods looked amazing and I wanted to try them all. I opted for the sausage roll, burger, cherry, chocolate and almond tart as well as the chocolate muffin. The sasauge roll had a lovely thin crispy pastry with lots of deliciously juicy sausage meat, the ratio was great. The burger was cooked well, tasted fantastic and the cheese and onions topped it off. The tart was to die for and the chocolate muffin was light and fluffy and tasted scrumptious. Everything was amazing!

What a lovely cafe. The owner was chatty and charming. The coffee was prepared with care, using an awesome setup: La Marzocco Linea Classic espresso machine and Vittoria Arduino grinder. I sat in comfort, relaxing and appreciating the finer things in life with each sip of my flat white. Something we forget about coffee shops, and catering venues in general, they are providers of happiness.

What a fantastic quaint little coffee shop, and Rafeek who was running the place that day is genuinely welcoming. Fantastic little stop to grab some wifi, the best hot chocolate I've had in a while (REAL chocolate, not the fake powders) and great atmosphere. 100% recommend.
