Absolute legend. Dale sorted out all my problems and was relentless in his efforts of fault finding. I had a builder in who was a bit trigger happy on the old drill. He ended up going through a neutral wire. Dale was all over it. He worked a good long day when here and was meticulously tidy when he left. I’m very pleased with Dale’s work and would definitely use him again.

Dale has done a few jobs for me recently. Very happy with his costs and the work. Had a minor issue with something. Contacted Dale and he was back out to me within 15 minutes and rectified it. Great service and very helpful.

Our go to Electrician! Dale has installed a house alarm and security lighting for us as well as coming to fix issues created by other workmen. Great work every time. Great company to fit your EV charger at home. They come in and have a look at everything and let you decide which charger to fit. Then give you a quote and options so you can decide what you want to do. We had a problem during first week with charging and within few hours of raising this issue, it was fixed. Great service.

I asked Paul to check the wiring in my house after I was told by a different electrician that we would need a full rewire. Paul told us that we don’t need a rewire and that our electrics are absolutely fine. I’m so glad we checked with Paul as this would have been one very expensive mistake if not! He also didn’t charge us anything for the call out after seeing that nothing was wrong with the electrics. If we ever do have any problems we definitely know who to call now though. Extremely impressed with RSS, I will definitely be using this company for any future electrical work required. We had a doorbell installed and 3 double sockets added into various rooms in the property. Really great communication from start to finish. Ross came around to do view the work required, was quick to come back with a quote and book us in. Ross and his team came round earlier this year to do some work on rewiring our en suite bathroom and upgrading our alarm system. The standard of the work was excellent, Ross and his employees were diligent and professional, and everything was left neat and tidy. After-sales treatment was similarly brilliant and Ross assured us that if there were any problems, then he would come round immediately to correct them. No concerns there though, since the work was done to such a high standard. Overall, can't recommend RSS Electrical enough and well worth the money.

Mike has just done me a garage conversion into a salon. From the very start Mike listened and guided me through the best way to achieve things and at an affordable price. I recently brought my first house and it’s been a bit of a project; however I didn’t realise how poor (and dangerous!) the existing wiring was. Naturally, I looked around for an electrician to assess the full extent of the work needed and someone who was reliable. After going through the reviews of a number of electricians I finally came across Mike. He responded fast to any communications sent and was really friendly. He came and thoroughly assessed the wiring/electrics. I was initially concerned about the costs due to having a strict budget but the quote he provided was extremely fair for the significant work required and took the time to explain things to me. Whilst I went to work, I left a key with Mike who quietly went about his work and helpfully provided updates when needed. He works fast but his work is incredibly thorough and exceeds expectations. I don’t normally write reviews but I would really recommend Mike to anyone who needs an electrician. If I have any further work, this is the guy I will go to every time.

Mike arrived at the time we arranged & installed my new shower quickly & efficiently. He didn't leave anything for me to clear up & I would recommend him to everyone.
